A self-limiting belief is a belief we believe about ourselves that limit us from reaching our optimal potential. In this episode, we dive into self-limiting beliefs that teachers may have AND ways that we can twist those self-limiting beliefs into ones that serve us!
Is it assumed in your school that new teachers will do all the "extra" teacher stuff such as chaperoning dances, concerts, sporting events, advising clubs, joining committees, etc? It's very easy to tell someone to just "say no," however in this episode I talk about the very REAL FEELINGS of why it's sometimes hard for new teachers to say no to the extra teacher stuff.
