Mike Giardi breaks down Patriots preseason game two on the All 32 NFL Podcast. New England got the win, but the depth concerns Mike Vrabel openly flagged are front and center. Mike works through the linebacker and safety situations, the continued worry at edge rusher with Gabe Jacas still developing, and the interior offensive line picture after Marcus Bryant went down with an injury. There is encouraging news too: Caleb Lomu took a step forward at left tackle. The Kyle Williams evaluation is the centerpiece of the episode, with Mike breaking down exactly what his role could look like once the regular season starts and why teams might game plan specifically to neutralize him. Kayshon Boutte's situation gets a hard look, and Mike closes with his current thinking on the 53-man roster heading into final cuts. 0:00 – Intro 1:56 – Vrabel's depth comments and what this roster actually is 3:46 – Linebacker & safety depth concerns 7:14 – Gabe Jacas evaluation and edge rusher worry 10:06 – Interior O-line depth and Marcus Bryant injury update 12:13 – Caleb Lomu progress at left tackle 15:41 – PrizePicks & Ethos 19:08 – Kyle Williams film breakdown and his role going forward 27:07 – Kayshon Boutte & roster bubble update 28:21 – 53-man projection 29:52 – Outro HELP US GET 1k on our 2nd channel! Greg Bedard and John Zannis recap the New England Patriots and Philadelphia Eagles 2nd preseason game that came down to the very end with the Patriots pulling out a 24-21 victory at Gillette Stadium. Once again many of the Patriots starters did not play which put a lot of the attention on the younger players including Kyle Williams and Caleb Lomu. Kyle Williams finished the game with 2 catches for 74 receiving yards and a touchdown. How Caleb Lomu and the backup offensive linemen had an up and down performance in the victory as well. Greg also discussed the current state of the Patriots WR room and if he thinks Kayshon Boutte will actually end up being traded. Greg Bedard Patriots Podcast on CLNS Media is Powered by

Mike Giardi breaks down a loaded episode of the All 32 NFL Podcast. First up: the Devon Witherspoon extension out of Seattle — the numbers are massive and they have direct implications for what Christian Gonzalez can command from New England. Mike walks through the real guarantees, what the market reset means for the Patriots' cap, and whether Drake Maye's eventual deal complicates things further. Then it's a deep dive into Saturday's practice: Gabe Jacas flashing against Will Campbell, Drake Maye's interception and what his eyes were doing wrong, Romeo Doubs continuing his surge up the depth chart, and Kyle Williams showing off the route-running ability that makes him intriguing despite the learning curve. The Patriots and Colts played to a tie last night in the preseason opener, but receiver Kyle Williams stood out enough to warrant a shot at the opening day roster.

MassLive's Mark Daniels rejoins the show for another round of 53-man roster projections with Andrew as the Patriots move deeper into training camp and the preseason picture starts to take shape. The two trade predictions position-by-position, starting with the wide receiver room and whether rookie standout Kyle Williams has done enough to lock down a roster spot. From there they dig into the quarterback room, debating whether New England carries a third arm on the initial roster or opts to keep that spot open elsewhere. Daniels and Andrew also break down the crowded cornerback group, sorting out who makes the cut versus who's on the practice squad bubble, along with a look at the edge rusher depth chart and how the pass-rush rotation might shake out. Plenty of back-and-forth on borderline roster calls, camp standouts, and what final cuts could mean for the Patriots' outlook heading into the regular season. 0:00 – Intro 3:00 – Backup QB situation & 53-man roster projections begin 5:13 – Running back depth chart 7:00 – Kyle Williams & receiver roster cuts 9:09 – Tight end depth & fullback situation 10:26 – O-line depth chart concerns 15:44 – Defensive line & tackle depth evaluation 18:35 – Edge rusher group & Harold Landry availability 21:37 – PrizePicks 22:53 – Linebacker projections 25:07 – Cornerback depth chart 27:01 – Safety group & final roster decisions 30:21 – Outro Patriots on CLNS Media is Powered by:
This week on the Oakley Podcast, Jeremy Kellett sits down with young dispatchers Kyle Williams and Alden Hazelwood to talk about their paths to Oakley Trucking, starting in the shop, and how that hands-on experience now shapes the way they dispatch. They discuss key topics like the 2290 heavy road use tax reminder, the dangers of road rage and speeding, and why communication between drivers, dispatch, and customers is critical. Kyle and Alden explain their day-to-day responsibilities, how they plan loads, manage problems like breakdowns, and track settlements to ensure owner-operators get good miles and pay. They also highlight the importance of relationships, understanding geography and different dry bulk divisions (hoppers, pneumatics, end dumps), and seeing things from both the customer and driver perspective. The main takeaway for listeners is that successful trucking at Oakley depends on safety, clear communication, mutual trust, and a shared commitment between dispatch and owner-operators to pull in the same direction. Key topics in today's conversation include: Reminder About 2290 Heavy Road Use Tax Deadline (1:10) Discussion on Road Rage, Speeding, and Driver Professionalism (2:17) How Alden Found Oakley and His Previous Fiber Optic Job (7:27) How Kyle Pivoted From Physical Therapy to Dispatch at Oakley (8:51) How Shop Experience Helps Them Now in Dispatch (12:14) Learning Geography and Load Planning Challenges (14:03) Daily Responsibilities and Morning Problems in Dispatch (16:49) Importance of Communication vs Confrontation With Drivers (19:42) Bringing Drivers in for Face to Face Meetings About Issues (22:17) Young Dispatchers Working With Veteran Owner-Operators (24:05) Learning Drivers' Hobbies and Building Relationships (27:36) Differences Between Pneumatics, Hoppers, and End Dumps (28:39) What Dispatchers Want From Drivers to Make Jobs Easier (31:12) How Dispatchers Protect Driver Earnings and Check Settlements (32:37) Reviewing Miles, Deductions, and Detention on Settlements (34:09) Final Thoughts and Takeaways (35:11) Oakley Trucking is a family-owned and operated trucking company headquartered in North Little Rock, Arkansas. In this episode, host Zach Urness talks with an Oregon wildfire chief about why the 2026 season has been historically bad and what to expect for the rest of the summer. Urness talks with Kyle Williams, the Oregon Department of Forestry's deputy director of fire operations, about the seemingly endless number of fires burning in central and eastern Oregon, how they started and why they've grown so large. They talk about firefighting tactics and what to expect on the west side of the state the rest of summer. Likely this week, Oregon will burn more acres than have ever been recorded in a modern fire season — and it'll happen before the calendar even hits August.
Firefighting crews are working around the clock to contain the dozens of wildfires burning across Central, Eastern and Southern Oregon. The Oregon Department of Forestry is coordinating with state, local and federal agencies to contain large wildfires that have triggered level 1, 2 and 3 evacuations and led to air quality advisories in more than a third of the counties in the state. The agency’s complex incident management teams have taken command of the Akawa Butte fire burning near Sisters and are assisting on several fires that are part of the Rowe Creek Complex. A state-to-state mutual aid agreement has allowed ODF to get help from Florida firefighters who took over command on Monday of the Evans Creek fire in Southern Oregon. Kyle Williams, ODF’s Deputy Fire of Fire Operations, joins us for more details.
