Instead, creating a structured plan, setting reminders, and making the habit easy to follow will help you stay on track even when motivation is low.Tool: Daily Reflection. Ask yourself 2 questions at the end of the day: “What went well today?” and “What's one thing I can improve tomorrow?”Strategy: Habit Stacking – attach wellness practices (like positive affirmations) to existing habits, e.g., saying affirmations while brushing your teeth. Lena Cebula never would have imagined sharing her miraculous story. She felt like there was no hope for someone like her growing up in Ukraine. She was human trafficked to Israel, addicted to drugs, found God, and had her prayers answered. Today she's a Christian, an author, motivational speaker, podcaster, host of Love & Bloved, and social justice advocate. Her podcast was created to encourage, inspire and to give hope. If you have pain, keep trying! Have faith! Better Call Daddy: The Safe Space For Comtroversy. Are you struggling to believe there is a purpose for your life, that you can make sense of what seems like a mess? Struggling to believe that there is someone -anyone - who cares about you? Struggling to believe that after all you've been through, seen, or done that there is a chance you'll ever find peace and wholeness again? As a little girl growing up in a post-USSR Ukrainian iron mining town, Lena spent her life grappling with these same questions. This raw, transparent account of her life chronicles the years she spent running - running from a broken family, broken country, and broken dreams - in pursuit of something or someone who could calm the hopeless nightmare that her life had become. Drug addicted, alcohol dependent, and twice trafficked to foreign countries, she still had glimpses of what her life could be and kept chasing the elusive peace she constantly craved. However, on the other side of each empty promise of fulfillment she only ever found more pain until one day, one promise checked out. Lena met someone who showed her she didn't have to run anymore. Miraculous is a story of the storm before the calm, a journey from pain to healing. It is Lena's story, but it could be yours, too. Note: This interview took place on February 8, 2022, shortly before Russia invaded Ukraine Surviving a string of atrocities, Lena Cebula tells her story of life in Ukraine after the Soviet Union collapsed and with it, her country's economic and social systems, normalizing addiction, rape and abuse. Her story is one of hope when there's none in sight. She no longer feels like she could be roadkill, passed by with no one looking for her or coming to bury her. Starting from age 11, her life mimicked her country — total chaos. And part of that included being imprisoned in a brothel in Israel that was better than living in her own home. At age 40, she finally felt like herself again, and after not telling anyone about her ordeals for 20 years, she's on a mission to stop human trafficking. Talking points Generic trends in a collapsed country. The three most common risk factors increasing the odds of getting trafficked. The benefits of addiction. What red flags may indicate human trafficking? What to expect when a person is broken. The internal attitude you need to heal. The importance of a good beginning in life. The indignity of being bought and sold as a human and held as a prisoner and slave. The magic of giving grace to yourself and others. The benefit of not surrendering to a victim mindset. Lena Cebula is a wife and mother of three beautiful children, drug addiction and human trafficking survivor and author of a spiritual autobiography — Miraculous. She was raped numerous times and had a baby at 14 who she had to give up and died 3 months laters. Today she's a Christian, social justice advocate, blogger, speaker and host of Love&BLoved podcast.
