We take a quick look back at the first week of the Western Canadian Baseball League season and some of the early leaders. Then we sit down with Brooks Bombers head coach Ruddy Estrella, Fort McMurray Giants catcher Jordan Bach, and we conclude Ian Wilson's trek to the Okotoks Dawgs' Media Day with quick updates from Ryan McFarland, Brody Forno and Nash Crowell.
A powerful conversation with Jordan Bach, a modern sage, that examines the spectrum of cultural conundrums. The talking heads of politics and media call for “unity” while screaming out division. People, on all sides, point fingers this way and that in an effort to lay the blame. Yet, here we are. None of that has ever worked on the mission of creating a more peaceful (UNIFIED) society. Let us try something new. May we find our way through it all with grace and gentleness. Enjoy! Purchase A Life Worth Dying For TODAY! Click here: https://bit.ly/ALifeWorthDyingFor MERCH!! In this episode of finding grace I am joined by Jordan Bach, who is a life coach, motivational speaker, blogger, certified yoga and meditation teacher. Ranked as one of 40 of the most accomplished leaders under 40 by advocate magazine, he co-hosted the television series ‘The secret guide to being fabulous’ as the life coach. As someone who was openly gay since the age of 12 he champions LGBTQ rights, and consults with major corporations on this. I discovered Jordan’s work on social media and loved it, so we connected and its was great to have him on the show, and to share his message. In this episode Jordan shares his take on what finding grace means to him, we talk about sharing the messy truth and how we can use this to elevate people rather make it a negative thing. Why its important stop focusing on being perfect, but to show up and be yourself he believes it’s our humanness that heals not our perfection. We delve into the world of meditation and the ones he created and the story behind him creating them. His shares tools for tuning into your gut wisdom and the best ways to shift yourself when feeling funky, and we both share our love of a cold shower and the benefits of it. We talk about tuning into your cosmic GPS, and how to use it. This was a wonderful interactive insightful conversation, we hope you enjoy it. It’s jam packed full with Jordan's wisdom. You can find Jordan at www.thebachbook.com and on Instagram @jordanbach or twitter @jordanbach You can find Jordan’s meditation collection via his website and if you sign up to his email you get one of from the collection, and if you would like to work with Jordan you can find all the details via his website. In Episode #37 on The Jen Mavros Show, we are joined by an advocate of Love, a man who has been recognized as one of the most influential teachers on the contemporary spiritual scene, the amazing Jordan Bach. Together, we discuss what he calls, 'Gay Spirituality'. "LGBTQ people, however you want to identify on the wide spectrum of sex, gender and sexual orientation... We play an integral role in the evolution of consciousness on this planet. We tend to come in, incarnate, as teachers to our family, our friends, our communities, it's part of the job our soul's signed up for. To wriggle ourselves out of outmoded, socially constructed sex and gender identities that really no longer serve our species and our world. I believe, in my heart of hearts, that being gay is a gift from God. Why? Because we were sent here to expand humanities vision of what Love really is." -Jordan Bach The Advocate Magazine ranked Jordan as one of the “40 Most Accomplished Leaders Under 40,” calling him “one of the few you should listen to among our modern-day cacophony of voices.” Jordan cohosted the television series Secret Guide to Fabulous (produced by Kelly Ripa) on which he served as a life coach and relationship expert. Today’s WWRadio is probably the one that has inspired me most since I recorded it back in February. I’ve already implemented many of the ideas we discussed here into my life and have already seen amazing results. This week I chatted with Jordan Bach who is an all around super cool guy I look up to a ton as a spiritual guru and leader. Jordan is a life coach, writer, and speaker and a champion for gays inspiring people all around the world. He’s been called “one of the LGBT architects of the next decade” by The Advocate and he runs the site TheBachBook.com an online home for gay men who want to make the most of their lives. I’m so excited to for you to hear our deep chat and his inspiration. His is so wise, authentic, and most of all massively down-to-earth. He’s doing amazing work to inspire what I aspire to inspire here in the Wellness Wonderland which is: radical deep authenticity. We get deep into this more in this episode, but what Jordan believes is that authenticity is about balance and going in and out of authenticity with grace and ease. This, and everything he shared was hugely impactful and I know you’ll want to turn up the volume on this week’s episode and brace yourself for being hugely inspired.
