Today, on Karl and Crew, we kicked off our weekly theme of Chivalry in preparation for Mother’s Day! We discussed the importance of Moms and all that they do. We also had Dr. Gary Rosberg join us to discuss the importance of chivalry and male-to-male encouragement and discipling. Dr. Rosberg is a marriage coach along with his wife, Barb Rosberg. They are also award-winning authors, speakers, and podcast hosts of “The Rosbergs-Your Marriage Coaches.” They have also co-founded the for-profit Rosberg Group and are the founders of the international ministry, America’s Family Coaches. They have also authored a dozen marriage books, including “Healing Your Marriage.” You can hear the highlights of today’s program on Karl and Crew Showcast. See omnystudio.com/listener for privacy information.

Today's quote comes from an unlikely source - ME! I was doing a basketball skills workout yesterday with some kids here in my town, and while in the middle of the workout, all of a sudden, this quote came out of my mouth. I said to the two parents (who are also coaches and also frequent listeners of this podcast!), "Hey, I think that's a quote I can use on my podcast!"Now, a day later, here it is. And if I am allowed to say so myself, it's a good one! See what you think of it.For more information to help you on your road to becoming your best, check us out at SlamDunkSuccess.com or email me at scott@slamdunksuccess.com.As always, our background music is "Dance in the Sun" by Krisztian Vass.

Today, on Karl and Crew, we celebrated National Marriage Week by discussing how to revive the sparks of marriage with Jesus. Have you and your spouse lost that spark and have become glorified roommates? The crew discussed the necessity of including God in your marriage and being intentional with even the little things. We were also joined by America’s Family Coaches, Dr. Gary and Barb Rosberg, to hear the three steps they took with Jesus to bring back their flame. The Rosbergs are founding members of the International Christian Coaching Institute, life and marriage coaches, international marriage conference speakers, and award-winning authors. They also have a podcast called “The Rosberg’s-Your Marriage Coaches.” You can hear the highlights of today’s program on Karl and Crew Showcast.Donate to Moody Radio: http://moodyradio.org/donateto/morningshowSee omnystudio.com/listener for privacy information.

August, 2014. Gasoline and burnt rubber linger in the air at Spa-Francorchamps circuit, where the podium celebration for the Belgian Grand Prix is underway. The announcer calls the name of the second place finisher - Nico Rosberg. This should be a moment of celebration. But the crowd below roars with boos.
