In today's episode we talk about judgement. We share how challenging it is to see how much our minds are judging and evaluating all the time. And we offer some ideas about how to work with judgment in your own life: journaling, meditation, or setting timers for awareness. We also talk about working with judgement on big topics like war where it is easy to fall into good/bad labeling and how to hold all of life in a more neutral way in our own minds.
Today we discussed “the void”, an aspect of the spiritual awakening path where one no longer has a map for how to live in the world. We each shared our own experiences of letting go of our identities, being in the unknown, and walking the pathless path. We got personal…sharing ways we feel supported when we find ourselves in the void, like connecting in community, meditation and attuning to the healing opportunities that arise in this space.
