Hour 1 Last night the Cowboys/Seahawks game had a ton of offense and no points as the Cowboys won 41-35. But the story of the game was the amount of penalties called: 25 total called and 19 accepted for a total of 257 yards. The Niners go into Philadelphia this week in what is sure to be the game of the week. People will not believe in the Cowboys until they win playoff games. Jerry returns for an update but first Gio was in the city yesterday and saw Camila Cabello in a coffee shop. Nantz and Romo are off this week because they worked two games last weekend. Jerry thinks it's ‘soft' and thinks Tony Romo probably wanted the week off. Jerry has audio from last night's Cowboys win as Dak threw for 3 TDs. Mike McCarthy looks like a guy that would have GERD. Patrick Mahomes will play at Lambeau Field for the first time ever. Jerry finishes with energetic calls from the Devils and Islanders wins. In the final segment of the hour, Sports Illustrated named Deion Sanders their Sportsperson of The Year even though they are now 4-8. If not Deion, then who? Damar Hamlin maybe? Dak Prescott? Nikola Jokic?  Hour 2 Aaron Rodgers said he understands the risk of coming back too early, but said it wouldn't be a problem because he would have time to rehab before next season. He also spent the entire day after being injured, crying. Gio said now there's no doubt he's coming back to play this s eason. The Jets only have a 0.9 % chance of making the playoffs. Rodgers was also answering phones in the Jets season tickets office this week. We also took calls on who should have been Sportsperson of The Year instead of Deion Sanders. Jerry returns for an update and starts with audio from last night's Cowboys win over the Seahawks. Dez Bryant is upset with Craig Carton after Craig said of Dak's girlfriend, he had to question if she's a ‘gold digger'. Tyreek Hill talked about his time in KC and said Mahomes was too close to Kelce but it sounds like he was sort of joking. In the final segment of the hour, when bacon is bad, it's really bad.  Hour 3 Gio heard a story that Mark Gastineau threatened to beat up Brett Favre at an autograph signing for handing Michael Strahan the sack record. A caller said he has Gastineau's old Christmas tree. Gio said he bought a live tree and it cost him $300! Karen Carson and Johnny Mingione called in with an update on Dua Lipa coming on our show. Jerry returns for an update and starts with audio from last night's Cowboys win over the Seahawks. Dak Prescott talked about being blessed being the Cowboys QB. A goalie scored a goal for the Penguins last night. In the final segment of the hour, could Jim Harbaugh become available for an NFL team? Would he use the NFL as leverage to get another college coaching job? He is going to want total control of an NFL franchise. Maybe Chicago, where he played for the Bears? Gio thinks David Tepper of the Panthers will go nuts and offer Harbaugh a ton of money. Hour 4 We are all going to miss Tommy DeVito this week with the Giants on a bye. Instead we get Tim Boyle against the Falcons at MetLife where the Jets are underdogs. If the Jets win, will Brandon Tierney have another ‘unkillable' moment? Joe Flacco may end up starting for the Browns this Sunday. Alex and Scott hit the studio on a Saturday to capture fresh thoughts on the Jets game. Just like the week before, there was a lot to like in the game, and some concerns too. First and foremost, this is a stomping of the hated Jets, so they celebrate that. The loss of Phillips is a sobering elephant in the room. What about Mike McDaniels game plane and play calling this week? What about Tua's protection of the ball? What about that MetLife field? More thoughts on the rest of the season and the Dolphins journey to the playoffs. There's an interesting tidbit about our next opponent, the Washington Commanders. How will our Dolphins fare in the nation's capitol? Join our conversation and listen in to this episode for all this and more.

A caller was upset there wasn't a horse collar tackle called on the Eagles for taking down Josh Allen. The Broncos won their fifth straight game beating the Browns. Jerry is here for another update but first we talked about the Jets going forward and how nothing is going to change because of Aaron Rodgers being here. Jerry has the call from Dolphins radio on the hail mary that was returned for a TD. Tommy DeVito is enjoying the moment as QB of the Giants. Gio said it's time for DeVito to strike while the iron is hot. Time to go after those Instagram models. Scott Hanson and Red Zone had to evacuate with alarms going off. The game of the day was in Philadelphia as the Eagles beat the Bills in OT. In the final segment of the hour, Gio went with the extended family to hibachi and he saw a cockroach in the restaurant. Hour 1 Boomer said he has never in his life seen a hail mary return for a TD like he did in the Jets Black Friday game. The Jets are in a weird state where nothing is working. Every decision the Jets make is based on what Aaron Rodgers wants. Are the Giants hurting themselves by winning now? The Bills and Eagles played a great game yesterday and Boomer said both QBs played angry and that's the way you have to play. The Eagles play the Niners and the Cowboys the next two weeks. The Giants are still ‘in the hunt' for a Wild Card spot believe it or not. Jerry is here for his first update and starts with the missed FG by the Patriots at the end of the game. Tommy DeVito was all smiles after the game and Boomer said he looks the part. Bill Belichick talked about the turnovers and missing the kick at the end of the game. Jerry has audio of the Eagles tying the game with a FG and then Jalen Hurts game winning touchdown. The Ravens beat the Chargers last night. The Knicks lost to the Suns at MSG. In the final segment of the hour, Phil Simms got new glasses that are very manly. Gio said they looked great and he hopes he keeps it up. Looking at the NFL playoff potential, Boomer doesn't see the Niners losing again this season. Gio said Boomer is going to Kansas City again for the AFC Championship game based on their remaining schedule.  Hour 2 Josh Allen is 0-6 in overtime games. Once again there were complaints about the turf at MetLife after the Jets/Dolphins game. Boomer heard that free agents don't want to come here because of the turf. Eddie went to the Jets/Dolphins game with the Winters Brothers. A caller was upset there wasn't a horse collar tackle called on the Eagles for taking down Josh Allen. The Broncos won their fifth straight game beating the Browns. The game of the day was in Philadelphia as the Eagles beat the Bills in OT. In the final segment of the hour, Gio went with the extended family to hibachi and he saw a cockroach in the restaurant. Boomer said it's no big deal.  Hour 3 Dolly Parton looked and sounded great performing at halftime of the Cowboys Thanksgiving game. Nobody seemed to like Jack Harlow's performance in Detroit. Jay Glazer put out a report that Brian Daboll and Wink Martindale are at odds. Boomer said he worked with Glazer and he would watch him do his calls so he finds him very believable. Boomer also said if Aaron Rodgers is coming back next year, Nathaniel Hackett is not going anywhere. Jerry returns for an update but first we talked about Dolly Parton's performance on Thanksgiving. We also talked about how neck skin looks as you get older. A friend of Gio's claims he can guess a woman's age by looking at their knees. Boomer said you can tell by looking at a man's testicles. Brian Daboll talked about Tommy DeVito's performance yesterday. Rob Saleh said ‘we're giving Timmy another shot' this week. Jerry went around the NFL yesterday. In the final segment of the hour, Gio may have played his final round of golf for the season yesterday. What are we going to do in Vegas since we'll be done at 7am local time? Hour 4 Cowboys fans are probably the most annoying and the Eagles fans the most vicious. We talked about various dynasties in sports and if that makes the fans annoying. Who will wind up with a higher draft pick, the Giants or the Jets? Jerry returns for an update but first, Steve Cohen's daughter just got engaged to an agent at CAA. Rex Ryan went after Bill Belichick for not naming a starting QB saying ‘they both stink'. Brian Daboll talked about the improvement of Tommy DeVito. The Eagles are now 5-0 after trailing at the half as they beat the Bills that way yesterday in OT. The Moment of The Day involves ‘older man testicles'. In the final segment of the hour, the guy who won our Hungerthon auction calls to introduce himself. Frank Reich has been fired by the Panthers even before his first season is over.

On this week's jam packed edition of the world renowned, hardly ever viewed podcast, Mike Steph discusses the following: The NY Jets beat the NY Giants 13-10, in one of the worst games in recent history. The Miracle at Met-life helped "gang green" gain their 3rd consecutive victory to put them over .500 at a record of 4-3. Both teams combined for 4 for 34 on 3rd down conversions and 24 punts. It took a missed FG by Graham Gano with 26 secs remaining to give the Jets life. Zach Wilson lead the team down the field and put them in position to tie with 1 second remaining. The Jets ultimately won in OT. Sloppy game on both sides and Mike Steph has a load of "salty thoughts" on this miraculous victory. The NY Knicks kicked off their season this past week. There are some troubling signs already rearing its head. Julius Randle has had a horrendous start shooting 27percent from the field and has been underwhelming. Jalen Brunson has started off slow but Mike Steph has confidence in him bouncing back once he gets his legs back after the FIBA championships. Overreactions are on the menu. Lastly, Mike Steph actually made a profit this week with his NFL Gambling foray. He Still "bumped his head" but at least it made some coins. All that and more! Plus a discovery of "Trunk or Treat"

There's a Thanksgiving Day scramble and then they go to the Portly Villager. Gio wants to see the Lions take a loss on Thanksgiving against the Packers but he doesn't see that happening. Boomer thinks the Cowboys will have no problem with the Commanders, particularly because it's in Dallas. Dolly Parton will be performing at the Cowboys/Commanders game tomorrow in Dallas. Jerry is here for his final update of the day. Tua is thankful for his life and grateful to be living the dream. He also talked about going up against the Jets defensive backs. Rob Saleh talked about Jalen Ramsey looking awesome. Tim Boyle is excited to work with Nathaniel Hackett. Daniel Jones was with Kay Adams and talked about the criticism he faced this year. Mike Tomlin is ‘not urinating on the fire, man'. Jared Goff talked about being the first game on Thanksgiving. The Moment of The Day involves Dolly Parton and Lizzo and I'll leave it at that. In the final segment of the show, it's our NFL picks with Boomer, Gio and Jerry.

Rob is the Group Chief Executive Officer of bolttech, the fast-growing international insurtech, responsible for the company's development and growth around the world.  With more than 30 years' experience in the financial services industry, Rob has previously held senior leadership roles in insurance, including President and CEO of AIG's commercial insurance businesses worldwide and Chief Executive Officer of the Americas for AIG. Prior to that, Rob served as President and Chief Executive Officer of EMEA and was the Chief Financial Officer of AIG's global property and casualty business.  Before joining AIG, Rob was a partner at Deloitte & Touche L.L.P. where, for 18 years, he used his public accounting experience to serve global financial institution clients, including MetLife, The Prudential Insurance Company of America, and Merrill Lynch.  Rob is a C.P.A. He earned his M.B.A. from the Wharton School of Business at the University of Pennsylvania. He is a graduate of Rider University in New Jersey and Chairman of the Rider University Board of Trustees. Highlights from the Show Rob started as an accountant, and then moved to AIG He left AIG with a lot of lessons of what to do and what not to do, and used that to start bolttech as a an insurance distribution solution for the industry They work on embedded insurance, but with a broad definition of the term Bolttech runs an insurance exchange, connecting buyers and sellers of protection and insurance, and current have a scaled solution that's doing 25 homeowners quotes a minute, every hour of every day (that's 36,000 per day for just one line of business) Their take on embedded allows for the flexibility to offer choice of carrier and product, but also thinks much more broadly about how insurance can support the transaction around the core product it provides protection around, rather than trying to be the center of the transaction itself bolttech intentionally does not think about insurance as the center of the transaction, which helps them to think about other moments and areas to connect into the needs of the consumer rather than a single buying moment Part of this comes from the understanding insurers don't need to do or solve for everything themselves, and finding ways to solve a customer's needs whether it's with something you built or not is better than trying to force your own solution when it's not fit for purpose Two things have been holding embedded back from living up to the hype yet Before that, bolttech recognizes that they're fast but their partners aren't always as fast, so they need to slow down while helping their partners to speed up so they can meet in the middle The first element slowing things is the idea of DIY – I don't need anyone else to be able to build an embedded solution It is possible, but it is slower than if you worked with someone else Second, many players are working on embedded solutions in pockets, which end up being disjointed and subscale rather than what would be possible if we could connect those points together so they can help each other grow When you try to build the entire embedded solution alone, you will move slower and less ideally than if you cooperated and connected to others working on the issue, too You really need to think in the really big picture of everything around the customer rather than any one product, or even just insurance Rob thinks about bolttech as building the rails that enable the trains of products customers need can be delivered, regardless of who builds or sells the products themselves This episode is brought to you by The Future of Insurance, Volume IV.
