New year, new me comes up every year, the thing is there isn't actually anything inherently wrong with a New Years' Resolution. However, it is worth considering how you can move towards your more ideal self without grinding yourself to dust, without making it all about how much you weigh and creating yet another self-defeating prophecy for yourself. So what can you focus on if you're not putting 'lose weight' at the top of your 2023 wishlist? Well, tune in to find out what could actually help you move towards your goals. The Rachels (trade mark pending) take a few tangents to rant about what is wrong with the fitness industry. Rachel Hunter also proposes a new play called 'Book of Stoics'. Much like the Book of Mormon,  it will echo the rather misguided, religious psycho-babble of fitness bros and their beloved stoics giving Elder Cunningham a well-deserved rest.  This episode is not to be missed!
