Episode 222 Happy December 21st! Spirit is calling you out this week in a loving way! If you didn't schedule your healing work last week, DO IT NOW! You cannot run your life and business when you're exhausted or burnt out. The message coming in really wants to help you but you need to say YES to caring for yourself. DECEMBER 21 ENERGY FORECAST: 38. Clear your energy: Stop, drop and realign with your highest Are getting too caught up in your head? Maybe you’re not sure what your next steps are? Stop, drop, and realign with your highest and best. Your guidance system is here; all you need to do is close your eyes, imagine you’re in a beautiful white sparkly bubble, and your angels will do the rest. Breathe in deeply, let go of anything not serving you, and open up to higher levels of creativity, joy, connection, excitement, and abundance! The world needs you to be in alignment and serving at a high frequency! 1. Balance: Look at the blessings in your life Take a moment to look around at all of the blessings in your life. Some days it may feel like “too much” to take but what if that were just a story you told yourself so you could take a break? There are always sacrifices that must be made for the sake of success. Make space in your schedule for play, love, friendships, silence, and adventure. Work will always be there, but it’s time to fill your cup too. 39. Guardian angels (100 angels appear around you whenever this card comes up!): Infinite support is here You’ve been working so hard! When you pull this card, 100 guardian angels appear around. Allow them to alleviate your anxiety, worry, doubt, and stress. Take a deep breath and know that you’re taken care of today and everyday. Even though they’re invisible, your guardian angels are always here to surround you and infuse you with unconditional love.
Episode 220 Happy December 14th! I'm really not surprised by this week's forecast because it's reminding you to narrow down on your efforts for the upcoming year so you're less scattered. The full forecast gives you step by step instructions so make sure you check it out! DECEMBER 14 ENERGY FORECAST: 33. Pivot: Tune into what FEELS good Something feels off. You don’t need to throw away all of your work but I’d seriously consider shifting so you don’t feel like you’re “pushing” so hard. Your business doesn’t have to be a labor of love; it can be easy. Maybe it’s time to look at the story “I have to work hard to make money.” Did you catch yourself? This could be a lovely place to journal what FEELS good and what feels heavy in your work. Give yourself permission to let go of what doesn’t feel light and easy. 3. Crystal Clear Success: You can BE it If you can see it, you can BE it. There is nothing you can not have. Release control of how things should be and allow the universe to orchestrate the most incredible life full of miracles. Make sure you give thanks and celebrate all the tiny micro-wins, as the universe is showing you that it’s all happening with little energetic breadcrumbs. Don’t take them for granted - it’s all happening! Take a look around and find evidence of it working! 7. Healing: Schedule healing work! This is a hard stop, drop, and get some healing work done. I don’t care if it’s a visit to the sauna, a spa day, or an hour-long massage or energy healing session. Your system is overloaded and under loved. There’s something going on under the surface and your angels want you to be aware of it...and you can’t do that alone or by working harder. You must stop to listen to the call. If you continue to ignore it, the call will get louder, and you may not enjoy being laid up from work for a long stretch of time. Better take care of yourself now. Pay now or pay later! A small investment of a day off will pay off in droves...just you wait and see! There’s someone in heaven watching over you and they can hear your silent prayers. Think of this card as a gift to have someone take care of you.

Happy December! We are officially in the home stretch of 2020. As these next few weeks start getting busy, don't forget to tune into your favorite podcast for some great guests and positive vibes!Erin believes that finding diverse talent doesn't have to be challenging for companies. There are plenty of people from non traditional backgrounds that are hungry and curious to break into the tech industry. However, many of these candidates are intimidated from applying to positions when the job description is looking for a “magical unicorn” candidate with unrealistic experience. She has found that a computer science degree will teach the theory behind computers, but it is not necessary for entry level software roles. There are alternative methods (bootcamp programs, online resources, etc..) to learn the necessary skills and help gain the hands on experience to start working in tech. Erin thinks that an apprenticeship pattern can be applied to technical roles if a company has a culture and values to support the program. She believes that in order to recruit and retain diverse talent, companies need to establish a culture that listens and adapts to their employees needs. People should feel encouraged to grow both professionally and personally within their workplace. Erin Orstrom is a technology professional with 3+ years of experience in software development, business analysis, and 1+ year of product ownership. She excels at liaising between the business and the developers to translate requirements comprehensively between the two parties. Erin enjoys working with others to understand their challenges and implement solutions which create more positive and intuitive user experiences. Happy December boys and girls! Wow, do we have a giant turd of a movie for you today. But let's not get ahead of ourselves. This movie stars Hulk Hogan, a baby Mila Kunis, Don Stark, Ed Begley, Jr. and so many more familiar faces that can actually act, it's boggling that they signed up for this. The script is so nonsensical it's not worth the two sentence recap to catch you up to speed. We spy a poor man's John Bernthal, exclaim multiple times that "that's a guy," explain our grunting, find out The Doctor is renowned for her time telling skills, Snowy tells a tale of the worst Santa ever and we have a minor disagreement, Mall Mom or Elf Manager? We meet the cheesiest motley crew of bad guys you've ever seen, there's concussions, wise guy elves, precocious orphans, another guy we know, catacombs, exploding gems and is that Edward Scissorhands yard? Snowy reveals how she feels about these child actors and kids in general, The Doctor remains confused about what is happening, then there is an even bigger disagreement, Pervert Santa or people just trying to keep hope alive, you be the judge, and an RFT first! All this and so much more on this week's Reel Fun Times.

Creating Consciousness: A Daily Spiritual & Intuitive Tarot Podcast
Happy December 1st! In today's episode of Creating Consciousness: A Daily Spiritual & Intutive Tarot Podcast for Self-Growth, Rebecca shares with you the energy behind the Father of Swords (also known as the King of Swords). To sum up Spirit's message for today, you are spending too much time overthinking your decisions. You are being called to trust what is right for you and surrender to the decisions you've made. You're making amazing progress, just keep trusting, showing up, and all will fall into place. Intuitive Task:The next time you have a big decision to make and you find yourself falling into the logical pattern of overthinking, satisfy that need you’re having and ask yourself these three questions:1. Is my decision affecting anyone negatively?2. Does my decision align with my moral compass?3. With where I am in my life at this moment, can I see myself happy with this change in the long term?Trust your answers. Don't overthink them. Once you've answered these three questions, have faith in your decision and keep moving forward.Daily Affirmation:"I embrace the decisiveness that lives within my heart center."Remember to trust and embody these words. Repeat this throughout the day or whenever you feel called to do so. You are loved. You are supported. You are divinely guided!-----Don't forget! Dear friends,Happy December! Or not so happy, seeing that our favourite podcast The High Low is coming to an end after four years. We bid Pandora Sykes and Dolly Alderton a warm adieu. Black Friday shenanigans took over our week and we fall into a discussion about consumerism and fast fashion when taking a look at Pretty Little Thing’s ridiculous 99% off sale that Venetia La Manna covered. We love Emma Edwards aka @the.brokegeneration’s post on mindful purchases. This week, Meghan Markle penned an op-ed for The New York Times, revealing that she had miscarried her second child in July. We discuss how this vulnerability is a welcome change from the Royal Family, as well as the double-edged sword that goes along with it. Michelle Andrews wrote a column about the criticism women face when speaking out about taboos.Jasmine recommends the film, The Happiest Season, an LGBTQI+ Christmas film starring Kristen Stewart and Mackenzie Davis. She references this The New York Times interview with some of the cast, as well as this piece on Syrup that writer Julian Rizzo-Smith so kindly read us an extract from. Happy December, Happy 2019 and Happy 2010s!!! I'm sure the first thing you'll do to start the new decade is to listen to our podcast, but I'd encourage you to rest, count your blessing and set some goals for your year. THEN listen. We’ve been slowly making our way through procedural sedation in the ED this year and we’re finally to everyone’s favorite part: the drugs! With so many options and so many combinations, finding the right agent for your patient is like crafting the perfect New Year’s Eve cocktail. Everyone has their own preference: Some mix, some chase, some like it straight up. But however you like your cocktail, you need to know your elements. And you need to know how to use them responsibly. So as we close out this decade (how weird is that to say?!?!) let’s foray into the fundamentals of sedative drugs. Have fun tonight, please drink responsibly, don’t drink and drive and have a happy New Year! Happy December! We have a great show for you with two guests that are both named Ryan. Ryan Wintle is an NFL analyst who runs the Dynamite Media Network tried out Bowl Game after we chatted about when is the start of a decade. The next guest is Ryan Kinietz, a man who knows nothing about college football, but tried the Bowl Game anyways and we talked about how to market these things better.Twitters: @IfAnyoneCares_ @RileyJamesIAC
Happy December!'tis the season to celebrate Sophia's 30th Birthday! What better way than to discuss one of her favorite pop culture franchises, Beetlejuice?!! Also in this episode, the ladies do touch upon some holiday themes as well as the upcoming "Star Wars IX: Rise of Skywalker" and the new season of "the Marvelous Mrs. Maisel". See You all in the New Year!
Happy December to one and all! This week, we present to you a Stocking Stuffer we recorded back in August. J5 went digging around the Lost Media Wiki and turned up Cranberry Christmas! Sponsored and produced by the Ocean Spray cranberry juice company, this animated special features songs and narration from the one and only Barry Manilow! To our knowledge it has aired only once, and as this podcast bears out, there is probably a very good reason why. Enjoy! Questions/Comments? Happy December, friends! I get the feeling a lot of us were waiting for this month. So many people told me they decorated early, were singing Christmas carols last month, and couldn't wait to slow down and enjoy it all. I think that's exactly it. Slowing down and finding rest in the midst of the crazy. I encourage you to find a moment to listen to today's episode. I chat with my sweet friend and longtime co-worker, Denise Funkhouser. Denise is known by many as a cheerleader. An encourager. As an enneagram 2, Denise is warm, exudes kindness and sincerity, and is truly servant-hearted. With 11 years in ministry under her belt, she has countless stories of connection with others. Opening up about her past, Denise shares how becoming a young, single mom changed her professional path and how she landed where she is today. She talks about her perspective on adoption and how her incredibly supportive family helped her to navigate difficult seasons in her life. Today's conversation is filled with nuggets on how to encourage and bless others. Perfect timing during this hectic month where our own busyness often keeps us full speed ahead. I can't wait for you to hear this conversation with Denise!
Howdy ho, lit-erinos! We'll never call you that again, we promise. This is just an extra episode since we didn't upload last month. We recorded this alongside the Gone With The Wind Pt. 2 episode (which was great, btw) because we felt like talking about books we had read separately. So if you would enjoy a more casual format, where it's just us rambling about the plots of books you may or may not want to read, press play! Books mentioned: "Emergency Contact" and "Permanent Record" by Mary H.K. Choi, "Carve the Mark" by Veronica Roth, "Pumpkinheads" by Rainbow Rowell, "Stay Sexy and Don't Get Murdered" by Karen Kilgariff and Georgia Hardstark, and "Her Pretty Face" by Robyn Harding. We also throw out our opinion on a terrible Netflix movie and separately come to the conclusion that a good book will change your life. Happy December!
Happy December! Amanda and Emily are here to talk about listener’s costumes from yesteryear.
