Episode 289 of “The Sports Experience Podcast” is here & we're continuing our block on some of the NFL's best postseason games of all time.In this episode we're discussing the 2018 AFC Championship between the Kansas City Chiefs and the New England Patriots. In a game which featured two of the biggest dynasties of the 21st Century in the NFL, the Chiefs and Patriots did not disappoint on a cold January evening at Arrowhead Stadium. It appeared like business as usual for the Patriots during the first half. Led by Tom Brady, New England raced out to a 14-0 lead with a ball-control offense. In addition, their stout defense appeared to be helping their team capture a third straight AFC title, and fourth in five years.Yet in the second half, league MVP Patrick Mahomes helped Kansas City storm back into the game.Down 17-7 entering the fourth quarter, Damien Williams scored three touchdowns for the Chiefs. Unfortunately for him, Sony Michel & Rex Burkhead were scoring for New England. In a see-saw final quarter, 38 total points were scored. The last three came off the toe of Kansas City's Harrison Butker with 0:08 in regulation, and his crucial kick sent the game to OT.Not wanting to cede supremacy over the NFL to the young and hungry Chiefs, Brady and teammates like Rob Gronkowski and Julian Edelman came up big on the only drive of OT. New England's offense executed a drive of 13 plays over 75 yards which ended with a Burkhead touchdown run and a 38-31 score.Connect with us on Instagram!Chris Quinn: @cquinncomedyDominic DiTolla: @ditolladominicProducer: @ty_englestudioInstagram: @thesportsexperiencepodcastIf you enjoy this podcast, please help support us @:https://podcasters.spotify.com/pod/show/the-sports-experience-pod/support#sportspodcast#comedypodcast #kansascitychiefs#newenglandpatriots#nflplayoffs

US Attorney in the district, Damien Williams, outlined the charges, they include racketeering conspiracy, sex trafficking and interstate transportation for prostitution. Next, Alex laments Scientific American endorsing Kamala Harris because he doesn't like the precedent it sets. Then Alex talks about Trump's war with Taylor Swift, JD Vance's crusade to look like an a**hole, and how Kamala Harris is now leading in some swing states. Finally, Alex breaks down the pager bomb attacks that rocked Lebanon yesterday. He worries that this is relude to a larger Israeli operation in Lebanon. Craig Grialou and Dani Sureck give their two cents. Whichever direction the Cardinals go in - they also have Tony Jones Jr. on the active roster plus veterans Corey Clement and Damien Williams on the practice squad - the running game is key to the success of the offense. Other topics discussed included Hollywood Brown's absence at practice on Wednesday; the lack of targets for Michael Wilson against the Bengals; and what might a secondary look like if Jalen Thompson is unable to play this week.See omnystudio.com/listener for privacy information.

Arthur Smith and the Atlanta Falcons have used two top 10 picks trying to boost their red zone offense. Kyle Pitts and Drake London were brought in as targets for Marcus Mariota to use when they needed to score touchdowns. Jon Chuckery talked about how those two need to be more involved because neither of them had a target in the red zone against the New Orleans Saints. Secondly, the Atlanta Braves have a lot of good players up and down their lineup. Travis d'Arnaud and William Contreras play the same position and both of them have been extremely productive. Jon Chuckery talked about the catcher position for the Braves, and he wanted to make sure that the catchers got shown some love. Lastly, the Atlanta Falcons drafted Tyler Allgeier in the fifth round of the 2022 NFL draft. Allgeier was not on the active roster Sunday against the New Orleans Saints. Jon Chuckery talked about how Allgeier needs to dress over veteran running back Damien Williams. Learn more about your ad choices. Visit podcastchoices.com/adchoices

Atlanta Falcons running back Damien Williams joined Dukes & Bell live from Atlanta Falcons training camp, the running back competition and more!
In the second hour, Laurence Holmes and Mark Grote had a discussion about former Bears quarterback Jay Cutler and linebacker Brian Urlacher -- once teammates who didn't get along during their time in Chicago -- becoming strange bedfellows. The guys then discussed general manager Ryan Poles firing director of player engagement LaMar "Soup" Campbell and the city of Chicago exploring renovations to Solider Field that would include the addition of a dome. Later, Holmes remembered a special Bulls moment and Grote played a new Bears game.

The NFL depth charts are pretty set! The rookies have landing spots! We now have a decent idea how the fantasy landscape will look come July! So it's time to put a stake in the ground and make some rankings. On today's podcast we'll tackle the scarcest position: running back. Beyond the first several names, there simply aren't a lot of sure things, and we'll talk about why. We'll also talk some about tight end ranks and why our first inclination is to once again *not* pay to get one of the highly rated ones. Fantasy draft strategy formulations begin now!
