To download the transcript CLICK HERE In todays' episode, join me as I chat with Justin Howard-Sneyd, a distinguished Master of Wine, wine consultant, and owner of the Domaine of the Bee winery in Roussillon. More importantly, Justin is a trustee of the Regenerative Viticulture Foundation, where he's been leading two-day courses in regenerative viticulture across the UK for the past two years. Justin walks us through the essentials of regenerative farming, distinguishing it from organic practices and biodynamics. We'll explore the certification process in this field and dive into the debated topic of whether to till or not. The crux of these decisions lies in maximizing soil health. Discover fascinating insights into the importance of healthy soils. Did you know that the soils in the UK alone can sequester a staggering 10 billion tonnes of carbon annually? That's equivalent to one year's worth of global human emissions! The detrimental effects of practices like tilling and heavy pesticide use on soil's carbon storage capacity highlight the urgent need for viticulturists to adopt regenerative methods. Today we’re talkin improv. Maybe you’re already deep into it, or maybe you only know it from watching Who’s Line Is It Anyway marathons back in the day. What you may not know is that it’s not just fun to watch, but the practice and skills of improv hold valuable tools for business, relationships, and life. Black Box Improv Theater is kind of a trailblazer as Dayton’s only improv theater, and we got the chance to have an entertaining and educational chat with founder and owner, Justin Howard, who also owns Emerge Improv, an experience-based training to help teams and organizations transform the way they communicate. We talk about the origin story behind Justin deciding to bring improv to Dayton on the front end of our city's resurgence, how anyone can use the practice of improv to improve almost every aspect of their communication and life, and why Black Box should be your next date night plan. Justin will make you laugh and think and learn and we’re so excited to share this interview with you. Eagles will dominate the Jets Put, these are two teams heading in vastly different directions. The Eagles are hoping to win this soft matchup, as well as catch a potential break-in Dallas if Green Bay can swipe a victory from the Cowboys. Knowing that the Eagles can end the day with a share of first place in the NFC with a Packers win in Dallas, expect Philly to come out swinging like a heavyweight fighter against the hapless Jets. With Sam Darnold still at risk with his health and dealing with mononucleosis, Luke Falk may get the call on the road, in a tough environment, albeit against a susceptible secondary. Slight defensive limitations aside, the 13.5 spread does not scare the Against the Spread hosts. This play of the Eagles is as safe as can be with the Jets not showing much life thus far this season. The Eagles are getting healthier, and this could be a game that is over before halftime. Carson Wentz is getting his targets back to full strength, and the running attacks are multi-faceted with Justin Howard, Miles Sanders, and veteran Darren Sproles. The Birds fly high at home, and the Jets stay grounded on I-95. The Pack to attack Big D? Aaron Rodgers and his Green Bay Packers are Devante Adams-less heading into a significant NFC clash in Dallas this Sunday. 3.5 points favor the Cowboys, and while this could be a shootout game, look for it to go down to the wire in what could even be a walk-off win. When looking at the NFL picks for Week 5, the "over" can certainly be enticing with the offensive talent on the field. Look for Rodgers to utilize his other targets, and perhaps lean on tight end Jimmy Graham more with Adams dealing with turf toe. Aaron Jones will certainly be relied upon as well with a limited receiving corps. On the Dallas side of things, look for Ezekiel Elliot to take advantage of a lackluster Packers run defense, which should soften the blow of the injured Tyron Smith out indefinitely. Dak Prescott, meanwhile, looks to rebound from a poor offensive performance last week in New Orleans. New to the show?
