Tea Party Media podcast has a new bumper and jingle. Excerpt from a related piece of content (https://egonetcast.com/blog/2021/1/17/i-am-being-tested (I Am Being Tested), EGO NetCast podcast, January 17, 2021): My main focus is to finish the work with my ”last,” site, and launch https://teaparty.media/ (TeaParty.Media) as soon possible. For the record: the name Tea Party Media is not associated with a political party or the modern tea party movement in any form, shape or manner. That said, I will continue to publish posts and episodes on politics and the tea party movement. I will also talk about what happened at the Boston Tea Party in 1773. In this day and age, it is more than ever an important issue to understand the history, and learn from it, don’t you think?Show notes with links to articles, blog posts, products and services: https://soundcloud.com/martin-lindeskog/tea-party-media-podcast-bumper-by-jim-jonsson-of-jtunesproductions (Tea Party Media podcast bumper) https://soundcloud.com/martin-lindeskog/tea-party-media-jingle-by-jim-jonsson-of-jtunesproductions (Tea Party Media podcast jingle) https://jtunesproductions.se (Jim Jonsson, JTunes Productions) https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Disco_(Kylie_Minogue_album) (Kylie Minogue's album, Disco) https://the-secular-foxhole.captivate.fm/episode/fruity-dreams-about-jingle-and-orchestral-bells (FRUITY DREAMS ABOUT JINGLE AND ORCHESTRAL BELLS) https://url.bio/lyceum (URL.bio/Lyceum) https://www.teepublic.com/stores/tea-party-media?ref_id=8944&utm_campaign=8944&utm_medium=affiliate&utm_source=Tea%2BParty%2BMedia (Tea Party Media merchandise) https://www.getrevue.co/profile/lyceum (Lyceum Bulletin newsletter) https://happs.tv/@Lyceum (My broadcast on Happs) https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Long_Island_iced_tea (Long Island iced tea) Support this podcast

Don’t you think it is time to celebrate George Washington Day on February 22? Read Allan C. Miller’s piece, A Presidents Day perspective on the nature of a free press. I have had the following quote from George Washington (March 15, 1783) on my Facebook page: “the freedom of Speech may be taken away—and, dumb & silent we may be led, like sheep, to the Slaughter.” From George Washington’s Mount Vernon page on the National Gazette (established in 1791): “George Washington's support for a free press and the First Amendment ironically helped to make the National Gazette possible.” In this episode I will tell a little about my future plans, as I soon will reach the milestone of 100+ published episodes of this podcast, since I started podcasting in 2006. [Editor's note: Please check out the blog post for the editorial cartoon by John Cox & Allen Forkum, Instagram photos, and my tweet.] After doing some introspection, listening to fellow podcasters on different topics (e.g., hobby versus indie podcasters, and so called procasters / mainstream media radio broadcasters), and checking my book plan, I have decided to mix it up a bit and test a new podcast format and I will develop my workflow, over a period of time. This post has been percolated for a couple of days, so I want to say cheers to the attendees at the podcasting conference, Podcast Movement. As my thoughts on the future on my podcasting have been sinking in and I have "chewed" on the challenges with the workflow of EGO NetCast, I stumbled upon a transcription service called Trint, thanks to Fizzle's blog post (10 Killer Links for Entrepreneurs in 2017) for Fizzle Show podcast, episode 226. After I have finished tinkering and pondering, I have to catch up with the backlog of my guests provided by PodcastGuests.com. Avery Breyer - planned for the month of July. Ash Said It - planned for this month, August. In the pipeline: A follow-up conversation with Ileane Smith. Read her post, The Future of Blogging. An EGO Search on Jenn Herman of Jenn Trends. Read Jenn's post, Which Instagram Metrics Really Matter? An EGO Search on StargatePioneer of Better Podcasting. Listen to episode 93, Embracing Emerging Internet Trends. Through the grapevine: A guy who picked my brain in a positive way asked me about the optimal length of a podcast. He will launch his podcast in September. I have become Nita Silverspjuth’s web PT, and she will launch her podcast, Management Studio (in Swedish), in September. I am working with a couple of members of the Swedish Civil Protection Association, in Gothenburg, as they will start their own podcast on the notion of being prepared for 72 hours… In November I will talk about the future of podcasting regarding new technologies, trends, and the potentialities for the podcast industry, at a podcast conference in Stockholm. The talk will be for 40 minutes with 5 minutes for Q&A. The target audience is communication professionals (marketing managers, public relation officers, etc.) Shout out to: Addy Saucedo - The Podcast Planner Alexander Laurin - The Podcaster’s Coach Karin Hoegh - PodConsult Joel Comm’s post, The One Secret to Success, and video, 5 Simple Steps to Podcast Success. Win Kelly Charles - Butterflies of Wisdom You could say that this is the tangram puzzle of podcasting! Call to action: Get Adrienne Graham's book, No, You Can't Pick My Brain: It Costs Too Much. #ThisIsMyMessage is the hashtag for the podcast documentary, The Messengers. My podcast, EGO NetCast, will be mentioned in the credits of the film, as I have been one of the backers of the crowdfunding campaign for the making of this movie. I recently purchased The Messengers black t-shirt via TeeChip. I am thinking of using this service for the crowdfunding campaign for my first forthcoming book on (black) tea (#teaFTWbook). I have registered an account on Red Bubble, after reading a post on Small Business Trends. I have added John Cox's caricature of Ralph Waldo Emerson and his tea quote: I have been thinking about my struggle with the workflow of this podcast, compared with the "flow" I have together with my co-host, Johan Gustaphzon, on Produktivitéet (productivity + tea = "productivitea" in Swedish). Should I keep on creating content for EGO NetCast? I have come to the conclusion that I will continue with this podcast, because I have a message to deliver: This episode of EGO NetCast is produced (read: "marinated" / procrastinated) during the intermediate days between Boxing Day ("Another Day X-mas" in Swedish) and New Year's Day. Please, listen to the episode for more details regarding the show notes, including shout out messages and related links to this holiday show. The next solo episode will cover my three words for 2017, according to Chris Brogan's meme. Show notes: New media: The Podcast Planner's Pulse Check and Gary Vaynerchuk's post, Document, Don't Create: Creating Content That Builds Your Personal Brand. Business philosophy: Why Christmas Should Be More Commercial by Dr. Leonard Peikoff. Good life: Masala Chai and Matcha Focus green tea. [Editor's note: Please, use my ref.
