Sinead is riding her mare Athena who is a bit sensitive and hot. In this lesson, Sinead works on teaching Athena to halt when she says "whoa" aloud from the walk, trot, and canter. Sinead rewards Athena with a treat after she halts. Eventually, Emily moved to Lexington, KY, where she coached the University of Kentucky Dressage Team and taught people through the CCI3* level. In 2015, Emily started working for multiple-time Olympian Phillip Dutton, and in 2020, she started a lesson and training business, Emily Hamel Eventing, out of Phillip's True Prospect Farm. During her time with Phillip, Emily bought her now 5* horse Corvett, also known as Barry. Marcia Kulak is a top three-day event rider and trainer who has successfully competed at some of the world's largest competitions, including Rolex, Burghley, Blenheim, Boekelo, and Fair Hill. Marcia has been shortlisted for two Olympic Games and has had the opportunity to train with numerous experts, including Jack Le Goff, George Morris, Mark Phillips, Anne Kursinski, and Sue Blinks, as well as natural horsemanship masters John Lyons and Louis Wood. Marcia has been on the USEF Eventing Selection Committee and the Active Athletes Committee to choose the 2012 Olympic coach. Marcia's business, Kulak Equestrian, currently operates a top multi-discipline stable based in Wellington, FL.
