You're a legacy dad (or mom, or parent, caretaker, or whatever). You've come to Christ and know that you're supposed to pray. If you're a Christian in today's world, statistics show that we are praying less frequently, for less time, and (arguably) with less depth than in previous generations. Maybe when it comes down to it, your prayer sounds more like a prayer from a pageant contestant than someone who is trying to talk to God. If you're in this position (or anything remotely similar), this episode is for you. Dave and Dante discuss a couple of ways to pray - the five finger method, and the ACTS method - as ways to continue to develop your prayer life.

The evolution of complex derivative modelling in the 1990s and 2000s exasperated the financial crisis in 2008. One aspect was that nobody remotely senior could explain what had happened due to the enormous complexity and opaqueness that their banks had become. This podcast provides a brief history of what happened and why it is being repeated by those that are pushing their models into covid-19 lockdown. --- Send in a voice message: https://anchor.fm/riskpearlswisdom/message

This was one of my shows on International Angels Network blog talk radio. This podcast talks about the concept of working and hearing spirit is not rocket science. It is actually very easy once you know how. I Am believer in the fact if your calling in Spirit by certain techniques you need to be careful on what type of spirit your conjuring up into your life. The Angels are all a round you waiting for you to ask to work with them. As the Angels have no free, so all you do have to ask. As a Angel Therapist I introduce my clients to their very own Guardian Angel so they can start to work with them in their every day lives. So this episode talks all about that and you do not need to be doing spells or hocus pocus to have an communitive channel with spirit. Things like a Ouija Broad should only ever be used, unless your with a profession who is clued up in how to use them safely. Personally I would never use one and I would not trust what comes through them. They can be a channel for some very demonic sources to come in on, posing as some thing they are not. We done probably don't like to think about the dark stuff as it is a scary concept, but i'm afraid it does exist. There is a yin and yang in all things in life. you just should not mess with the dark. Remember if you intuition is telling you something doesn't feel right then it usually isn't.

"Piccolo playing is a piece of cake providing you have the diaphragm control, technique and ability to control your embouchure.." In 'Talking Flutes' this week, Clare talks via Skype from her home in Hove, Sussex to Janet Richardson, Principal Piccolo of the Royal Scottish National Orchestra. Janet has worked with orchestras throughout the country including BBC Symphony Orchestra, RPO, Philharmonia Orchestra, BBC Philharmonic Orchestra, CBSO, RLPO, BBCSSO, SCO, BSO, Scottish Opera. Her performances have included regular appearances on television, Radio 3, Classic FM and multiple CD recordings with RSNO and multiple concerto performances such as Vivaldi piccolo concerto with RSNO in 2005, Bach Brandenburg 4 in 2004 and Mozart flute and harp with Edinburgh Symphony Orchestra 1990. In addition to teaching on degree courses at the Royal Conservatoire of Scotland since 1992 Janet Richardson has delivered masterclasses around the UK and also in Europe. With an upbringing in Oldham, close to Manchester, Janet began her flute studies with Trevor Wye while reading for her degree at University of Lancaster. Postgraduate study at RNCM led to piccolo tuition from Pat Morris which rapidly led to invitations from orchestras in the North West of England, Scotland and London. From this point her performing emphasis shifted to piccolo and to the post of Principal Piccolo with Royal Scottish National Orchestra in 1984. 'Talking Flutes' and 'Talking Flutes Extra' are podcast productions by the TJ flute company. For more information www.trevorjamesflutes.com

The year, 2019. It's been 50 years since man landed on the moon, and today the universe seems full of possibilities. From science done on the International Space Station to travelling to Mars, our guest today, Volker Thum, knows everything there is to know about space. He's the CEO of the German Aerospace Industries Association. In his role, he has to talk about some very technical and complicated topics. But not only does he love space, but he loves talking about it in ways everyone can understand. He lets us in on everything from negotiation tactics to dealing with contentious opinions on drones, as well as how technology can and does affect our daily lives as well as in the skies. On today's episode we ask ourselves: Why space? Why does it fascinate us? Why do we love it so much? And our guest says it best: it all comes down to our curious nature as well as our desire to explore what's out there. Enjoy!

Beholding His Glory ~ Pastor Bill Slabaugh, Grace Baptist Church
Rearing our children is not rocket science, because rearing our children is much more complex than rocket science. With rocket science the drawings and calculations are done by dozens of scientists for each component of the rocket. Then over a period of months or years, each component is tested separately over and over again and necessary changes are made to the design. The child come pre-assembled at birth with God-given bents, personality, and gifts already built in. Plus, the baby is already in motion. With children, there is no set science. Each child is different with millions of different variables. So how do we target the development of our children as they growing? This message focuses on helping our children learn to love Jesus with all their heart. If they learn to love Jesus with all their heart and soul, they will pretty much stay on track.
