The Tampa Bay Rays are on a five-game winning streak as they beat the Chicago White Sox on Tuesday evening 5-1. It was a fantastic night for Rays pitching, highlighted by Zach Eflin who lasted seven innings on ly giving up one run. Phil Mason and Manuel Rodriguez helped finish the game. On the offense, Randy Arozarena went deep once again for his sixth long ball of the season. However, it was Isaac Paredes who keeps proving he's been the offensive MVP of the team as he went 3-4 and also had a bomb to left field for his eighth of the year. The Tampa Bay Rays just finished their sweep of the New York Mets. The rejuvenated bats came out strong when they needed to on both Friday and Sunday and the pitching was impeccable during Saturday's middle game started by Zack Littell, who once again gave six strong innings. Ryan Pepiot had to come out earlyon Sunday getting hit by a comebacker on the left leg but will be able to make his next start. Randy Arozarena had a 2 homer weekend, one a game saving one on Sunday to extend the game to extra innings. Yandy Diaz went 6-13 with 4 RBI, is that a sign of him getting hot?
