The faith of a little child not only enables us to join the kingdom family of God. It also continues to guide us as we progress. Jesus's teachings and interactions on this theme are each marked by a wonderful simplicity. And these teachings in their variety touch on several concepts that are part of the whole truth of faith.

On the podcast today we're shifting our focus outside of coffee to steep ourselves in the world of tea.The tea industry is enormous, with a long and rich history. In fact, tea is the most consumed hot beverage globally. Yet in many coffee shops around the world, the consumer experience for tea falls short. What does an outstanding tea offer look like? What are the financial rewards for getting tea right? How can coffee operators create an enticing tea value proposition? To help us answer these questions, we're speaking with Kai Ellerbrock, Managing Partner, Market Grounds, David Veal, Executive Director of The European Speciality Tea Association, and Oscar Woolley, Co-owner, Suki Tea Makers.Credits music: 'Wake me up' by Faith Child for the Coffee Music ProjectSubscribe to 5THWAVE on Instagram @5thWaveCoffee and tell us what topics you'd like to hear

This week we tackle a small dinosaur that should be much better known, a classic contemporary of Velociraptor and the other half of the fighting dinosaurs, Protoceratops. While nothing like as famous as its (much) larger cousin Triceratops, Protoceratops is an interesting and important dinosaur. Thanks to a multitude of fossils, including animals of all different ages, we have a fantastic set of data to work from and as a result a lot of research has been done on this fascinating frilled dinosaur. This week our guest is singer Faith Child who wants to know just how close (or indeed far) humans are to dinosaurs evolutionarily. Things rapidly descend into developmental biology (not Dave’s forte) but happily we have an excerpt from Faith’s new track “Near Era, feat. Faith Child and KB and Ty Brasel” to play us out. Links: A link to Dave’s paper on Protoceratops forming groups including the specimen of four juveniles https://journals.plos.org/plosone/article?id=10.1371/journal.pone.0113306 Photos of a wonderful Protoceratops on display in the Carnegie Museum https://archosaurmusings.wordpress.com/2011/12/06/protoceratops-2/ A link to Dave’s paper on social and sexual signalling in Protoceratops https://palaeo-electronica.org/content/2016/1369-sexual-selection-in-ceratopsia A link to Faith Child's Official Site https://www.faithchildmusic.com/

This week is a very special episode as I get to chat to one of my first ever guests on the Unsigned radio show. He was on in the first 6 months of the show and has probably been on every year since then which just goes to show his tenacity, consistency and longevity with his music. I’m talking about Rapper, Faith Child of course and it’s also a very special weekend for him as this weekend he celebrates his iconic Illumination album which has its 10 year anniversary, with a dynamic headline show in London. So on today’s podcast you’ll forgive us if we take a trip down memory lane and reminisce a bit and of course I’ll be asking him about the secret of his success in an industry that is difficult to have any kind of sustainability.

“I read a BBC headline the other day that said two thirds of adults in the UK have nobody to talk to about their problems. I was confused because I swear on average people have at least 150 friends on Facebook? Got me thinking about how not that long ago the most important thing to me was how many people I had at my birthday dinner, it didn’t matter if we hadn’t spoken for the whole year, quantity over quality for the pics on Gram. But these days, I just want a few people who I can confidently say are down for me, through the highs, the lows, and even the ordinary. If we’re honest, everyone just wants a few close ones they can rely on, be vulnerable with and navigate lifestyle’s milestones in adulthood with. Not everyday #couplegoals, what about #friendshipgoals?” Best friends and bromance duo of life Timi Dorgu & Ayo Afolabi join us in the studio to share some gems about their 12+ year friendship - how they’ve overcome some of their most challenging life moments together, how they’ve been intentional about their friendship through marriage and busyness and how they stay accountable. We share our thoughts on what true friendship looks like. Guest Presenter: Faith Child Proverbs 17:17 A friend loves at all times, and a brother is born for a time of adversity One of our favourite scriptures and a great depiction of God’s intention for friendship. If you listened to the podcast or you read this scripture and you’re still searching for true friendship, prayer is the major key, ask God for great friends AND for the character to be a great friend to others. How do culture, the church, women, words and brotherhood shape manhood? Let’s talk about it
