Being head of operations for a company that looked after databases taught Sally many many things, including the importance of people. When Sally set up her own business, Partners With You, it certainly wasn't the business it is today. After being asked by a client to help her team become less 'two dimensional', Sally took her business in a very different direction. The training side was born and the term 'squeeze your lemon and pull your bolero' became integral to the workshops that are now delivered.
What do horses and coaching have in common? Can horses really read our state and respond to how we are feeling? According to Equine Facilitated Coach, Sarah Veall they can. Everything about coaching is about creating a space for the client to feel emotionally safe. Sarah does this working not only as an Equine Facilitated Coach, where she has her ‘big furry mirrors' to help in the process, but also in her work as a Transformational Coach. Sarah specialises in helping people reconnect with their ‘whole-self' so they can live a meaningful and purposely life. She creates a safe, non-judgemental space to support clients to deconstruct stories they may have constructed about themselves; stripping away layers of conditioning, faulty thinking and limiting beliefs which may be stopping them living a true version of themselves. Adding the extra dimension of the horses, enables acceleration in raising self awareness and then making positive change. Horses have instinctive reactions and mirror behaviours within individuals. By recognising these attributes it enables us to be honest and true to ourselves and develop from within in a powerful and life changing way.

Gail, has always had a passion for the great outdoors and nature, this started at an early age where the family garden was Gail's place to escape. Having a parent with mental health issues Gail found peace and head space when outdoors. As an adult it was during one of her outdoor retreats that Gail meet Dr Andrew Steele who brough the PAP Foundation over from Asia , kids planting trees how fabulous Andrew then started inviting veterans along and it became very therapeutic. Tree secretes actual aromatherapy oils, it takes about 20 minutes apparently, it's called forest bathing. This was my motivation for changing my recruitment business and focusing on aligning veterans with roles in civvy street. Veterans by nature of their careers are dedicated, loyal , team players, hard working and determined. Finding the right people for the right roles is very rewarding, add to that a veteran who is transitioning into life in civvy street, potentially with trauma and finding them the right role is special. Tom is an avid fan of NLP, coaching and personal development. Have completed his NLP journey with Edge NLP alongside his role as a coach in a corporate high street retailer John Lewis, it seems like a natural progression to move now in the role as business owner & founder of Kellenva Coaching. Tom will be joining Edge NLP as a co facilitator and a coaching helping to support our delegates through their NLP journey. Tom will also be launching a coaching programme for edge Delegates as part of their continued learning with us. WHY I DO WHAT I DO For me, being useful to other's thinking and helping them make long lasting, impactful change is why I coach and deliver learning. Seeing the slightest hint that a client is thinking, behaving or talking in a new way that is serving them well, is the biggest motivator for me. Having experienced coaching myself in 2014, I have spent my career since, enabling my clients to make changes, the way my coach enabled me to move forward in my life. HOW I WORK Working with individuals, leaders and teams, I start by helping to increase awareness of self and their situation. By increasing awareness, new choices present themselves where previously it may have felt like there were none. When there are more choices, more options, there are different ways to approach goals, thus increasing the probability of achieving them. WHAT I BELIEVE I believe everyone has all the resources they need to carve out their own path, meet their potential and create their own happiness in life. Sometimes, however, those resources can seem just out of reach. My coaching provides a way of understanding how to reach them. WHAT I CAN OFFER YOU I offer an environment based on Trust, Rapport & Safety, the fundamentals of my practice. This environment will enable you to be; authentic, brave, vulnerable, curious and ultimately a place to do your best thinking. I'll work with the person, not the problem to support you in choosing your own paths towards what you want in your life.
