Blocco 1: Parlare del Tuo Viaggio Appena gli italiani capiscono che sei un turista, partono con le domande: "Da dove vieni? Cosa fai qui? Ti piace l'Italia?". In Italia la conversazione con uno sconosciuto può durare anche venti minuti, soprattutto al Sud. Ecco le frasi che ti aiuteranno a rispondere. 1. Sono in Vacanza La frase più semplice e più usata di tutte. Per esempio: "Sono qui in vacanza" oppure "Sono in vacanza in Italia per due settimane". Nota linguistica: in italiano si dice "in vacanza", non "alle vacanze". Memorizza la preposizione "IN": è importante. È una frase utile soprattutto a Milano, capitale economica d'Italia. 3. È la Mia Prima Volta in Italia Dilla a un italiano e vedrai cosa succede: ti consiglierà tanti posti da visitare, ti spiegherà dove mangiare la migliore pizza, ti darà persino il contatto di un suo conoscente. Gli italiani apprezzano molto chi scopre il loro paese per la prima volta. Variante utile: "Sono già stato/stata in Italia diverse volte". Ricorda l'accordo: stato per gli uomini, stata per le donne. 4. Resto per + Numero + Giorni Esempi: "Resto per cinque giorni", "Rimango per due settimane". I verbi restare e rimanere sono praticamente sinonimi, e puoi usarli indifferentemente. Userai questa frase tantissimo: alla reception dell'hotel, ai controlli in aeroporto, e in qualsiasi conversazione con un italiano curioso. Attenzione alla pronuncia: la "G" di giorni è dolce, non come la "G" di gatto. 5. Sto Visitando + Luogo Il verbo "stare" + gerundio è la forma progressiva italiana. Esempi: "Sto visitando la Toscana", "Sto visitando le Cinque Terre", "Sto visitando il Sud Italia". Nota grammaticale: in italiano questa forma si usa meno che in altre lingue. Sono Qui da Solo / con la Mia Famiglia / con gli Amici Frase importante per spiegare la tua situazione. "Sono qui da solo" se sei un uomo, "Sono qui da sola" se sei una donna: ricorda sempre l'accordo del participio e dell'aggettivo. La puoi usare al ristorante, nei negozi di alimentari, nelle enoteche. Esempi: "Mi consiglia un piatto tipico?", "Mi consiglia un vino della zona?", "Mi consiglia un dolce locale?". Blocco 2: Ristorante e Negozi Questo è probabilmente il blocco più utile in assoluto: ecco le frasi che ti serviranno davvero quando andrai a mangiare o a fare acquisti in Italia. Esempi: "Vorrei un caffè", "Vorrei una pizza margherita", "Vorrei un bicchiere di vino rosso". Vorrei è il condizionale del verbo volere e suona molto più gentile di voglio. Se entri in un bar e dici "voglio un caffè", suoni un po' brusco. Con vorrei, invece, sei nel registro giusto. 10. Nota culturale: nei mercati storici come Porta Portese a Roma o Vucciria a Palermo, si può trattare sul prezzo. Puoi provare a dire: "Mi fa un po' di sconto?". 15. Posso Pagare con la Carta? Frase molto utile. In Italia, soprattutto nei bar piccoli, nelle pizzerie al taglio e nei mercatini, non sempre accettano la carta. Per legge dovrebbero, ma la realtà è diversa. Quindi prima di ordinare, chiedi sempre. È consigliabile portare sempre un po' di contanti con sé. 16. Ci Può Portare il Conto? Quando hai finito di mangiare, in Italia il conto non arriva da solo come in altri paesi. Devi chiederlo. Quindi alza gentilmente la mano e di': "Scusi, ci può portare il conto, per favore?". In dieser Episode sprechen wir mit unserem geschätzen Kollegen Thomas Sendke, profunder Kenner des EU-Rechts, über den seit letzter Woche kursierenden ersten Entwurf der EU-Kommission für einen EU-Omnibus zur Änderung verschiedener Richtlinien (Zins- und Lizenzgebührenrichtlinie, Fusionsrichtlinie, Mutter-Tochter-Richtlinie, ATAD, Streitbeilegungsrichtlinie, FASTER-Richtlinie). Das Papier wird nächste Woche veröffentlicht. Nach über zehn Jahren, in denen die EU-Rechtsakte im Zeichen der Missbrauchsvermeidung die Komplexität des Steuerrechts immer weiter erhöht haben, kommt nun erstmals ein Vorschlag zum „Decluttering“, also zur Vereinfachung und Stärkung des Binnenmarkts. Die Wettbewerbsfähigkeit der EU als Wirtschaftsstandort gerät endlich wieder stärker in den Blick. Bemerkenswert ist, wie deutlich die Kommission den Handlungsdruck adressiert und umsetzt, insbesondere nach der umgekehrten Stoßrichtung der vergangenen Jahre. Unter drei denkbaren Optionen hat die Kommission das ambitionierteste Programm gewählt. Alles hat seine Zeit, so ist der ehrliche Zwischenton. Abzuwarten bleibt, ob auch die Mitgliedstaaten zur Umsetzung bereit sind. Die vorgeschlagenen Änderungen sind weitreichend: Verzicht auf jegliche Mindestbeteiligungsverhältnissen in der Zins- und Lizenzgebührenrichtlinie sowie in der Mutter-Tochter-Richtlinie. Das hat auch innerstaatliche Konsequenzen, ist doch der § 8b Abs. 4 KStG nicht mehr haltbar. Auch die immer wieder sachte auflodernde Diskussion um die Einführung einer Mindestbeteiligung für § 8b Abs. 2 KStG wird unwahrscheinlicher. Die aus manchen Mitgliedstaaten bekannte ex ante Kontrolle der Voraussetzungen einer Ermäßigung wird abgeschafft; möglicherweise können Quellensteuereinbehalte häufiger entfallen. Auch in der ATAD wird einiges geändert: Die Zinsschranke erlebt einen Paradigmenwechsel, es wird erstmals ein europaweit verbindlicher Rahmen für die Förderung von F&E Aufwendungen gesetzt und in der Hinzurechnungsbesteuerung sind Erleichterungen vorgesehen, die sich aus der Einführung der Mindestbesteuerung ergeben. Die kaum verständliche Missbrauchsvermeidungsregel um importierte Besteuerungsinkongruenzen wird abgeschafft. In der Fusionsrichtlinie werden weitere Umwandlungsformen erfasst und u.a. auch der identitätswahrende Formwechsel mit Satzungssitzverlegung. Und auch in der Streitbeilegungsrichtlinie werden verschiedene Maßnahmen vorgeschlagen, um entsprechende Verfahren zu beschleunigen und zu vereinfachen. Wermutstropfen ist allein die lange Umsetzungsfrist, insbesondere für die Quellensteuerermäßigungen. The ASX 200 staged a remarkable comeback to finish down only 20 points at 8633 (-0.2%) after falling nearly 100 points in early trade. A stronger US futures market helped, as did a calming in the oil price and the absence of any collapse in Korea.Once again, though, we saw sector rotation, with the banks still under pressure. CBA fell 2.4%, WBC dropped 2.6%, and MQG eased 0.7%. The Big Bank Basket fell to $260.43 (-2.3%). Other financials performed slightly better, and insurers continued to do well, with QBE the star of the show, up 3.7%. REITs also gained, with CHC up 2.8% and SGP rising 3.3%. Industrials were a mixed bag. The rally in WES continues, and retail stocks held firm, with TLS up 0.4% and both WOW and COL continuing their strong winning streaks.Technology was once again very much on the nose, with tax-loss selling and ongoing pessimism surrounding SaaS business models. XRO fell 3.6%, WTC dropped 2.8%, and NXT was hit hard as well. Healthcare was a mixed bag of lollies, with CSL continuing to push higher, gaining another 4.2%. However, RMD fell 0.9%, while SIG continued to drift lower on concerns about a UK expansion push.Meanwhile, resources recovered some poise, although the move lacked conviction. BHP rose 1.0%, and some lithium names improved, with PLS rising alongside LTR, which enjoyed a strong day, up 4.2%. Gold stocks also found some support, with EVN up 2.1% and RMS also edging higher. Oil and gas stocks were stronger, with WDS up 1.6% and STO jumping 2.0%. While coal stocks recovered, uranium stocks continued to struggle.In corporate news, LLC rose 4.6% following the appointment of a new CEO and the maintenance of guidance between 28 cents and 34 cents. NST fell slightly as Elliott Investment Management called for further board changes. SXL dropped 4.4% after the company downgraded its full-year earnings outlook and announced 300 job cuts. AAI fell 8.3% following a warning about its Middle East operations.In economic news, the CBA said the RBA is likely to keep rates on hold for the first time this year. Australian wages rose 0.8% in May, with consistent growth recorded over the last 18 months.Asian markets weaker. Japan flat, Hong Kong down 1.0%, and China down 0.7%. CBA fell 0.3%, with the Big Bank Basket easing only slightly to $265.42 (0.4%). Financials were generally firm, with MQG up 0.7%, while the insurance sector also performed well, led by QBE up 0.9% and MPL higher. REITs enjoyed a solid session, with GMG up 0.3% and SCG rising 1.6%. TLS also had a strong day, gaining 2.2%, although REA was a disappointment, falling heavily. Both WOW and COL posted gains as defensive buying in the supermarket sector helped push them higher. Retail stocks were also in demand, led by WES up 1.3% and APE rising 4.3%.Healthcare was another bright spot, with CSL recovering a further 1.6% and RMD also posting gains. Elsewhere, technology stocks remained under pressure but recovered from their lows, with XRO down 1.1% and WTC off 4.6%, while the All-Tech Index fell 0.1%.It was a different story in resources, although the sector also bounced from early lows. BHP fell 1.9% and RIO dropped 1.8% as iron ore and copper prices weakened. Gold stocks were also under pressure, with NST down3.3% and NEM lower. Lithium stocks slipped away, with MIN falling 2.6% and LTR off 3.3%. In energy, WDS rose alongside STO, although gains were relatively muted. Uranium stocks came under heavy pressure, with PDN dropping 8.8% and DYL down 7.6% as short sellers gained the upper hand.In corporate news, OML had a good day, up 9.6%, after receiving yet another NBIO, this time from Bain Capital. QUB rose 0.4% after the PNG competition regulator backed the company's planned takeover by Macquarie. On the economic front, NAB is now saying the next move in local interest rates is likely to be a cut. Business confidence rebounded as price pressures softened, according to the NAB Business Survey. However, Australian consumer confidence slipped back towards record lows, with the Melbourne Institute-Westpac Consumer Sentiment Index falling to 80.6, one of the lowest readings in its history.Asian markets mixed. Japan up 2.1%, Hong Kong up 0.1%, and China up 0.8%. South Korea jumps 8%.US futures: Dow up 8 and Nasdaq up 170. Oil down 1.5%. The Big Bank Basket fell to $266.42 (1.5%), with CBA off 1.7% and WBC sliding 1.2%. Other financials held up better, with MQG unchanged, ASX up 1.5% and ZIP rising 1.7%. Insurers also found some friends again. REITs were better too, with CHC up 1.1% and SGP rising 1.1%. Industrials pushed higher, with WES up 0.4%, while WOW and COL also performed well. Retailers were mixed, with JBH up 1.0% and APE drifting lower. Healthcare stocks were back from the ICU. CSL had its biggest one-day rise since 2022, up 5.8% as the rotation into the sector gathered pace. Even RMD enjoyed a very positive session, gaining 4.3%. PME rose 4.0% and COH added 5.6%.In the tech space, MP1 soared 15.2% after its capital raising, with Citi upgrading its price target by 41%. The All-Tech Index rose 0.7%, with CPU also trading higher.Resources, however, remained in a world of pain as profit-taking continued in BHP and RIO, with FMG down 2.3%. Rare earths and critical minerals stocks also unwound as the AI trade ran out of steam and copper prices fell. LYC dropped 2.9%, MIN fell 5.1% and SFR lost 1.2%. Gold miners drifted lower once again, with NST down 2.5% and NEM off 1.2%. Energy stocks were weaker, with WDS falling 1.3% and STO down 0.6%, while coal stocks slipped and uranium stocks found some nervous support.In corporate news, NHF rose 2.5% on the sale of an insurance business. RSG fell hard following its production report, while AGI rallied 16.8% after two directors resigned.Asian markets mixed. Japan down 1.0%, Hong Kong down 1.0%, and China down 0.7%. Della sua infanzia e della sua giovinezza non si sa molto, a parte che va a imparare nella bottega di un famoso pittore dell'epoca, Cimabue. Già da molto giovane dimostra un grande talento.Uno degli aneddoti di questo pittore racconta che avesse dipinto una mosca su una tavola, talmente bella, talmente reale che il suo maestro, Cimabue, aveva tentato di pulire la tavola per mandare via la mosca che aveva creduto essere una mosca vera.Cimabue aveva già notato la grande capacità del suo allievo nella pittura proprio mentre Giotto stava disegnando delle pecore su un sasso. Anche Cimabue aveva tentato di dipingere in modo diverso, di dipingere le figure non più in modo stilizzato, tipico del Medioevo, figure in stile bizantino, piene di ori, ma di raffigurare in modo più naturalistico. The ASX 200 consolidated Friday's gains with a loss of 2 point to 8729. Tech stocks were the star attraction, with REA up 1.5%, WTC up 8.7% and XRO rising 7.6%. The All-Tech Index rose 3.8%. Healthcare remains on the nose, with CSL dropping another 2.5% and RMD pummeled down 7.6%. REITs also slid, with CHC off % and SCG falling %. Banks were mixed, with CBA down 1.0% and WBC up 0.4%, leaving the Big Bank Basket down to $271.87 (-0.6%). Financials were mostly better, with ZIP rallying 5.2% as tech took off. Industrials were a mixed bag. TCL fell 1.8% and LNW dropped 1.0%, while BXB rallied 1.4% and CPU rose 0.9%.In resources, BHP was slightly firmer, RIO rose 1.6% and FMG improved. Gold miners were generally better, with EVN up 2.4% and CMM rallying 1.3%. Lithium stocks were on a charge, with PLS up 4.3% after huge rebalancing volumes last week, LTR up 3.3% and MIN up 1.2%. WDS and STO both made modest gains, as did uranium and coal stocks.In corporate news, LLC lost 5.5% after agreeing to sell the development rights in the Milano Santa Giulia mixed-use project in Milan. SYR soared 16.2% after its offtake dispute with Tesla was resolved, with the electric vehicle maker accepting that the alleged default conditions had been cured. MYX fell 2.9% as it expanded its US commercial footprint. CTT rose 25.5% as it moved to expand its presence in China through the launch of a flagship store on Tmall Global.On the economic front, ANZ-Indeed Australian job ads lifted 1.8%. The ASX 200 jumped 139 points to close the week at 8732 (+1.6%) on a very firm note as hopes built that there will be some resolution, or at least an extension of the ceasefire in the Middle East. There seemed to be a lot of short covering around today after the 125-point fall yesterday. We reversed that today, with the banking sector bouncing back hard, with CBA up 2.2%, NAB up 0.6%, and the Big Bank Basket up to $273.55 (+1.6%). Financials across the board bounced, with MQG up 1.1%, and even ASX rallying slightly, but it was resources that were really carrying the day today, as copper stocks advanced with BHP up 2.9%, RIO up 1.2%, and FMG also doing well, up 2.4%.The gold miners had a good day yesterday after falling around 7%, with NST up 3.4% and EVN up 4.2%. Copper stocks and lithium pushed higher, with S32 also up 3.0%, although we saw some obvious selling in the oil and gas plays, with WDS unchanged and STO down 0.5%. Uranium stocks firmed slightly in this heady environment. Tech stocks saw some modest buying, with NXT up 1.7%, CAR doing very well, and TNE up 2.0%. Industrials and retail rose slightly. We also saw good buying with JBH up 1.2%, BXB up 0.1%, and QAN doing well on the back of lower crude prices.In corporate news today, JDO had a great day after expanding its securitisation deal. IEL was trashed 16.2% after Macquarie slashed its target price, and THL soared 26.1% after a non-binding indicative offer from BGH Capital. Nothing on the economic front today. All eyes are on whether Donald Trump signs off on the latest proposal.Asian markets eased. Japan up 1.4%, HK up 0.7% and China down 1%. US futures up slightly, Dow up 42 and Nasdaq up 29. Le preposizioni sono uno degli aspetti più importanti e complessi della lingua italiana. In questa guida completa vedrai come usarle correttamente. LE PREPOSIZIONI ITALIANE: Semplici, Articolate, Improprie Cosa Sono le Preposizioni? Le preposizioni sono piccole parole che creano un collegamento tra gli elementi di una frase. Sono come dei "ponti grammaticali" che uniscono parole e danno significato alle relazioni tra di esse. Senza le preposizioni, la comunicazione sarebbe incompleta e poco chiara. Per esempio: "Il libro di Marco è sul tavolo della cucina." Senza le preposizioni "di", "sul" e "della", non capiremmo chi possiede il libro, dove si trova e in quale stanza. On Horde side, Raid Team Kiddie Aggro is now 6/9 in Heroic Voidspire, having out punched the Double Dragons and then sending the Lightblinded Paladin trio bubble hearthing to the Shadowlands. Noob Raid completed the first three bosses in The Voidspire on Normal, and Dankinia’s death count is up to 11. Tetsemi- The next patch for Midnight arrives April 21, bringing new World content such as Void Assaults in Eversong Woods and Zul’Aman as well as Decor Duels – a Hide and Seek challenge that players will queue for. It’s also a busy time for WoW Holidays. Noblegarden ends April 13, Children’s Week arrives April 27 – which may be awkward as Outland orphan Salandria is now an adult NPC in Silvermoon – and Volunteer Guard Duty takes place April 28. Player Housing Endeavors have reset. Fortuna now has Mechagnomes (with miscalibrated hens that jump on your head), Salus has Drakthyr, and Virtus has Ethereals. Consortium won the Alliance side vote. Nedal Martinu Kupkovi, svému nástupci ve funkci předsedy ODS, ani minimum času, aby se projevil, a vytvořil zvláštní stav dvoupředsednictví. Otevřeně sice nekritizuje situaci v ODS, ale navenek se stylizuje do role vůdce protibabišovské opozice. Expremiér Mirek Topolánek na to téma prohlásil, že Kupkovi „bere kyslík“.I Fialovi nakloněná část veřejnosti se domnívala, že si dá alespoň půlroční distanc, promyslí řadu věcí a něco podstatného řekne k příčinám volebního neúspěchu. Ta je taková, že babišovský svět má u voličů jednoznačně převahu.V roce 2021 se shodou náhod nedostala část tohoto světa do Poslanecké sněmovny, ale na podstatě to nic nemění. Opozici ročník 2026 nestačí se spojit. Ona musí oslovit jednak prvovoliče, jichž je každoročně o 100 tisíc v populaci víc. Zároveň musí přesvědčit část nevyhraněného babišovského světa, že nabízí lepší alternativu budoucnosti.Je to sice kruté, ale v tom jim Petr Fiala ve svém dnešním zacykleném nastavení příliš nepomůže.

WoW Classic As Jehdai pointed out, we have our first 70 (Sethos) and light activity on the 20th Anniversary TBC launch on Dreamscythed Horde side. We have the guild available with the guild bank open and invite others to join us in Outland. In other Classic news: Reminder that there are now 3 launchers for Classic (‘Original’, ‘Anniversary’, ‘Era’) “Original” Classic is progressing with Mists of Pandaria. The guild is available on Horde side on Galakras. If I have this right, MoP classic uses the modern guild interface so we have the new interface showing 651 members. “Anniversary” Classic which is now at TBC as mentioned above. “Era” classic is a separate launcher with 3 game modes: ‘Classic Era’ which is forever frozen in the original game (pre-TBC). We were on Mankrik here but really no activity or guild. “Season of Discovery” which is where experiments were performed by the devs which some expect may lead to the anticipated “Classic Plus” many hope for. We have no real activity there currently. “Hardcore” is the 3rd game mode in the Era client and probably our 2nd most active within the classic modes. We have an Alliance side guild on Doomhowl and some activity on the Horde side of Doomhowl but no guild currently. Lars plans to return to his attempt at a “Solo Self-Found” run to 60 in Hardcore but that has been on pause for quite some time. We did have guild members make it to 60 on the hardcore server previously. Ravisant is ProffessorWC or Sethos one of the raid leaders from HoG SWTOR In Swtor this week, we are ready for Update 7.8.1, Master’s Enigma. It will bring a story piece, Galactic Seasons 10, new date nights, and the Spring Abundance Festival. The story finale is coming in the June timeframe to make room for 8.0 at the end of the year. We continue to do our MFN on Tuesday nights. Please join us. There are no gear or level requirements, but you may need to have gotten your personal ship as we do tend to travel about. The new raid “The Folly of Nagakhêdi” (Nah-gah-KAY-dee) for tier 1 is live, tiers 2 and 3 are coming this week and next week. There is a new legendary reward track with some great rewards such as a rose-colored mûmak calf cosmetic pet. With other class changes, mainly with guardian, we also got a great change. It is now possible to start Private Encounters from inside of a Housing Neighborhood. Looking forward to seeing you in game and doing some of these awesome new instances.
