Lori reminds us that “pure religion” invites everyone to participate in the practical expression of God's love. In this episode, Lori dives into 1 Timothy Chapter 5, a passage she encountered shortly after becoming a widow at 38. Initially, Lori misunderstood parts of the scripture, seeing them as a checklist she needed to meet to receive care.
