在這集《書房憲場》Podcast節目中,主持人謝文憲(憲哥)介紹《看得見的高效思考》這本書,並邀請作者劉奕酉老師,圍繞「思考與表達」的核心議題進行一場深入又實用的對談。 節目一開場,憲哥就提出一個發人深省的觀察:簡報是職場中最不公平的競賽。因為看起來簡單流暢的簡報,其實背後蘊含的是邏輯力、思辨能力、設計與表達等多重底層技術。而這一切的根源,其實都回到一個問題——我們究竟是怎麼「思考」的?憲哥藉此引入了劉奕酉老師的新書《看得見的高效思考》,並對劉老師在網路上源源不絕的讀書心得感到由衷佩服,進一步邀請他來談談背後的思維方式。 劉奕酉老師提到,「高效思考」的核心來自於「結構化思考」的訓練。他強調,這並不是什麼炫技工具,而是每個人本來就有的能力,只是大多數人沒有意識地去培養它。劉老師的讀書方式,其實是透過邊閱讀、邊拆解資訊,並將之與自身經驗產生連結,因此他不單是在寫讀書心得,更是在讀別人的故事中誤自己的人生。這種高度內化的思維方式,讓他的產出自然且持續。 談到「精準表達」,書中提出一個重要公式:「有觀點+會表達=精準表達」。劉老師認為,許多人在訓練表達技巧時,其實忽略了更根本的問題——你到底想說什麼?很多人學了無數方法,但話講出來卻還是讓人聽不懂,就是因為他們根本還沒釐清自己的核心觀點。現在AI能幫你做很多事,但它不能幫你「思考」。你得先知道你想問什麼、想表達什麼,它才能幫你輸出。所以思考的根源,其實變得比以往更加重要。 進一步探討書中理論時,兩位也聊到了「黃金圈理論」(Simon Sinek)與「系統一、系統二」(Daniel Kahneman)。劉老師指出,這些理論並不是高高在上的學術知識,而是與我們日常表達息息相關的工具。像是表達時,我們如果能讓對方用「系統一」(直覺式的思維)一眼就理解,那溝通的效率就會大大提升。但如果圖像或語言複雜,逼得對方必須用「系統二」(理性思維)來處理,那反而可能降低溝通效果。甚至有時候媒體會刻意製作一些誤導圖像,就是在利用系統一的思維盲點。 書中還舉了「時間管理」的案例來說明思考與表達的應用。憲哥分享自己每天會把最重要、最難的事放在早上完成,稱之為「先吃掉那隻青蛙」的策略。但劉老師進一步補充,這種做法雖然經典,但面對現代人「一打開門就有一尺厚青蛙」的狀況,其實已經不夠用了。於是他提出了不同的切角,像是用「簡單 vs 重要」來取代「急迫 vs 重要」,因為高效工作者往往所有事都很急也很重要,那就不如用簡單任務來帶動成就感,再推進複雜任務的完成。 這樣的觀點,也讓憲哥分享自己獨特的「團長策略」與「蔬菜原則」來處理時間與任務安排。團長策略是他掌控節奏、自己排定時間的方式,而蔬菜原則則像是從小培養的一種習慣:先吃掉最不喜歡的東西,後面就會越來越好—這其實就是優先處理自己最不想面對的事。劉老師聽完也認同,每個人有自己適合的時間管理方式,但重點還是:你有沒有一個清楚的觀點?這個觀點是否可以被清楚、有感地表達出來? 這集Podcast無論你是中高階主管、學生、創作者,或是單純想提升自己表達與思考的人,都能從中找到一個屬於自己的切入點。而那句「不是要學會畫圖、寫作,而是要學會怎麼思考、怎麼表達」,正是這本書與這場對話想帶給大家最核心的價值。 Powered by Firstory Hosting
