  Ja hallöchen, heutiger Podcast: Was für ein Geschnatter bei der Thai-Massage. Und bevor jemand komisch denkt: Ganz normale Thai-Massage – ohne Happy End. Ich war da schon öfter, es hat immer gut funktioniert. Aber heute: Katastrophe. Die Mädels haben die ganze Zeit gelabert – richtig laut, richtig nervig. Ich habe gebeten, dass sie damit aufhören – keine Reaktion. So verliert man Kunden. Mal gute Leistung, mal schlechte. Klar, jeder kann mal einen schlechten Tag haben. Aber in der Dienstleistung? Da ist das keine Ausrede. Wenn du schlecht drauf bist, bleib daheim. Ganz einfach. Altes chinesisches Sprichwort: Wenn du nicht lächeln kannst, lass die Rollladen unten und geh nicht raus. Ich weiß, es gibt immer Leute, die alles entschuldigen. Ich mach das nicht mehr. Für mich ist das Thema durch. Früher wurde ich ordentlich zugedeckt. Jetzt musste ich alles selbst einfordern: „Kannst du dies, kannst du jenes…“ Dazwischen ständig Unterbrechungen: Musik aus, Telefon klingelt, jemand kommt rein. Keine Entschuldigung. Keine Verlängerung. Aber zahlen darf ich natürlich alles. Klar, ich hätte aufstehen und diskutieren können. Aber warum? Ich bin müde, will entspannen – nicht streiten. Es gibt genug Thai-Massagen. Ich bin nicht abhängig. Wenn die Chefin schon so ein Vorbild ist, wie sollen es die Mitarbeiter besser machen? Jetzt mal zu dir: Wie ist deine Leistung – als Mitarbeiter, Chef oder Selbstständiger? Was gibst du deinen Kunden? Wie ist deine Performance? Wenn ein Kunde zu dir kommt, Zeit investiert, Geld ausgibt – dann hat er das Recht auf Höchstleistung. Auf Freundlichkeit, Aufmerksamkeit, gute Energie. Zum Schluss der Knaller: Da liegt die Lotion noch da – billige Lotion! Sorry, aber wer Naturkosmetik erwartet, wird da bitter enttäuscht. Viel Geld – wenig Qualität. Und dann höre ich wieder: „Gib ihnen noch eine Chance.“ Nein. Warum sollte ich? Ich hab keine Lust mehr auf zweite Chancen für schlechte Leistungen. Ich bin extra nach Neustadt gefahren. Zeit, Geld, Energie investiert. Und bekomme schlechte Leistung. Für mein Geld erwarte ich Top-Leistung – genauso wie meine Kunden das von mir dürfen. Ich verdiene mein Geld hart. Wenn ich es ausgebe, will ich dafür auch was zurück. Unwohlsein bezahle ich nicht mehr. Es gibt viele, die immer wieder dasselbe tun – aus Gewohnheit. Ich nicht. Ich bin nicht nachtragend – ich bin konsequent. Ich bin geduldig, sehr sogar. Aber irgendwann ist Schluss. Auch bei Mitarbeitern – irgendwann gibt's kein Zurück mehr. Was du mitnehmen darfst: Achte auf deine Werte. Verkauf dich nicht. Du bist keine Hure. Normalerweise hätte ich sagen sollen: „Ihr könnt reden, wie ihr wollt – ich bin raus.“ Aber ich war einfach zu müde. Musik zu laut. Ich bat darum, sie leiser zu stellen. Kurz wurde sie leiser, dann wieder voll aufgedreht. Das ist Kundenverarschung. Das ist wie ein Mittelfinger an den Kunden: „Was glaubst du, wer du bist?“ Aber das Gute ist: Ich kann gehen. Ich habe auch schon in Agenturen investiert – 0,0000 Wirkung, nur Kosten. Lektion gelernt. Nie wieder. Heute kannst du ChatGPT fragen. Du bekommst klare Anleitungen. Für viele Agenturen wird's eng – und das ist auch gut so. Die Guten werden überleben. Die Schlechten verschwinden. In Deutschland wird eh jeder aufgefangen – egal wie mies die Leistung ist. Aber ich achte auf Berufsehre. Wenn du einen Job machst – dann mach ihn richtig. Geh in dich. Gibst du täglich dein Bestes? Haben deine Kunden ein gutes Gefühl? Kommen sie gerne zu dir zurück? Ich wünsche dir, dass du immer die Extrameile gehst. Nicht für jeden – aber für deine Ehre, deinen Stolz, deine Leistung.
