In this must-watch episode of Why We Vote, CannCon and Ashe in America are joined by special guest Colonel Shawn Smith from Cause of America to unpack the seismic implications of President Trump's latest executive order on election integrity. From the decertification of widely-used voting machines to the mandated enforcement of citizenship verification, Shawn breaks down what the EO actually does, and why it's a game-changer. He exposes vulnerabilities in election systems, foreign influence, the asymmetry of citizen access, and how the voter rolls have been algorithmically manipulated. After Shawn exits, Ashe and CannCon go even deeper, connecting the dots between the executive order, lawfare, and the Colorado court case they're directly involved in. They expose the weaponized legal system protecting fraudulent systems, dissect how the Christiansburg precedent shields civil rights plaintiffs from accountability, and explain why overturning it is critical to restoring election justice. It's a high-energy, high-impact episode that shreds the narrative and shines light on the fight ahead.

Silver and Gold are our devotional topics. Then, we transitioned to making slime and sensory bottles. We did not fully cover the topic of unschooling, so we discussed it more. During our interview with Dr. Shawn Smith, we looked at how his book series can help students relate to the marginalized. In the book, Cassia feels hopeless against the abuse of her mistress, Helena. With her son, Master Marius, away so much overseeing their shipping business, Helena has no one to tame her fury.
Today_s devotion is a story about Manna. Do you believe God can supply all of your needs? During Arts-n-Crafts, we make Turkish Delight. Then, we discuss unschooling, what that philosophy entails, and how to implement it. Next, we will interview Shawn Smith about his book, The Freedom Chain. In the book, Cassia, a young enslaved person, has never known freedom. She has spent her life serving Mistress Helena, whose brutality has been increasing.

Coming into Tuesday night's game against Kentucky, the Wildcats' main focus always centered around keeping the Aggies off the glass, especially on their own missed shots. Texas A&M brought a 44 percent offensive rebounding rate into Lexington and was coming off a 19 offensive rebound performance in a close loss to Alabama over the weekend. Even without a towering seven-footer, Texas A&M's pure physicality and willingness to make the game ugly has allowed them to live on the boards this season. Jack Pilgrim and Shawn Smith break down Kentucky's win over Texas A&M and talk about the struggles that are happening down in Fayetteville, Arkansas

This afternoon, Joe and David began with a discussion on the stunning revelations from the Trump assassination task force. Specifically, they addressed reports that a Secret Service agent missed Ryan Routh six times—five of them from just feet away. The pair questioned how the Secret Service could allow such a failure and why the FBI didn't uncover this sooner. They also criticized the FBI's ongoing shortcomings, emphasizing how Chris Wray's resignation reflects Americans' demand for accountability. Later, Joe and David are joined by Shawn Smith and Harry Haury for a deep dive into electoral systems, the future of America, down-ballot races, and more. Following Shawn and Harry's departure, Joe and David welcome J6 defendant James Grant to the show to discuss his experience as a J6er before concluding with a prayer.
