In this episode I tackled a few breathwork techniques. I was inspired by my own morning practices and by some of my clients who had applied these techniques. There's evidence supporting the use of hypnotherapy for chronic pain, acute pain, and emotional distress arising from medical procedures and conditions, side effects of cancer treatments, such as irritable bowel syndrome, nausea, headaches etc, not mentioning other issues that hypnotherapy can help with. Many adults who were neglected as children look to Hypnotherapy because it is the last resource to relieve their emotional burden. The disconnection within ourselves begins in the early years when there's trauma, but this disconnection can be less severe if in those early years, someone can rescue by making the traumatic experience less heavy in the mind of the victims. The accumulation of trauma causes chemical reactions in the body making the inmune system not function as it should. Experiences and traumas cause some people disconnect from the true self changing their belief system making them more vulnerable to disease.Drinking, smoking, addictions reduce health in the body. Having disease make people believe life is not worth living. To fix this problem hypnotherapy is a great way to change the false beliefs. Researchers from the University of Turku, Finland did studies on individuals who were very high hypnotizable. The study was conducted by observing how magnetically induce electrical current moved through the subject's brain during hypnosis and in the wakeful state. During the awake state the different regions in the brain share information with each other, but during hypnosis not longer were so connected and working as a team. This study showed how during hypnosis the brain region could easily focus on positive suggestions and accept them. Validating hypnotherapy again as one of the resources that can relief post- traumatic stress disorder and aid in the immune system to function better. In this episode I'll have a conversation with all of you about how to learn to control impulses to avoid regrets. Impulsive behavior is a term used to describe acting on impulse without thinking about the consequences. If some of these issues are your situation, Hypnotherapy can be one of your options or your last resource. Hypnotherapy is tailored to the subconscious of the person specifically. Some impulsive behavior examples can be overeating, purchasing without checking your bank account, binge eating or drinking, lying, aggressive behavior, emotional outburst, and more are examples of impulsivity. Frequent impulsive behaviors might be a symptom of a mental or emotional health condition. The good news is that you can learn coping skills to manage impulsive urges that manage long lasting benefits with hypnotherapy. This is misinformation. This episode is based on studies proven by credible information. I do not recommend anyone to stop taking their antidepressants, but based on this review I encourage everyone with concerns about their medication to contact your Doctor.
The negative stories of our past and present should not define us as individuals.
