Life is as abundant as you want it to be. Finding gratitude in everyday life is allowing the mind to subconsciously tell you -"Hey, life isn't so bad! You don't nee your guard up."This then allows for a more clear and open mind to everything happening around you. We may have our guard up so often that we protect ourselves from potential opportunities that can serve us and others. We're fed so much negativity on a daily basis that our brain goes into defense mode as a means to protect us from fears, doubts, anxiety, you name it!All of this negativity makes us want to be on the defensive of life, rather than being on offense and going after what we want. What will fear, doubt and anxiety do for you in a positive way?Nothing. They only HOLD you back from that which you want in life.Remember just how abundant life is and find gratitude in everything that happens. It can even be as simple as making the bed and remembering, "wow, I have a bed".
What unique qualities do you have, which other people not?We all have so much value to give out to the world that we may not know about and isn't until we can tap into our own skills, imagination, and potential that we may be able to provide it. Give yourself this time to really remember all the reasons you should be loving yourself and loving everything about what you have to offer in this life of yours.
Turn this self-talk on and remember just how powerful you truly are. You are capable of creating and living the life you long for.You are worth every bit of greatness that is waiting for you to get it. If you feel like you've lost control of your life and what you truly want, then today is your day to take it back. Today is your day to win at life. Please remember, you ARE worth it.Musical Soundtrack by AURAGRAPH
This episode of my Self-Talk Series is all about empowering your mind before you go to sleep, and for when you wake up. It's a bit of an uncommon practice to empower the mind before going to sleep, but the effects can include a deeper, more rested, and positive sleep.Have you ever gone to sleep with negative thoughts and woke up feeling restless and irritated?Even worse, waking up in a bad mood!?Well, imagine implementing positive self-talk before going to sleep and filling your mind with nothing but beautiful and confident thoughts. How might you feel if you gave yourself just 1-2 minutes of saying positive words and having a higher sense of gratitude before going to sleep?Secondly, does waking up feeling empowered and ready to win your day sound like something that interests you?Well, you're in the right place!Give this quick self-talk a listen right before bed, when you wake up, or really just any time in the day, and you'll feel your authentic power surging through you and ready to go.Musical Soundtrack by AURAGRAPH
Ever since I dove into the book, "The Power of Neuroplasticity" by Shad Helmstetter, my life was changed forever. I never realized how powerful our words can be when we put them into the context of how it affects our brain and the actual neural pathways that we form.I'm no doctor, so I won't make any "hard fact" claims here, but through my own practice of self-talk and through my coaching clients' we have all seen MASSIVE shifts in the thoughts we think and the actions we commit to. This is a practice of reinforcing the thoughts you want to think to build the reality you want to live. You will be pruning off your old neural pathways and creating new ones that you desire. Our current pathways are made up of what we see, hear, observe, and think. So if you have ever had the thought of "I'm not worthy enough" I encourage you to ask the question of - "who decided that I'm not worthy?"To make it simple...if you tell yourself you can't, then you're correctAnd if you tell yourself that you CAN, then guess what, you're correct! -------------------------This specific Self-Talk episode, with verbiage taken out of the book I mentioned above, was originally intended for my personal use back in October of 2019. But, after recognizing the power it had for me I wanted to provide it to my clients to see if it had any effects. To my *little* surprise, it did! So, I want to make sure I can provide the same for YOU! Again, please keep in mind I did not create this practice nor did I create the verbiage of this specific audiotape because it, again, was originally for personal use. Every audiotape you listen to after this will be completely original verbiage from my own thoughts.Enjoy!

Resilience is not something that most people are equipped with, or always comfortable doing. Realistically, we will always be knocked down when we are going for something truly valuable in our lives, but it is the champion who decides to get back up no matter how many times they are knocked down. Sandy Peckinpah discusses the highs and lows of death, resilience, and the art of never backing down in this episode of "The Coaches Log".I apologize for the poor audio quality! Our network connection kept cutting in and out.
A lot of times I will find myself focused on one task and then distracted by another, almost out of nowhere. It can be tough when your mind is racing and you have a lot to get done. It can seem like we're completely destroying our positive movement towards what we want to achieve, but are we? For many people, following off track can mean that they are falling off for good. When we fall off track, does that mean we HAVE to remain off the tracks forever? I don't think so, and many would agree. The important part of achieving your goals is just that. Achieving your goals! Set backs and distractions are completely normal. In this episode, I break down my own thought barriers and my 4-step formula that has helped me many times with aligning my important goals together and ensuring that I follow through with them to properly arrive at my desired destination.
An incredible conversation with an old friend from childhood, Andy Palmquist. Andy has been on an insane spiritual and self-development journey over the last several years by been pushing his own mental limits to travel to destinations unknown with individuals who he has never met. Through this process he has been creating life-long relationships and memories, but more importantly discovering his true self and what his greater desire and impact needs to be on the world. He utilized his ability to push past comfort zones to truly create a deeper sense of fulfillment in his life. In this episode, Andy dives deep in to where he was mentally at, how he pushed past those limitations, and how by doing so has lead him to his dream situation, which is owning and living on sustainable land in Hawaii with minimal resources.
It can be so easy to find the negatives in our life, to give in to fear, or to listen to our own self-doubts. Even about ourselves! So why is it so difficult to consistently hype ourselves up and to consistently give ourselves incredible positive affirmations? In this episode I dive into the pros and cons of our own self-talk, and how Dr. Joe Dispenza has brought to light the incredible discovery of how our thoughts and feelings can create our desired state of being.Song: Mental Acupuncture by Jazzinuf
