The field has been narrowed from eleven pavilions to just four, and now it's time to crown a champion in the final episode of the Main Street Magic EPCOT World Showcase Cup! After surviving the play-in round and quarterfinals, the remaining pavilions enter the Final Four with everything on the line. We'll once again compare each matchup across food, drinks, attractions, immersion, shopping, hangout factor, hidden details, festival presence, and overall experience—but at this stage, every decision feels tougher than ever. The two semifinal winners will advance to the championship match, where we'll take one final look at what makes each pavilion special and decide which one truly deserves to lift the Cup. Then, after three episodes, multiple upsets, and plenty of tough calls, only one pavilion remains standing. Which pavilion survives the Final Four? Who reaches the championship match? And which World Showcase country is crowned the first-ever Main Street Magic EPCOT World Showcase Cup champion? Grab your bracket at https://www.patreon.com/wonderlandcrew/posts/main-street-cup-163717533, see whether your picks are still alive, and join us as we finish the tournament and crown the ultimate EPCOT pavilion!
In Part 2 of the Main Street Magic EPCOT World Showcase Cup, the tournament moves into the quarterfinals as our top seeds finally enter the competition and the battle for the Final Four begins. Using the same category-by-category judging system from last episode, every matchup is decided by comparing Food, Drinks, Attractions, Immersion, Shopping, Hangout Factor, Hidden Details, Festival Presence, and Overall Experience. One pavilion advances, one pavilion goes home—there are no ties and no second chances. Will top-seeded France, Mexico, and Japan prove why they earned their rankings, or will one of the opening-round winners pull off a tournament-shaking upset? From iconic restaurants and legendary snacks to immersive architecture, hidden gems, unforgettable attractions, and festival favorites, every debate brings us one step closer to crowning the ultimate World Showcase champion. Along the way, we'll share our reasoning behind every decision, revisit some of EPCOT's most beloved experiences, and probably disagree a time or two as we narrow the field from eight pavilions down to just four. Who survives? Who gets eliminated? And which pavilions will earn a coveted spot in the Final Four? Grab your bracket at WonderlandCrew.com, follow along with your own picks, and see if your championship predictions stay alive as the Main Street Magic EPCOT World Showcase Cup: The Road to the Final Four continues!
Welcome to the Main Street Magic EPCOT World Showcase Cup! In this special tournament series, we're putting all 11 World Showcase pavilions head-to-head in a single-elimination bracket to determine, once and for all, which pavilion deserves to be crowned the ultimate EPCOT champion. Before the competition begins, we explain exactly how the tournament was created. Using AI analysis, rankings and opinions from some of the most trusted Disney fan sites, and our own experiences after countless visits to EPCOT, we seeded each pavilion into the bracket based on six major categories: Food, Drinks, Attractions, Immersion, Shopping, and Hangout Factor. But once the tournament starts, the seeds no longer matter—every matchup is decided one category at a time, with the winner advancing and the loser going home. After introducing the rules and revealing the full bracket, it's time for the opening play-in round. Three exciting matchups kick off the tournament as lower-seeded pavilions battle for the chance to face the top contenders waiting later in the bracket. Every debate is filled with tough decisions, surprising opinions, and plenty of Disney discussion as we compare everything from signature restaurants and iconic snacks to rides, entertainment, architecture, hidden details, and festival offerings. Who earns the first victories? Which pavilion pulls off an upset? And which favorites are waiting for their chance to enter the tournament? Welcome to the Main Street Magic EPCOT World Showcase Cup!

We're setting the table for EPCOT's most creative festival and getting you ready for opening weekend. Before we head into the parks for our full review next week, we're taking a step back to talk expectations, favorites, and a whole lot of food. First, we break down where EPCOT Festival of the Arts ranks for us among EPCOT's four annual festivals and why it continues to punch above its weight despite being the shortest of the bunch. From there, we each reveal our Top 5 returning Festival of the Arts dishes, sharing the items that have stuck with us year after year and seeing just how much overlap there is between our lists. These are the bites we still think about, still recommend, and would absolutely order again without hesitation. Then it's time to look ahead as we each share our Top 5 new dishes we're most excited to try this year, based purely on menus, descriptions, and presentation. No reviews yet — just hype, curiosity, and a little healthy skepticism. We wrap things up by talking about which booths we're heading to first, which dishes have the most pressure to live up to expectations, and teasing our full opening weekend review coming next Friday. Whether you're attending Festival of the Arts for the first time or already planning your must-do food stops, this episode is the perfect appetizer for what's to come.

Imagining an Epcot World Showcase themed resort What a fun, imaginative episode. Our Cohost Becki turned in an incredible show topic. We imagined an Epcot World Showcase themed resort. Yes. A resort themed after Epcot's World Showcase. We all took turns with our resort ideas. Playing Imagineers, we thought about where this resort would reside, the theming, food, drinks, activities, and so much more (Ep. 83/S3 from Sep072024). Other notable discussions: Disney Don says what type of shoes we wear to the parks would be a fun, future show topic. Disney Don also rides a broken lawn mower because he was listening to DMagicWorld. And Professor Allen pops in to say hi. Epcot's World Showcase has always been a great source of live entertainment. And Canada's Alberta Bound is no exception. Come Clap and sing along as you get to know Canada's tunes—everything from traditional fiddling to songs from beloved Canadian songwriters. https://youtu.be/yIsnu1Gmyyg
The Mariachi Cobre has been entertaining guests traveling around Epcot's World Showcase since opening day making them one of the best-known Mariachi bands in the world. The internationally-acclaimed performers share that opening day distinction with only the Voices of Liberty. The Mariachi Cobre started in 1971, a full 10 years before Epcot Opening Day. It was formed by Randy Carrillo with the support of his younger brother Steve, his friend Mack Ruiz, and musical arranger, Frank Grijalva. Mariachi played in Anaheim at Disneyland for a Cinco De Mayo event not long after they became an opening day addition to Epcot where they have been playing ever since. The group has worked with such renowned artists as Linda Ronstadt, Julio Iglesias, Vicki Carr, Lucha Villa, Lola Beltran, Ana Gabriel, Guadalupe Pineda, Jose Luis Rodriguez, Rocio Banquells, and Beatriz Adriana. Those recordings include Mariachi Cobre, Este es Mi Mariachi and XXV Anniversary. https://youtu.be/USvIggF8tJE

Hello Travelers! This week is a bit of a different one for you - an actual 'walkabout' (instead of a walk and talk). Come along with us to Epcot as we start near The Land and take a calming stroll around World Showcase with no talking, stopping into the countries along the way, including some of the shops. Your job as you listen is to try to puzzle out where you are in World Showcase. Drop us a comment on Instagram and let us know where you think we explored!
