Today I am speaking with a woman who has become a trusted teacher of RV inspectors. Next month she is hosting a symposium in Oklahoma just for women. Brenda Puckett is the founder of Queen Bee RV. AJ and Andy get back on track with their journey through the second series, arriving at David Crane's Little Old Lady which chiefly concerns Lifeline helping the downed Wing Commander Kelso to travel down the line disguised as a 'little old lady', or rather more accurately as an aristocratic Comtesse. Charged with assisting him are first Natalie, and then Monique, the latter having come up with the disguise idea. There's a lot else going on too: Albert is arrested, the Candide comes under threat and Monique befriends the lonely and enigmatic Madeleine who is unaware that the chanteuse is the Queen Bee of the Belgian Resistance! Andy draws out the themes of: identity, disguise and belief; collaboration and reprisals; and trust and mistrust, and considers the episode to be one of the best of Secret Army's second run. AJ is fascinated by Madeleine gradually shedding her possessions, questions Monique's decision to sleep with Kelso, and flags up the problem of lost scenes. Andy agrees and critiques some of the editing choices made. However,  both praise highly the scene with Monique and Madeleine, the relationship between Natalie and Max, and the glorious tableau in the Candide that closes the episode.   Elsewhere there's plenty of information on the locations used, discussion of the food served in the Candide and the questionable strangling of the 'napkin baby'! In this episode of The Hormone Genius, we are joined by expert OB/GYN Kristina Pakiz, founder of Vivify Women's Health and Fertility, for an honest, evidence-based conversation about fertility testing, specifically AMH (Anti-Müllerian Hormone), and what it does and does not tell women about their ability to conceive naturally. Dr. Pakiz brings years of clinical experience caring for women across the reproductive lifespan, with a special focus on restorative, patient-centered fertility care. Her approach emphasizes education, individualized evaluation, and empowering women with accurate information rather than fear-based lab interpretations. What Is AMH? AMH is a hormone produced by the granulosa cells of small, developing follicles in the ovaries. Clinically, it is often described as a marker of ovarian reserve, meaning it gives an estimate of how many recruitable follicles remain—not how well those eggs function, and not whether a woman can conceive naturally. Because AMH levels tend to decline with age, they are frequently used in fertility clinics to help predict response to ovarian stimulation in assisted reproductive technologies like IVF. Why AMH Is Not a Good Marker of Natural Fertility One of the most important takeaways from this episode is that AMH is often misunderstood and over-applied, especially in younger women. Dr. Pakiz explains that: AMH does not predict whether a woman can get pregnant naturally Women with low AMH can and do conceive spontaneously Women with high AMH may still struggle with ovulation, cycle irregularity, or other fertility barriers AMH does not assess egg quality, ovulation timing, uterine health, cervical mucus, or hormonal balance In other words, AMH reflects quantity, not function, and fertility depends on far more than follicle count. The Harm of Over-Interpreting AMH Dr. Pakiz also addresses the emotional and clinical harm that can occur when AMH is presented as a “fertility score.” Many women are told they are “running out of time” or that pregnancy is unlikely based on AMH alone, messages that are often inaccurate and unnecessarily distressing. In this episode of Profit Answer Man, Rocky sits down with Austin McMillan, founder of Flywheel Financial, to break down how investors truly evaluate businesses, why contractual revenue beats hype, and how Profit First and a handful of simple ratios can transform your company into a business worth buying.   Key Lessons from the Conversation:  Buyers Value Contracts, Not Stories. When Austin worked on acquisitions in the landscaping industry, he learned buyers cared far more about signed contracts than the stories in a P&L. Relationships matter, but recurring revenue is what sets your valuation. Reflection: How much of your revenue is secured by contracts vs. one-time sales? Your Books Tell the Truth. Clean, accurate financials can instantly raise your sticker price. Many owners think they'll get a big payout, only to find sloppy accounting drags down value. Reflection: If you had to sell tomorrow, could you prove your profit? Profit First is a System—Not a Straitjacket. Austin loves Profit First because it forces owners to prioritize profit—but he stresses that you must adapt the allocations to your business, not force your business to fit the book. Reflection: Where do your Profit First allocations need adjusting? Obsess Over the Labor Efficiency Ratio. For every $1 in total labor costs (including admin, taxes, contractors), service businesses should aim to generate about $2 in gross profit. This simple ratio is often the fastest lever for boosting margins. Reflection: What's your current labor efficiency ratio with and without owner labor? Run on a Simple Weekly Scoreboard. Instead of drowning in a 100-line P&L, Austin runs his firm with five weekly metrics: Sales activity (lead generation), New client onboarding experience, Operations consistency, Cashflow & receivables, Customer service response time (the “Queen Bee” role). This keeps the team aligned, accountable, and focused on leading indicators that drive real results. Reflection: What five numbers would tell you if your business is winning or losing? Fix Process Before People. If a metric stays in the red for three weeks, Austin first checks the process before blaming the person. Only after validating the process does he shift focus to coaching or replacement.
