I met Rachel at a F45 training class in Branham Park San Jose, and she resides in the Bay Area, and she's has come down to the studio to discuss her life story. From her traumatic experience of losing her father figure at a young age, a tale of love at first sight with her soul mate, best friend ,father of her three children all to lose him during the pandemic. The beginning of Alopecia (autoimmune disorder which causes hair loss) with her self and shortly thereafter her kids, the emotional roller coaster she feels when life seems to continue to bring her lower and lower, but most importantly we discuss her ability of strength, vulnerability, faith, responsibility and having a sense of a strong purpose to make sense of all the obstacles set before her. And having faith that it is a guide to help her believe that “All things are working together for good”.
