Grease 9x13 baking dish, set aside. Sauté sun-dried tomatoes in olive oil with onions and garlic until fragrant. Add peppers and cherry tomatoes, sauté until onions and peppers become soft and cherry tomatoes blister, set aside. Whisk together eggs, milk, cottage cheese, and shredded cheese, season with salt & pepper and red pepper flakes. Add veggies to prepared baking dish, spread evenly. Pour egg mixture on top of veggies, add more milk if needed, stir gently. Top with freshly grated Parmesan cheese and herbs, bake for 35 minutes or until fork comes out clean and cheese is golden brown and bubbly. Enjoy! Orange Cinnamon Milk Tea  Ingredients:1 cup water1 black tea bag (or 1 tsp loose leaf black tea)peel of 1/2 orange (save some for garnish)1 cinnamon stick1 tsp brown sugar (or to taste)1 tsp vanilla extract1 cup milk (or your preferred milk)orange peel twist or orange slice for garnishInstructions:In a small pot, bring 1 cup of water to a boil.Once the water is boiling, add the orange peel and the cinnamon stick. Let it simmer for 2-3 minutes to infuse the flavors.Add the black tea bag (or loose leaf tea) to the pot. Steep for 3-5 minutes, depending on how strong you like your tea. Strain the tea into your cup, removing the cinnamon stick and orange peel. Remove the tea bag afterward.Stir in the brown sugar and vanilla extract while the tea is still hot, so the sugar dissolves completely.Pour in the milk and allow the tea to gently heat for another 2-3 minutes. Do not let it boil.Strain the tea into your cup, removing the cinnamon stick and orange peel.Add a twist of orange peel or a slice of orange to garnish, and enjoy your warm, fragrant Orange Cinnamon Milk Tea!Support the show

Spetterà ad un timido teenager e ad una misteriosa ragazza, fermare il tutto prima che sia troppo tardi. Commedia horror tipicamente anni 80, che comunque diverte ed intrattiene, con qualche sequenza di ballo che non è affatto male. Ci sono volti più o meno noti del panorama cinematografico e televisivo dei tempi (vedi Famiglia Bradford) e omaggi al cinema di genere mainstream. Per un Halloween in compagnia, divorando valanghe di popcorn. Ottima la colonna sonora e finale da lacrimuccia.

Hubie è il classico scemo del paese, dal cuore d'oro. Perennemente innamorato della sua ex compagna di classe delle elementari, il nostro vive con la madre premurosa, ma è odiato e sbeffeggiato da tutti gli abitanti di Salem, cittadina nella quale vive. In vista di Halloween, il nostro riveste il ruolo di guardiano della festa, per proteggere tutti i suoi concittadini e indagare su misteriose sparizioni, che sembrano compiute da qualcosa di mostruoso. Adam Sandler gigioneggia anche troppo in questa innocua pellicola. Un attore protagonista che talvolta irrita anche, ma che porta a casa tutto sommato una pellicola guardabile, alla quale prendono parte anche Ray Liotta, la splendida June Squibb e Steve Buscemi nel ruolo di un vicino di casa molto appassionato di luna piena. Alcune gag anche troppo basiche, ma il film si risolleva nel (prevedibile) finale, che mi ha commosso, lo ammetto. Sto diventando irrimediabilmente vecchio. Lo trovate su Netflix.

Inevitabilmente, per i consigli di Halloween, non si può tralasciare il primo capitolo della saga dedicata alle nefandezze di Art il Clown, personaggio ormai divenuto iconico, nel panorama dell'horror splatter moderno e scaturito dalla mente furba di Damien Leone. Una saga che pecca in quanto a profondità di trama, ma che ha scatenato il plauso di tantissimi fan dell'horror sanguigno e crudo, come si faceva un tempo. Il primo capitolo, non esente da difetti, è secondo me il migliore finora. Vedremo come sarà al cinema il terzo, fatto sta che Art il Clown è ormai entrato nell'immaginario collettivo e credo vi resterà a lungo.

Il capitolo più controverso, per molti il più deludente, a causa della mancanza di Michael Myers. Ma a conti fatti e per quanto mi riguarda, nel tempo Halloween 3 è diventato uno dei miei capitoli preferiti ed un film horror davvero ben realizzato, cattivo e inquietante sotto moltissimi aspetti. Bravissimo Tom Atkins, nel ruolo del protagonista, che indaga su alcuni omicidi che paiono legati ad un'azienda che produce maschere di Halloween davvero spaventose. Ma forse c'è qualcos'altro, legato alla tradizione celtica di Samhain...qualcosa di scioccante e pericoloso.

Nella giornata di Halloween, un ragazzino incontra un misterioso e tetro personaggio, che gli ricorda il protagonista di un videogioco violento del quale è patito. I due se ne andranno a zonzo per la cittadina, ma il piccolo ignora che l'uomo con la maschera da Diavolo è un pericoloso serial killer. Film cult a basso budget che non mi ha particolarmente sollazzato, anche se il ruolo dell'assassino è pazzesco, non dicendo una parola e affidando il tutto alla presenza scenica ed alle movenze. Una pellicola che, tutto sommato, può divertire e che ha qualche scena di omicidio messa in scena in maniera interessante, con un pizzico di black humor che non guasta mai. Doppiaggio italiano da mani nei capelli.
