Today, on Notable Leaders' Radio, Dr. Fergus Connolly, (one of the world's leading experts in optimizing team and human performance) and I launch a new series titled “Next Level Leader,” where we focus on, elevating your leadership in a meaningful, impactful, and sustainable way. All to assist you in advancing to the next level on your leadership journey. Highlighting the very real correlation between self awareness and success, and the impact that your personal leadership style offers. In today's episode, we discuss: The level of success you achieve is directly connected to your level of self-awareness. (mic drop) Making increased self-awareness the foundation that all future success stands on. The transformation takes place when you dropkick judgment to the curb and replace it with curiosity. Judgment holds you back, curiosity opens doors to your brilliance and expands opportunities! There's not just one way to lead. Fergus tells us, “So many different leaders lead wonderfully in so many different ways.” What you do naturally is of great value. Rather than discounting what comes easiest to you, understand the importance and impact it offers. There is more value in what you do naturally than you think! Ongoing development is imperative in leadership. When you further develop areas and improve, you become a more resilient leader over time.
