Destiny story is a must listen for all females! Following a recent cervical cancer diagnosis she has set about raising awareness, particularly around the importance of cancer screening for females. Destiny is a fellow bikini competitor, a children's oncology nurse and an all round wonderful human! She inspires me daily and I am sure she will inspire you too.This is a great episode. In this episode we talk about hypothalamic amenorrhea (HA) which is the loss of periods with Dr Nicola Rinaldi. Nicola has worked with hundreds of women to regain their menstrual cycles and is also the author of 'No Period. Now What?'. Loss of periods is very prevalent in women in bodybuilding so it was great to hear from an expert.
