Danmark er blevet så tolerant, at vi har tilladt intolerancen at få magt. Sådan ser Danmark i hvert fald ud, hvis man spørger DF, som med sine tanker om remigration har sprunget en bombe i det politiske landskab.  DF foreslår blandt andet at gøre det næsten umuligt at være praktiserende muslim i Danmark ved at forbyde f.eks. halalslagtet kød, islamiske hovedtørklæder i offentlige institutioner samt revurdere statsborgerskaber tildelt de sidste 8 år.  Det rejser et spørgsmål om, hvor meget af vores liberale demokrati, vi er villige til at ofre for at undgå muslimer i det danske samfund.  Det og meget andet vil ekspertpanelet, der i dag består af Jes Brinchmann (direktør for CEPOS), Karsten Bo Larsen (forskningschef i CEPOS) og Otto Brøns-Petersen (analysechef i CEPOS), diskutere.  En ny CEPOS-undersøgelse viser også, at Joakim von And måske er blevet borgmester i din kommune. Hvad betyder det? Det betyder, at de danske kommuner har fået flere mia. kr. af den danske stat, som de ikke kan bruge til noget ud over skattelettelser… men der bliver ikke rigtig givet nogen skattelettelser. Det betyder altså, at kommunerne sidder på store summer penge, som de ikke kan bruge til noget, og som de nægter at give tilbage til borgerne.  Derudover har vi også Ugens Skævert og -Lyspunkt. In this prospective series of 12 device-naïve patients (median LVEF ~30%), the authors attempted permanent implantation of a single-coil DF-4 ICD lead into the left bundle branch area (LBBA). They achieved successful implantation with adequate sensing and pacing in 75% of patients, and during short-term follow-up the lead and RV parameters remained stable; minor complications occurred in ~25% of patients (lead micro-dislodgment and septal perforations). The authors conclude that LBBA ICD lead implantation is feasible with current tools and acceptable short-term outcomes, but note the higher-than-expected minor complication rate and emphasize the need for dedicated toolkits, higher operator volume, and a procedural learning curve.
