A new mishnah! A blasphemer is only culpable once he mentions the Name of God. All testimony would be provided using a euphemism, until the very end, when one occasion of direct citation of the blasphemy would take place before any judgement would be brought into effect. The judges who heard this would tear their garments for this desecration. Also, the 7 Noachide laws, and dispute over what they are. That is, the sages had other laws to add - several of which were connected to false approaches to the Divine or witchcraft, but even grafting was recommended for the list, though they weren't included, in the long run. Plus, a discussion on the nature of civil law, and why it is one of the 7 (except for the view that says it doesn't belong there, and "sterilization and grafting/kilayim" were substituted instead).

Bless the Lord, O my soul, and all that is within me, bless his holy name! Psalm 103:1 LORD is Yahweh, the personal covenant name of God.Psalm 104:1 Bless Yahweh, my soul. Yahweh, my God, you are very great. You are clothed with honor and majesty. The meaning of words is directly connected to the context in which they used. Mary the mother of the Lord Jesus, the incarnate Word offers her praise in Luke 1:46ff “My soul magnifies the Lord, and my spirit rejoices in God my Savior, for he has looked on the humble estate of his servant. For behold, from now on all generations will call me blessed; for he who is mighty has done great things for me, and holy is his name. And his mercy is for those who fear him from generation to generation. On the 8th day of John's life on the occasion of his circumcision and naming Zechariah, his aged father's tongue is loosed from his muteness. And his father Zechariah was filled with the Holy Spirit and prophesied, saying, “Blessed be the Lord God of Israel, for he has visited and redeemed his people and has raised up a horn of salvation for us in the house of his servant David, as he spoke by the mouth of his holy prophets from of old, that we should be saved from our enemiesand from the hand of all who hate us;to show the mercy promised to our fathersand to remember his holy covenant, the oath that he swore to our father Abraham, to grant us that we, being delivered from the hand of our enemies, might serve him without fear, in holiness and righteousness before him all our days. I. Our God is a Blessing God; vs.1-5 II. There's No Substitute for Love; vs.6-9 III. Our God is Faithful; vs.10-22 Jacob runs off to escape death. The Lord meets up with him and pronounces the blessing upon him.
Being Cleansed by the Blood of Christ and thus forgiven of our sins is the greatest Blessing God can provide. But looking at Scripture, we can note that there are more blessings involved in Salvation than we can imagine.

The God of Abundance and Blessing God set the table of abundance and blessing. Gen. 2:8-9a Now the Lord God had planted a garden in the east, in Eden; and there he put the man he had formed. 9 The Lord God made all kinds of trees grow out of the ground—trees that were pleasing to the eye and good for food. We broke the table by believing the lie of scarcity. God can set the table of abundance and blessing in the midst of the thief. Psalm 23:1 The Lord is my shepherd, I lack nothing. Psalm 23:6 You prepare a table before me in the presence of my enemies. God can fill the empty. John 2:7-10 Jesus said to the servants, “Fill the jars with water”; so they filled them to the brim. 8 Then he told them, “Now draw some out and take it to the master of the banquet.” They did so, 9 and the master of the banquet tasted the water that had been turned into wine. He did not realize where it had come from, though the servants who had drawn the water knew. Then he called the bridegroom aside 10 and said, “Everyone brings out the choice wine first and then the cheaper wine after the guests have had too much to drink; but you have saved the best till now.” God has promised His people an eternal feast of abundance and blessing. Revelation 19:9 Then the angel said to me, “Write this: Blessed are those who are invited to the wedding supper of the Lamb!” And he added, “These are the true words of God.” Luke 15:21-24 “The son said to him, ‘Father, I have sinned against heaven and against you. I am no longer worthy to be called your son.' 22 “But the father said to his servants, ‘Quick! Bring the best robe and put it on him. Put a ring on his finger and sandals on his feet. 23 Bring the fattened calf and kill it. Let's have a feast and celebrate. 24 For this son of mine was dead and is alive again; he was lost and is found.' So they began to celebrate.
