I have been following Elle on Instagram for a long time and was thrilled when she started this podcast with her madre. The information they share is incredibly helpful and I appreciate their honesty. Unlike many other fitness industry personalities, they don't just tell you what you want to hear - they genuinely want to help and provide valuable advice.
One of the best aspects of this podcast is the wealth of knowledge that Elle and Jules bring to each episode. They break down complex topics in a way that is easy to understand for everyone, regardless of their level of experience or expertise. Whether it's discussing fat phobia, body positivity, or hormones, they always provide relevant and useful information. Furthermore, their perspectives on bikini competitions and living a fitness lifestyle are well-balanced and relatable. They never preach extreme ideologies but instead offer realistic advice that can be implemented in real life.
The only downside I can think of is that the podcast may not be specifically geared towards females. However, as a female listener, I still find value in the discussions around topics like fat phobia and body positivity. It would be great if there were more episodes dedicated solely to female-specific issues or experiences.
In conclusion, The BestFit Body podcast is an incredible resource for anyone interested in health and fitness. Elle and Jules deliver valuable information consistently in an engaging manner. Their expertise and genuine desire to help shines through each episode. Whether you're a physique competitor or simply someone looking to live a healthier lifestyle, this podcast has something for everyone. Highly recommended!
