Vediamo come ci è riuscito. How do you bring excitement to an otherwise rather unremarkable race? Easy: you put the world's most deadly maniac at the fourteenth place and watch what he does. That's why Peter had a great time watching the race from the perspective of Marc Márquez' dashcam. But what exactly went wrong with his bike, and could it have been prevented? Mat and Peter are on the case, and it seems that the killer is that good-for-nothing ride height device...And actually, come to think of it, Márquez wasn't the only rider that had a weird time in Austria. The Red Bull Ring is Silverstone's evil twin: a track that demands vicious and long braking, full of elevation and with very little flow. If you think that sounds too negative, you could also say that it's like a northern Mugello: a place where technical skills are pushed to the limit by riders that have to showcase perfect mastering of stop-and-go manouvering. And just like the energy drink that it's named after, the Ring will definitely raise your heartbeat and give you cold sweats...Want to know more? Round 11 of the Formula One World Championship took us to the Red Bull Ring for the Austrian Grand Prix. It was a pretty routine weekend, with track limits stealing the show as they typically do in the Styrian hills, along with a fight for the win between the classic pair of Norris and Verstappen that hit its first boiling point this season. With just a handful of laps to go, an over aggressive defense from Max caused contact, punctures, and the front running pair to slide down the order, allowing George Russell to swoop through and take only his second career win. Elsewhere around the paddock, the FIA's super license rules have officially changed, Aston Martin has hired further Ferrari staff, and Austria improved its AI track limits detection system. Stroll and Gasly extended with their respective teams, Helmut Marko has hinted that Ricciardo's end and Lawson's return may be here very soon, and the Jos Verstappen/Christian Horner dumpster fire took another funny turn this weekend. Moto GP, Rally Poland, and Formula 2 rounded out our coverage for a fantastic week out On The Gravel. See you next week for Silverstone!

Welcome to our motorsports podcast where we discuss F1, IndyCar, IMSA, NASCAR, our own racing adventures, and some other adventures!NASCAR raced waited for hours to race in the rain at New Hampshire and reviews were mixed but was interesting for sure. Formula 1 kicked off it's triple header at Barcelona in Spain where Verstappen and Red Bull just keep on going but Norris and McLaren are inching closer and closer! Indycar visited Laguna Seca where it was one hell of a strategy race, however, Palou and Ganassi continue their dominance. Can Palou continue this momentum into the 2nd half of the season? Lastly, IMSA had it's Watkins Glen 6 Hours and we don't think that disappointed one bit! Some great racing with mixed conditions and a quick red flag had the race come down to a roughly 30 minute sprint race at the end where GTP saw the Porsche and Cadillac chase one another to the line and in GTD Pro we had a 6 way battle for the lead where the Heart of Racing Aston Martin came out on top!Looking ahead to this weekend F1 is in the hills of Austria at the Red Bull Ring. Also the Spa 24 is taking place as well to cap off the 72 Hours of June for a few drivers that competed in the Nurburgring 24 and 24 Hours of Le Mans earlier this month.
