Championship Week is here, and we're asking the important questions about all nine games on Friday and Saturday. Can BYU avenge an earlier loss to Texas Tech and rally behind their newly re-upped coach? Will Georgia snap a three-game losing streak against Alabama and earn a first round CFP bye? What's the formula for a five-loss Duke to worm its way into the playoff? How big is the gap between Ohio State and Indiana? With a playoff spot on the line, should we favor North Texas or Tulane? And James Madison is gonna try to score like 70 points, right? Plus, a look at the latest news as the coaching carousel continues to spin, with Will Stein taking the job at Kentucky, Collin Klein taking over at Kansas State, and Brian Hartline making the move to USF. And, naturally, Ty has a rant on Penn State's pursuit of Kalani Sitake and the state of Pat Kraft's coaching search. Finally, a look at the latest CFP rankings and the scenarios (and fuzzy math) that is most interesting heading into the final weekend. FOX Sports' lead College Football analyst Joel Klatt reacts to the latest CFP Rankings going into Championship weekend. He breaks down why Notre Dame falling behind Alabama into the last at-large spot at #10 should make Irish fans very nervous. Klatt also explains why Texas looks boxed out of a potential spot despite the big win over A&M and why he believes Miami and Texas' head-to-head wins should be carrying more weight with the Committee. He then reveals why A&M's drop all the way to #7 is a huge deal for their hopes of making a run in the Playoff. Klatt then explains why this Playoff selection process is so subjective without defined criteria and gives his fixes for making the process better – including losing weekly reveals. The penultimate College Football Playoff rankings have been released, but the picture of who is going to make it in the final field is still unclear. A CFP first could happen this year with the potential of two Group of Five teams making the Playoff. This would mean the ACC champion would be left out. Andy Staples and Steven Godfrey discuss the scenario in which this could happen. They also discuss which bubble teams should be concerned and which bubble teams have a good shot at making the Playoff. Can Texas or Miami make their way into the field of 12? Is there a way Miami can jump Notre Dame? The guys dive into all of this and more from the latest rankings reveal. Then, they jump back on the coaching carousel. Kalani Sitake had been rumored as a top candidate for the Penn State job. This is no longer the case as he announced that he will be staying at BYU. Andy and Godfrey explain how this all occurred and what role the CEO of Crumbl played in this story. Then, they discuss where Penn State goes from here and who fits best for the role. The guys also look at some other jobs that have been filled as both Oregon coordinators are set to become head coaches. Oregon's defensive coordinator, Tosh Lupoi, returns to his alma mater to be the head coach at Cal. Oregon's offensive coordinator, Will Stein, is off to be the head coach for Kentucky. How will these new branches from the Dan Lanning tree grow at their new locations?Later, Andy and Godfrey dive into some recruiting news. The early national signing period begins on Wednesday and a shocking flip has already occurred. On Tuesday, it was announced that the top-ranked quarterback, Jared Curtis, is flipping from Georgia to Vanderbilt.
