As a well-established artist, Rommek has expanded his own sound, carving his way into the current techno and experimental scenes. His extensive interest in sound design is crafted within the dense atmospheres, heavy broken rhythms and electrifying tones found within his productions. The London based producer released his debut record 'Thought Patterns' on Weekend Circuit in 2014. Rommek later joined the seminal Blueprint Records in 2016, gradually releasing five solo EPs, plus remixes from label owner James Ruskin and Broken English Club, O/V/R, Makton. Since then, he's had a steady output of releases on Dutch imprint Leyla Records, Natural Selection as well as Mord, Hex, Loose Lips and collaborative release with the Spanish duo NX1 in 2022. Rommek's latest EP pushes his creative boundaries one-step further, as the UK Producer makes his debut on Tommy Four Seven's - 47 imprint. Exploring futuristic techno fused with 180 BPM IDM/ D&B crossovers. Torn Relics, the experimental project between Rommek + Aimee Mullen was formed during 2018. Their debut EP, The Poisoned Chalice, released on Sacred Court, featured a remix by label owner SNTS. In 2020 the duo's debut album: Abolish The Dogma, was released on Leyla Records, followed by ‘Burning Injustice' in 2021 via Instruments of Discipline. Since releasing over 10 EP's, Rommek has gained a wide range of noteworthy support, from BBC Radio 1, to many features and reviews in Mixmag, The Wire, The Quietus and Fuze magazine. In 2018 he was featured within the top 100 globally charted artists on Resident Advisor. Furthermore, as a touring DJ, he has played in over 20 countries around the globe. From this, it's clear that Rommek is driven to continue expanding his capabilities and keep things moving forward. TECH CLUBBERS PODCAST W/ ANNIKA WOLFE Annika Wolfe is an Oxnard, CA based, multi-genre producer with a concentration in Techno/House. She has an eclectic taste, which when combined gives them a unique and fresh sound. They are deep, rhythmic and raw with elements of Techno. It's hard to pigeon hole them into one narrow sub-genre. They are an artist who is not afraid to experiment with different elements in which they have accrued through the likes of Punk Rock, New Wave, Funk and Hip-Hop. Wolfe runs their own imprint named Akela Recordings. The Oxnard native has been featured on different blogs such as Deep House Amsterdam, The Brvtalist, and Les Yeux Orange. Wolfe has had the pleasure of playing the sold-out CRSSD Festival in March of 2020. // Gliese 3293 c > DF-18 // Incoming transmission: Broken English Club roken English Club is a project by Oliver Ho that explores the “dark friction” between man and machine. It has spawned two albums, most recently June’s The English Beach on L.I.E.S., which soundtracked the desolate scenes of his surroundings with eerie experimental techno. Heavy on apocalyptic synths and doom laden drums, and occasionally run through with melodic optimism, it’s a brilliant testament to Ho’s evocative studio skills after ten years of making more straight up techno as Raudive. Elements of EBM and industrial come into focus on the album, as they do in the mix he has put together for us. In just over an hour, plenty of angular grooves, slapping drums and cold, chilly metallic surfaces unfold in dystopian fashion. Starting off sparse and menacing with French vocals and synths which survey the landscape, eventually the machines take over and grow ever more wild so that you end up in a dehumanised world of reverb, manic pixelated melodies and whirring lines that have a life of their own.

Brothers Karl and Ken Meier grew up in the 90s in Chicago where they experienced the storied peak of midwest rave culture. This collaborative mix, recorded live for a radio broadcast, highlights their skill as DJs in this tradition. Karl has long been working on the fringes of electronic music and each record he makes is well worth owning. His first project, "The Great Traitor" on Remnant, only hinted at what was to come—his current project, Talker (with Jon Krohn), has several records on seminal UK imprint Downwards, and just last week the duo released a remix EP on their new label Standards & Practices, featuring mixes from Surgeon, Regis, and Broken English Club.
