It isn't easy to shed a boyband or girl group image.  Over the years, plenty of artists have tried and failed to hit the heights of superstardom that they have seen in a group setting. In many ways; the bigger the group, the more of an uphill battle it is to prove to fans that a solo career is a serious, worthwhile endeavor.   Without re-litigating the entire NSYNC-to-solo-star trajectory of Justin Timberlake, it is important to look back at what was one of the more seamless breakout transitions to solo stardom in pop history, and where Justin Timberlake stood in the pop world in the years leading to SexyBack. In 2002, NSYNC finished up their heralded Celebrity Tour that was praised by critics as a more ‘accessible and down-to-earth' show.  As if specifically crafted to give all of the boys in the group a glow-up, the tour included medleys of the Beatles and the Temptations, and focused on downtempo songs with more musicality to them. The pop hits were still there of course, but the message was certainly that NSYNC had grown up. The tour was short; just under two months long - and they even canceled BOTH Canadian dates in Toronto and Montreal in the run-up, (thanks for that boys) and by April 28th - just in time for fans to say “It's gonna be MAY” - it was all over.  Justin was just getting started though, and began working on his debut album Justified almost immediately. Working with 2000s hitmakers like The Neptunes, Scott Storch, and Timbaland, JT was ready to embrace the R&B sound that NSYNC had been toying with near the end of their run, but never fully committed to. Although Jackson-Inspired Singles “Like I Love You”, “Senorita” and “Rock Your Body” didn't have as much success as the album's most iconic song “Cry Me A River” they certainly were not flops - and Justified went triple platinum in America, double platinum in Canada, and SIX times platinum in the UK. By 2004, Justified was nominated for multiple GRAMMY awards, and beat out Christina Aguilera, George Harrison, Annie Lennonx and Michael McDonald for best pop vocal album.  All of this is to say what is blatantly obvious - Yes, Justin Timberlake was a star, all by himself. Moving on from music as a whole in the years that followed, Justin Timberlake spent the majority of 2004-2006 getting his feet wet in Hollywood, with roles in such films as Edison, Alpha Dog, Black Snake Moan, and Southland Tales. While not exactly undeniable successes, the films did help Justin continue to shed any last remnants of boyband smell on him, and allowed him to reinvent himself as a true polymath - Justin wasn't just a run of the mill every day *singer* - he was a full-fledged *artist*, a tastemaker, and he was ready to bring us into the future - and with him; he was bringing Sexy… back. This is the true story of Justin Timberlake's 2006 return hit 'Sexyback' Also Contains audio from: Pharrell On How Prince & Michael Jackson Both Turned Down His Music. Peep What Songs! Justin Timberlake is an American singer, songwriter, actor, and producer who first rose to fame as one of the lead singers for the legendary pop group *NSYNC before establishing himself as a top-tier solo artist and versatile entertainer. With his smooth vocals, slick dance moves, and dynamic stage presence, Timberlake has become one of pop music's most prolific artists and entertainers over the past two decades. Early Life and *NSYNC Justin Randall Timberlake was born in Memphis, Tennessee on January 31, 1981 to Lynn and Randall Timberlake. He was raised as a Baptist and performed often as a child, showcasing his singing talents at local talent shows and in his church choir. When Timberlake was 11, he made an appearance on the talent competition Star Search, performing country music songs. In 1993, Timberlake was recruited to join the new pop group *NSYNC along with members JC Chasez, Chris Kirkpatrick, Joey Fatone, and Lance Bass. The group shot to stardom in the late 1990s during the boy band craze, selling over 56 million records worldwide thanks largely to Timberlake's vocals and stage presence. As the group's popularity skyrocketed, Timberlake's fame expanded beyond music thanks to appearances on shows like Nickelodeon and work as a model. Solo Career – Justified In 2002, Timberlake shocked the music world by announcing he was leaving *NSYNC to pursue a solo music career. Skepticism quickly turned to praise when Timberlake released his debut solo album Justified in November 2002. Fueled by hit singles like “Cry Me a River” and “Rock Your Body,” Justified sold over 7 million copies while showcasing Timberlake's talents as a songwriter, producer, and arranger. At the Grammys, Timberlake was nominated for Album of the Year and cemented his status as pop music's newest superstar. Continued Music Success in the 2000s On the heels of Justified, Timberlake continued achieving massive success across music, film and business in the 2000s decade. His 2006 album FutureSex/LoveSounds debuted at #1 on the Billboard charts and contained hit singles like “SexyBack”, “My Love”, and “What Goes Around...Comes Around.” For his dynamic live performances during the FutureSex/LoveSounds tour, Timberlake won two Emmy Awards for Outstanding Music Direction and Technical Direction. Expanding into movies, Timberlake received praise for supporting roles in films like Alpha Dog, Black Snake Moan, and The Social Network. He also began several business ventures, launching clothing lines, co-owning restaurants, golf courses, and eventually investing in a handful of tech startups. After a musical hiatus from 2007-2012, Timberlake came back in vintage form with The 20/20 Experience (2013) and The 20/20 Experience – 2 of 2 (2013). Together, they became the best-selling albums of the year and contain hit singles like “Suit & Tie” and “Mirrors.” On the back of the 20/20 albums and Experience tour, Timberlake fully re-established himself as an unparalleled force in pop music and live performing. Continued Acting, Super Bowl, Man of the Woods Embracing acting roles with equal passion as his music, Timberlake showcased both his comedic and dramatic talents in films ranging from Friends with Benefits (2011), Trouble with Curve (2012), Inside Llewyn Davis (2013) and Runner Runner (2013). In early 2018, Timberlake headlined the Super Bowl LII halftime show, marking his triumphant return to the stage of pop music's biggest spectacle 14 years after his controversial performance alongside Janet Jackson. The show featured Timberlake flawlessly singing and dancing through his classic catalog of hits both old and new. With the most-watched musical performance of all-time, the Super Bowl show affirmed Timberlake's status as an immortal pop icon. Later in 2018, Timberlake released his fifth studio album Man on the Woods which debuted at #1 on the Billboard charts. Though met with mixed reviews, the album nonetheless contained the hit single “Say Something” and incorporated country and roots influences. The accompanying Man of the Woods tour marked Timberlake's fifth world tour as he continued showcasing unique musical artistry and exceptional live performance abilities to audiences worldwide. Acting Successes and Super Bowl Return Throughout the late 2010s and early 2020s, Timberlake expanded his acting catalog by starring in films ranging from light-hearted comedies like Trolls (2016), to lead dramatic roles in Palmer (2021). His vocal performances in multiple Trolls movie soundtracks generated smash hits like “CAN'T STOP THE FEELING!” that firmly merged Timberlake's musical talents with his blossoming acting abilities. In early 2022, Timberlake again seized the global spotlight when he co-headlined the Super Bowl LVI halftime show alongside Mary J. Blige, Dr. Dre, Snoop Dogg, Eminem and Kendrick Lamar. The hip-hop and R&B-centric performance marked Timberlake's third Super Bowl appearance, solidifying his unique status as a halftime show mainstay performer. Legacy With over 88 million records sold worldwide, an arm-length list of awards, dozens of smash singles, and universal acclaim for electric live performances, Justin Timberlake has firmly established himself as pop royalty over his multi-decade career. By seamlessly crossing over between music and film for two decades, Timberlake has become one of entertainment's most decorated and versatile stars. His influence across pop, R&B, hip-hop, and acting is nearly unmatched by any male entertainer of his generation. From leading the pop explosion of 1990s boy bands to dominating the charts as a renowned solo artist, Justin Timberlake has consistently reinvented himself at the cutting edge of entertainment for twenty-plus years. With his smooth voice, slick moves, unmatched stage charisma and diverse talents ranging from singing to acting, Timberlake delivers a level of popstar power matched only by luminaries like Michael Jackson and Prince. Though still actively recording music and starring in films at just 42 years old, Timberlake's vast career ensures enduring fame as one of history's preeminent entertainers. This collection showcases some of the biggest dance hits and hidden treasures that defined this pivotal period in dance music. Among the influential contributors of this period were Gabriel & Dresden, whose transition from progressive to trance remixes provided a darker edge to club music. Their remix of Jewel's "Intuition" still ranks high among the Top 2000s Dance Music Classics. Jewel, known as an alt-folk singer, proved that thought-provoking lyrics could coexist with pop's perceived superficiality by transitioning into pop music. Mainstream hits of this period include Christina Milian's "Dip It Low", Janet Jackson's "All Nite (Don't Stop)", and Justin Timberlake's "Rock Your Body". These songs not only dominated pop charts but also set dance floors on fire, particularly Sander Kleinberg's progressive house mixes, a distinctive part of the Top 2000s Dance Music Classics. Lesser-known but equally impactful tracks such as Nina Sky's "Move Your Body" and Mylo's "Drop the Pressure" gained classic status in this era and received renewed interest with remix treatments in 2022. This period also saw ONO, John Lennon's widow, venture into dance music. Her abstract poetry, turned into dance remixes, was a successful experiment, with "Walking on Thin Ice", remixed by Pet Shop Boys and Danny Tengalia, topping the club charts. An unforgettable entry to our Top 2000s Dance Music Classics is the Heaven & Earth remix of "Clocks" by Coldplay. Despite not being an official release and charting low, its profound impact on club music was later acknowledged by Coldplay itself. For a comprehensive list of the best dance tunes from this era, explore our Top Dance Songs for 2000 — 2009, focusing on the 2003 and 2004 releases. Stay tuned for our regular programming next week. Hey friends! I am super pumped to bring you a dear friend and client today-- Aimee Anderson, because not only is her story powerful, it will ignite you into action, especially since we are officially 3 weeks into the new year, which is typically when most people give up on their New Years' resolutions. Did you know that most people give up on their goals and resolutions because they often lack patience and consistency... Mmmmhmmm. I said that! It's easy to plug into a diet or nutrition program, but it's hard to sustain it. And I cannot blame you! All those rules, restrictions, and deprivation would have me giving up on my fitness journey too. This is why I am super excited for you to meet Aimee Anderson. Not only is she a busy mom of five kids (ranging from the age of 13, all the way up until 23). She's is a full-time education assistant from Alberta, Canada. We've been coaching together for two and a half years, and get ready for this. Amy has lost over, 80, pounds and she has kept it off, doing it the right way, aka without the fads, pills or potions, or any guilt or deprivation, and with a ton of patience. She's living her best life! Key takeaways from today's episode: 1. Stop the struggle-mode. Get into pleasure and feel-good mode. Eat what feels good. Work out in a way that feels good. Make your fitness and health journey fun. It's easy to stay consistent when feeling good is the goal. 2. Ease off the pressure-pedal. Be patient with your body, with yourself. Whole health is a lifestyle, not a fad. We are rewiring ourselves for a total lifestyle shift, and that won't happen overnight. 3. You are stronger than you can imagine. More capable than you can imagine. Hitting your goals isn't an unattainable feat. Flip the switch, enlist your support team or trainer who resonates with you, and actually listen to them. 4. Health is a state of mind, body, and being. Focus on what brings a smile to your face. Find people who will wholeheartedly support you and challenge you to rise and be your best self. Do it for you first, not for anyone else. To read and learn more, head over to our blog www.lorimork.com/blog and tune into the podcast! I hope you enjoyed listening to this episode as much as I enjoyed recording it! Share your fitness, health or life goals with me on Instagram at @lori.mork, I'd love to cheer you on and support you! Dance Club

Party Favorz really dug in yesterday to deliver the epic 40-song non-stop dance music club podcast HW19 featuring the latest club hits from the biggest hitmakers of the moment. Many of these tracks are hot off the presses and you'll likely be hearing them in your local club for months to come. As usual, I like to put my own spin on these sets with fresh reworks of classic tracks from decades past. There is no shortage of classic cuts in this set featuring "Dancin" by Aaron Smith and Luvli, "Say My Name" by Damon Hess (Destiny's Child), "Cold Rock A Party" by Richard Grey & Lissat (MC Lyte and Missy Elliott), "I See You Baby" by Groove Armada, "Work It & Lose Control" by Missy Elliott, "Feel What You Want" by Kristine W, "Call On Me" by Eric Prydz, "Rock Your Body" by Justin Timberlake, and the obligatory Halloween favorite "Thriller" by Michael Jackson. Each of these tracks has had new life breathed into them by the various remixers who've given them a fresh new perspective. I really wanted to get these all out by Friday but things kinda slipped away from me but better late than never. Technically speaking, Halloween isn't until Thursday and you can enjoy these sets without all the spooky noises and typical filler (i.e., gimmicks) employed by other DJs in their sets. With my birthday rapidly approaching on Saturday, I wanted to give a shout out to David J. and Keith M. for their generous donations that helped cover some unexpected expenses this month including a pricey new DJ service (but worth it) and Billboard's new charge for access to their charts (which pissed me off). As it stands, we're back on track. I plan on updating volume 2 of the Essential 80's Dance Mix as I noticed two breaks within Taylor Dayne's "Prove Your Love" with a third for the outro. I'll need to re-edit the track and check for anything else I may have missed. Sorry for the continuous need to to update sets but it's unnerving for me to not fix something — especially when it's a definitive series like this. I've already mentioned two Legacy entries on tap but I may expand that to four. It depends on whether I have enough of these two artists to make it work so I'm not saying who they are just yet. I'll let it be a surprise that many of you had asked for in the past when and if they do pop-up. My goal now is to get out the updated version of volume two of the Essential 80's Dance Mix followed by volume 4 sometime this weekend. Until then...ENJOY! I'll let it be a surprise that many of you had asked for in the past when and if they do pop up My goal now is to get out the updated version of volume two of the Essential 80's Dance Mix followed by volume 4 sometime this weekend. Until then...ENJOY! Album: HW19Genre: House, Future House, Funky House, EDMYear: 2019Total Time: 02:45:36 1. Aaron Smith feat. Luvli - Dancin (Remix (Krono Extended Remix) 2. Between Light and Shadow: A Twilight Zone Podcast

Happy Mother’s Day to all the moms out there! This week’s episode has… um, nothing whatsoever to do with honoring mothers. Instead, Craig asks the age-old question: what do Christmas Eve in Alaska and a kid running for President have in common?  The answer may surprise you. Episodes 4 and 5 of the new Twilight Zone series (“A Traveler” and “The Wunderkind”) are our research subjects this time around, and we’re gonna get all up in their business with our brand new microscope (from Whipple Industries™, of course).   “Neither Here Nor There (‘Really? Another Revision?’ Revision)” by Twin Loops “Here Comes Santa Claus” performed by Bing Crosby with The Andrews Sisters (copyright 1949 by Decca Records) “Jingle Bells” performed by the Jackie Gleason & His Orchestra (from the album Merry Christmas, copyright 1956 by Capitol Records)   “Here Comes Santa Claus” performed by Doris Day (copyright 1949 by Columbia Records)   “Rock Your Body” performed by Justin Timberlake (from the album Justified, copyright 2002 by Jive Records)   “A Rod-Damned Massacre” performed by Incurable Dog Cancer (from the forthcoming album Canine Inch Nails, copyright 2019 by Butterscotch Eclipse Records)   “Utrom (Kandis Mix)” performed by Tied & Tickled Trio (from the album Ea1 Ea2 Rmx, copyright 1999 by Moor Music)   The Twilight Zone is a trademark of CBS, Inc.   Between Light and Shadow: A Twilight Zone Podcast is a nonprofit podcast. Do you need music for the beach, the pool, some other sun soaked summer activity? Well seek no further. Today, we've got a survey of all your tropical favorites. We've got a little bit of everything: dancehall, soca, afrobeats, reggaeton, tropical bass, a bit of highlife, and then whatever Mateo Kingman is. It's a lot of music and this is after cutting half of it. I really wanted to take the time to max a full DJ mix out of this but I opted instead to just get the music out to you. As usual, I have too much music and too little time.   As mentioned in the podcast ZZK Records has begun producing these great documentaries capturing the amazing musical moment that is developing across South America. The first few episodes focus on Ecuador and are highly recommended watching.   The Nu LatAm Sound - Ecuador Episode 1 - The Amazon Voices The Nu LatAm Sound - Ecuador Episode 2 - The Rhythm of the Coast The Nu LatAm Sound - Ecuador Episode 3 - The Andes Sounds   Also, been working on putting more podcast playlists into Spotify and I decided to attack the queue from both ends. Turns out many early tracks aren't on Spotify! Sorry LAX, Zeale, and About:Blank to name a few of the local Austin acts from 2009 that didn't make it. There's also various remixes etc. that are only available through other channels. So you gotta check the old podcast episodes if you want the full picture. But for the most part, they're there. So if you get tired of hearing my voice, check them at ActiveListener on Spotify    Thanks for listening and don't forget to support the artists,   Aaron   ActiveListener on Spotify     Tracklist (links to buy) 1.Unforgettable ft. Thank you to the brave and courageous women and men who have spoken up and called out behaviours that have been normalized for far too long. On this podcast, we are going to talk about catcalling, fatphobia, body shaming, dick pics and the who owns women’s bodies. How do we treat people living with disabilities? How do we socialize men and women to respect each other’s humanity? This conversation happened before the Harvey Weinstein Effect. The world is changing! Here you’ll meet 5 different women who I had the honor of getting to know over the past few months as they did the Rock Your Body coaching program with me in March 2016. They have very different stories, with one thing in common – they hated their bodies and held a lot of anger and resentment towards themselves because of their self-image. Part 2 of the Essential Justin Timberlake kicks off with the excellent Division 4 remix of "Can't Stop The Feeling". It also has the Junior Vasquez remix of "Rock Your Body" where I think Junior was at his best. JT has collaborated on several occasions with Madonna & this set features 2 tracks with her "4 Minutes" and "Dance 2Nite". He also dueted with Ciara on "Love, Sex, Magic" remixed here by Cutmore. I've included the Thunderpuss mix of N*Sync's breakout track "Bye Bye Bye" and one of his biggest tracks "What Goes Around Comes Around" completes the Justin Timberlake experience. Enjoy Anthony 1/ "CAN'T STOP THE FEELING" (Division 4 Remix) 2/ "4 MINUTES" (Peter Saves New York Club Mix) with MADONNA 3/ "LOVE, SEX, MAGIC" (Cutmore Club Mix) with CIARA 4/ "ROCK YOUR BODY" (Junior Vasquez Earth Anthem Club Mix) 5/ "SEXYBACK" (Eddie Baez Club Mix) 6/ "DANCE 2NITE" (Edson Pride Massive Vox Club Mix) with MADONNA 7/ "MY LOVE" (Friscia & Lamboy Electribe Remix) 8/ "BYE BYE BYE" (Thunderpuss Club Mix) with N*SYNC 9/ "LIKE I LOVE YOU" (Wayne G. The second male artist I've selected for the Essentials series is Justin Timberlake. I've always liked his music & his style - he's just cool. Part 1 has a selection of tracks from his early & mid career such as "Rock Your Body", "Cry Me A River" & "Love Stoned". As well as more recent hits such as "SexyBack", "Suit & Tie" and his current hit "Can't Stop The Feeling". I've also included some of his early hits with N*Sync, Gloria Estefan & Beyonce`. So sit back & groove with Mr Cool himself. Part 2 following soon. Enjoy Anthony 1/ "SENORITA" (Eddie's Extended Club Mix) 2/ "MY LOVE" (Paul Oakenfold Club Mix) 3/ "LOVE STONED" (Matrix & Futurhead Remix) 4/ "SUIT & TIE" (Mike Rizzo & H3dRush Remix) 5/ "CAN'T STOP THE FEELING" (Barry Harris Club Mix) 6/ "CRY ME A RIVER" (Johnny Rocks Club Mix) 7/ "ROCK YOUR BODY" (Sander Kleinberg 'Just In' The Club Mix) 8/ "SEXYBACK" (Solar City vs. Amokk Club Mix) 9/ "UNTIL THE END OF TIME" (Jonathan Peters Club Mix) with BEYONCE` 10/ "MUSIC OF MY HEART" (Hex Hector Club Mix) with N*SYNC & GLORIA ESTEFAN 11/ "THIS I PROMISE YOU" (Hex Hector Club Mix) with N*SYNC

The most entertaining weight loss and fitness podcast show on radio." Please click on the POD button to listen to the latest Dr. Fitness and the Fat Guy radio show podcast.   On tonight's show, Doctor Fitness and the Fat Guy get the skinny about how a dancer from Madison Wisconsin transforms himself into one of the hottest dancers/choreographers in the world. Jamie King, the creator of the "Rock Your Body with Jamie King" dvd and book shares his story of growing up in Wisconsin, struggling as a background dancer, meeting his mentor Prince then being plucked out of the American Music Awards by Madonna. Today Jamie is on top of the world with his sponsorship by Nike, his work with greats like Shakira, Madonna, and just about everyone else as well as his brand new exercise dvd Rock Your World and the book that tells his story. He has got a great story and his dvd will get you moving that is for sure. Check out Jamie's website www.jamiekingofficial.com or Nike's dance fitness site www.nikewomen.com or www.rockyourbodyprogram.com We also got to spend time with Jim Karas, the author of "The Cardio Free Diet" His book shows you dispels the myth that more time running on the treadmill is the key to losing weight. He believes that if you want to lose weight you must be strength training and eating right. Cardio does not really help you lose weight in fact he believes that it could hinder your weight loss. A man after the Fat Guy's heart. I don't know if Dr Fitness totally bought in to his theory but the Fat Guy is with Jim 100%. Jim is the Fitness contributor for Good Morning America and has worked with clients such as: Hugh Jackman, Diane Sawyer, Emma Thompson, Candace Bergen and more in his studios in New York and Chicago. To learn more about Jim and his new Book as well as his old books check out his website www.jimkaras.com Next up we had the editor of Fit Sugar Sweet Susi May. Susi is the fitness editor behind one of the Fat Guy wife's favorite blogs Fit Sugar. In fact if you are a woman and have not been checking out the whole family of Sugar Publishing sites you are truly missing out. First go to www.FitSugar.com and you'll see why this blog is so cool. They review healthy snacks, exercise videos, they have calorie breakdowns of the foods you actually eat an a whole bunch more. That is why they are our the Dr Fitness and the Fat Guy Blog of the Week. And once you get to www.fitsugar.com scroll down to the bottom of the page and check out the other sugar sites like: popsugar, buzzsugar, geeksugar, dearsugar and more. They are all awesome! And last but not least we had on Lisa Newton, the brains behind Weight1Minute. Weight1Minute is a new subscription service for implementing your personally customized weight loss, exercise and nutrition goals. Go the her website www.weight1minute.com and try them for free for one month. The Doctor had some his latest installment of ...Dr Fitness' "Things You Can Do Today" To Lose Weight Tomorrow. Here are a few of Dr. Fitness' secrets about how to watch out for seemingly healthy choices that pack a lot of calories at some of your favorite restaurants. Number 1, Ruby Tuesday's Veggie Burger has over 900 calories, bet you didn't know that. Number 2, Chili's grilled salmon meal gives you 8 oz of salmon some rice and veggies for about 700 calories - probably more than you thought but it sounds good to the Fat Guy. And Number 3, beware the Macha Green Tea Blast at Jamba Juice...that 32 ounce smoothie will cost you well over 600 calories. For that amount of calories I'd much rather have the salmon from Chili's. He had a few more tips but you'll have to listen to get them.Kathie finally came back to the studio and she promised that she would be around more often. She was in Cancun and New York filming the Real Savvy Moms TV show.  Real Savvy Moms is a great show for moms that is available on most Public Broadcasting Stations around the US and online. Remember Kathie is one of the top feet and legs model's out there... she is so hot she got to be a body double for Alyssa Milano a few weeks ago. Be sure to check out Kathie's website www.getkathie.com. Also check out her hosting skills on www.RealSavvyMoms.com. Remember we are now on Michigan radio station WKNW this day. They asked us to create a Dr Fitness and the Fat Guy "Wellness Minute." So now a new Wellness Minute runs on that station each day. Each Wellness Minute features the doctor and I going over 5 of his best tips on a given wellness subject like: losing weight, getting in shape, living a healthy lifestyle, etc. We're working on ways to make those tips available to all our listeners. If you have a favorite radio station that you think would benefit from our Wellness Minutes send them an email telling them about it and who knows maybe you can hear us everyday too. Also once again, I need you to please do me a favor. My nine year kid Max made his radio debut in his new show "Kid Power Radio." This is a great show for your kids. It is kind of like a kids version of David Spade's "Showbiz Show" on Comedy Central or Entertainment Tonight. Max recaps the week in entertainment and gives his take and review of what he liked and didn't like on TV, at the movies, video games, in books and in music and even restaurant reviews. Please go to his site and download the show for your kid. And if your kid sends Max an email he'll read it on the air next week. The show can be found at www.kidpowerradio.com and you can email Max at RadioStarMax at Yahoo.com. Your encouragement is greatly appreciated. Thanks!!! As always, more laughs, more info and more fun than any other health, fitness, weight loss podcast out there. Click the podcast button and check out the entire show right now. Don't forget to check out the Doctor Fitness and the Fat Guy blog at www.weightlossradio.blogspot.com for more tips about weight loss and Dr. Shafran's analysis of all things health and fitness. Also check out our website www.drfitnessandthefatguy.com to subscribe to our FREE weekly healthy living newsletter. You can also email Dr. Fitness there with your specific questions and he will personally answer each one. Promise!! Please blog about our show. Our show grows when our listeners tell their friends about us. We need your help to grow our listener base so if you enjoy Dr Fitness and the Fat guy please forward this podcast to a friend and put links to our website and show on blogs and message boards you enjoy.
