We then look at the Delta flight that hit the runway so hard, it lost it's landing gear and rolled onto it's roof. The Legacy/mainstream media and the Left are desperate to hang this around Donald Trump and his cuts. It fails at every level, but they keep trying to use lies, fear and propaganda to shake loose his supporters. Attorney Alina Habba reminds everyone that while the Left wants to claim getting a Temporary Protection Order (“TPO”) as a win, it's only just that – temporary. In most of the cases, they are being overturned. White House Spokesperson Karoline Leavitt told audience much the same, having to constantly fight fake news and false narratives. Yet, even MSNBC had to painfully admit that judges are siding with the Trump administration. When it comes to cutting fat in a failing institution, Kevin O'Leary tells a CNN panel that you should always cut 20% more than you think. He believes all of the departments in the Federal government need to be greatly reduced. In a sudden shift, former Covid Czar Dr. Deborah Brix now suggests that the mRNA vaccine wasn't a normal vaccine and that it wasn't meant for young or healthy people. She is literally gaslighting everything she and all of public health pushed. Not everyone in the EU was upset at the speech VP JD Vance delivered. In fact, it's becoming a rallying cry for those who are tired of the globalist agenda taking root in all of Western Europe. On a similar note, swing voters are very happy at the pace and direction of the Trump presidency. Much to CNN's dismay, pollster Frank Luntz had to admit that people who think of themselves as Democrats and had voted that way until 2024, are very happy with the direction the country is headed. Going from one to two children is a transition point that parents often have angst about and find challenging. Our sleep coach Ellen Hayden recently welcomed her second baby. To provide a first-hand account of the ups and downs that happen during the months before and after welcoming a new baby, Allison had two candid conversations with Ellen. They spoke first before the new baby's arrival to discuss how Ellen was feeling about the idea of becoming a mom of two. Allison asked Ellen about her concerns, the things she was most looking forward to, as well as the challenges Ellen and her husband were preparing to tackle after the new baby's arrival. Their second conversation took place after Ellen's second baby's arrival. Ellen shared the differences in her two experiences with labor and delivery, recovery, feeding, and sleep during the early newborn weeks. Understanding the 240-Volt Split-Phase System: A Simple ExplanationElectricity can be a complex subject, but we can make it easier to understand with somesimple analogies and explanations. One common question is how a 240-volt split-phasesystem works. Let's break it down step by step, using a seesaw analogy to make itclear.The Basics of a Split-Phase SystemA split-phase system is often used in homes. It involves two hot wires and a neutralwire, delivering power to houses. Each hot wire carries 120 volts, and together, theyprovide 240 volts to certain appliances.1. Two Hot Wires (L1 and L2):Each wire carries 120 volts of electricity. These wires are 180° out of phase with each other.2. Neutral Wire:This wire is connected to the center of the transformer and serves as a return path for current.The Seesaw AnalogyTo simplify understanding, imagine a seesaw in a playground with two kids on eitherend. The seesaw moves up and down, with one kid going up while the other goes down.This seesaw represents the two 120-volt wires in a split-phase system.Center of the Seesaw (Center Tap)The center pivot of the seesaw is like the neutral point in a split-phase electrical system.It is grounded and divides the transformer's secondary winding into two equal halves.The Two Kids on the SeesawKid 1 (L1): Represents the first hot wire carrying 120 volts.Kid 2 (L2): Represents the second hot wire carrying 120 volts.How They MoveWhen Kid 1 goes up, Kid 2 goes down. This means they move in opposite directions.This movement is always opposite – when one kid is at the top (positive peak),the other is at the bottom (negative peak).Phase Difference and Voltage CalculationIn an AC system, the voltage changes over time following a wave pattern. When twowaves are 180° out of phase, it means that when one wave is at its maximum positivevalue, the other is at its maximum negative value, and vice versa.Visualizing the ConceptImagine the wave patterns for L1 and L2:L1: Starts at zero, goes up to +120 volts, back to zero, down to -120 volts, and returns to zero in one complete cycle.L2: Starts at zero, goes down to -120 volts (when L1 is at +120 volts), back to zero, up to +120 volts (when L1 is at -120 volts), and returns to zero.This means when L1 is at its highest positive voltage (+120 volts), L2 is at its lowestnegative voltage (-120 volts).
