The moment that locals have been dreading all year is finally here: Formula 1's Las Vegas Grand Prix. While the actual race cars hit the Strip this month, the city has been under construction to prepare the 3.8 mile track and other infrastructure for most of this year and the traffic just keeps getting worse. Locals and city officials have voiced their complaints so much that it's hard to believe that anyone is excited for the 3-day takeover.
