When a person experiences any kind of suffering, he must understand that it comes only from the great love that Hashem has for him. The Tanach as well as Chazal are filled with statements attesting to this truth. When a person internalizes this and wholeheartedly accepts that Hashem is actually helping him when he has a difficulty, it is a wondrous expression of emunah, which is heavily rewarded in the next world. We must remind ourselves of this again and again, because when a person is hurting, he naturally wants to complain and bemoan his fate. There is a story brought down in the introduction to the sefer Divrei Yechezkel Shraga about Rabbi Yosef Teitelbaum, who served as the rav of a large city in Europe before the Holocaust. He took care of all the city's religious needs, and they paid his rent and supported him. One day, his non-Jewish landlord informed him that he was selling their apartment and they would have to vacate within the month. At that time, there were no other apartments available for rent in the city, and this meant the rabbi would not only lose his apartment, but his entire community and life's work, as he would have to move to a new city. A few days later, an argument broke out on a street corner between two women from the community. They were each saying hurtful words to each other. At one point, one of the women said to the other, "You are a difficult and terrible person. Even the rebbetzin said you're a dangerous woman." The other woman, hurt by this accusation, was filled with anger toward the rebbetzin for supposedly saying that. She immediately went to the rebbetzin's house and knocked on her door. The rebbetzin answered with a pleasant smile, but the woman burst out loudly and publicly, "How dare you say I'm a difficult and bad woman? Shame on you. You're a miserable woman yourself." The rebbetzin froze in shock. She had no idea what this woman was talking about. She told the woman she had never said anything of the sort, but the other woman was so swept away by her emotions that she continued mercilessly attacking the rebbetzin with harsh words. The rebbetzin could not bear the shame. She ran to her room, locked the door, and burst into tears. She sobbed bitterly. "Ribono Shel Olam I can't endure all of these hardships. First we find out that we have to leave the kehillah that we invested our entire lives in, from which we earn our livelihood and feed our children. And now this terrible pain and humiliation that is unbearable. Why so much suffering?" The rebbetzin cried until she fell asleep. Suddenly, the image of her holy father, Rav Yechezkel Shraga, appeared to her in a dream. He said, "I am ashamed of you, my daughter. Your crying and complaining is bringing me shame and pain in the upper world. "There was a harsh decree, and you were supposed to pass away. I exerted all of my strength to be an advocate for you and your children to annul the decree and keep you alive. After begging and pleading for mercy, my request was accepted. "It was decided in Shamayim to replace the decree with suffering instead. Your landlord would cause you distress by telling you he was going to sell your apartment so that you would have to leave behind your entire life and livelihood for an unknown future. As well, you would be shamed in public. "This was to give you a new life for years to come. How could you be crying and complaining?" The rebbetzin woke up in a sweat, remembering every detail she had just seen. A few minutes later, the woman returned to apologize. She had found out the other woman made it up, and she felt horrible for the way she acted. The rebbetzin told her not to worry. It was all for her best. A few hours later, the landlord came to say that he had decided not to sell the apartment and they could stay living there. The rebbetzin then shared with her husband all that had happened and felt terrible for not accepting her suffering with love. Rabbi Tzvi Nakar quoted the Baal Shem Tov, who said that every time suffering befalls a Jew and he accepts it without complaining, he builds immeasurable structures for himself in Shamayim. He elevates Hashem's honor and brings tikkunim that could not have been accomplished any other way. We always have to remember that Hashem is acting in our best interests, even if sometimes it hurts.
The Rebbe discusses the importance of never being satisfied with spiritual levels, citing the rule that "one who has 200 desires 400." He clarifies the difference between the lineage of the Baal Shem Tov and the "path" of Chassidus, emphasizing that true connection is achieved through inner labor (avodah) rather than just pedigree. https://www.torahrecordings.com/rebbe/igroskodesh/016/005/6027

This week I have three stories for you. The first takes place at a tisch of the first Belzer Rebbe, where a single piece of fruit changes everything. The second follows a chassid of Rabbi Mordechai of Chernobyl who sets out on a long business journey carrying two etrogim — one for his Rebbe, one for the holy Ruzhiner. And the third is a story of the Baal Shem Tov, told on a wedding day, when a debt of one thousand rubles arrives at the worst possible moment. The Rebbe acknowledges his letter about 19 Kislev, Rabbi Schneur Zalman's liberation day, emphasizing it as a “new year” for Chassidus—serving G‑d joyfully with body and soul, following the Baal Shem Tov, without self-affliction or excessive austerity. https://www.torahrecordings.com/rebbe/igroskodesh/016/004/5967
ל"הנחה פרטית" או התרגום ללה"ק של השיחה: https://thedailysicha.com/?date=27-01-2026 Synopsis A compilation of sichos on the topic of Chitas: (1) Even one who has regular studies in Nigleh and Chassidus etc. must also study Chitas, which contains special qualities and segulos. (2) Studying Chitas is a segulah for a number of things. If one didn't finish during the day, he can make it up at night (though there is a discussion as to whether Chumash and Tehillim may be said at night). (3) My father-in-law, the Rebbe, said that the takanah of Chitas existed even before he introduced it, but it wasn't publicized. Saying Tehillim before davening is not the same as Chitas; here we are talking about reciting the Tehillim for the day of the month, and after davening. (4) Chitas is for everyone: Chassidim, non-Chassidim, and even one who is “called by the name Yisroel.” (5) There is an absolute promise that studying Chitas will not detract from one's livelihood; to the contrary, it will increase it. (6) My father-in-law – a Nasi of the Jewish people who gave up his life for every Jew – publicized the takanah of Chitas and strove to spread it to all Jewish communities; this is what he demanded and requested and recommended, and he promised that if only a person wants to, he will be able to keep the takanah with joy. (7) My father-in-law the Rebbe said that Chitas is a takanah from the Baal Shem Tov – and by keeping it, one draws down the Baal Shem Tov and Baal-Shemske things. (8) Even if one has not kept the takanah of Chitas until now, “Nothing stands in the way of teshuvah”: he can start now, and influence others to do the same.Excerpts from sichos of (1) 20 Kislev 5717; (2) 10 Shevat 5729; (3) 13 Tammuz 5729; (4) 10 Shevat 5738; (5) 10 Shevat 5741; (6) 12 Tammuz 5744; (7) 18 Tammuz 5745; (8) 17 Tishrei 5749. A quiet “thank you” in Tzfas sparked a movement. From that simple beginning, "Thank You Hashem" evolved into a chorus of songs, hoodies, and heartbeats that you see on street corners and in shul hallways alike. We approached with curiosity and caution—questioning whether catchy slogans and lively concerts can genuinely convey Emunah—or if, amid all the hype, we risk reducing God from Master of the universe to a mascot on a sweatshirt. Our journey takes a pivotal turn with the Ramban on Parshas Bo. He explains why miracles occur, why mitzvos exist, and what they point to every day: living evidence that God exists, knows, and cares. The Ramban's bold statement shifts everything—the core intention of all mitzvos is to believe in God and acknowledge that He formed us. If the world's purpose is human recognition and gratitude, then public reminders can support private devotion—provided they inspire intention and avoid shortcuts. We discuss origins with the Bloomstein brothers, how music and merchandise spread the message, and the critiques: commercialization, pop aesthetics, and concerns about spiritual fast food. Then we find harmony. Gratitude isn't just a feeling; it's a form of service. A hoodie isn't holiness, but it can serve as a nudge toward it. When songs motivate us to say “I see You” more often—in joy, in struggle, in the everyday—they become tools, not toys. The true test is whether our practices deepen awareness, humility, and thankfulness.Join us as we shift from skepticism to a stronger embrace of radical gratitude. If you're wrestling with faith in a noisy world, this conversation offers both caution and encouragement: maintain reverence, hold onto thought, and let reminders draw you back to the purpose of creation. If this resonated, subscribe, share with a friend, and leave a review sharing where you stand on TYH and the work of gratitude.Support the showJoin The Motivation Congregation WhatsApp community for daily motivational Torah content!------------------Check out our other Torah Podcasts and content! If There Was One Thing You Can Give Your Child, What Would It Be? What Our Generation Needs MostThis text-based class is the ninth and last one in a series on the Maamar (discourse) Basi Legani, presented by the Lubavitcher Rebbe at the Farbrengen of 10 Shvat 5726, January 31, 1966. This class was presented on Thursday, 4 Shevat, 5786, January 22, 2026, Parshas Bo, at Bais Medrash Ohr Chaim in Monsey, NY. The class presents a summation of the Basi Legani 5726 discourse, finding the secret treasure given by the King to His soldiers so they can triumph in the final battle. We explore how bliss is the glue of creation, and the underlying heartbeat and soul of all existence. The deepest, most essential Divine bliss and pleasure, inaccessible because it is essentially beyond any grasp and definition, is shared with us. We discuss the meaning of the Garden, the snake, and the Tree of Knowledge; how the Baal Shem Tov came to heal the world and our people from the profound sense of anxiety, shame, and guilt that paralyzes us emotionally, and how we can recognize the "snake" inside of us, and lean in to love being communicated every moment, even when feel alone and detached. Can You Trust the Core of Your Child? It's In the Distance when I Discover Who I Really AmThis text-based class is the seventh in a series on the Maamar (discourse) Basi Legani, presented by the Lubavitcher Rebbe at the Farbrengen of 10 Shvat 5726, January 31, 1966. This class was presented on Monday, 1 Shevat, 5786, January 19, 2026, Parshas Bo, at Bais Medrash Ohr Chaim in Monsey, NY. In this class, we explore the parable of the Baal Shem Tov to explain why the Torah is basically a bunch of stories, of the prince who lost all connection with his father, the king. It was the wise minister who changed his clothes and language, connecting to the inner world of the prince, that allowed him to rediscover who he really is. We studied the teaching of the Maggid, why Moshe spoke of a three-day journey in the desert, to align the Torah of thought and speech with action. If a person is going through difficulties, the natural reaction is to ask, "Why me? What did I do to deserve this?" He then feels bad about the situation and remains in that state until it goes away. However, if he reacts that way, he is losing out on a golden opportunity. The purpose of this world is to utilize every circumstance that Hashem places a person into to its fullest, and thereby gain eternal life. The Chafetz Chaim writes that the main goodness a person will receive in the future depends on how he reacts to the ways Hashem dealt with him here. If he internalizes that Hashem is always doing the absolute best for him, even though it does not appear that way, he will rise to the greatest levels, and his table in the future will be overflowing with good. The Orchot Tzaddikim writes that if a person performs a mitzvah with joy, his reward is a thousand times greater than if he were to do it as a chore. That joy will give him the merit to have success in his endeavors and to rise in levels of spirituality, to the point that Hashem will reveal secrets to him from above. The joy a person experiences while doing a mitzvah is itself a mitzvah. If a person is experiencing difficulty, he has a mitzvah to accept that Hashem is doing this for his benefit, as stated in the Shulchan Aruch. If he fulfills that mitzvah with joy, it will earn him a thousand times more reward and elevate him tremendously. The Baal Shem Tov writes that when a person is in a state of joy and happiness, he can bring about great salvations. Being depressed and complaining accomplishes nothing, whereas being accepting and joyful can give a person everything. Rabbeinu Yonah writes in Mishlei (perek gimel, pasuk yud alef) that if a person gives much charity and is exceedingly careful in the performance of all the mitzvot, yet is unsuccessful in business and has great difficulty earning parnassah, or experiences other forms of suffering despite being so good, he must strengthen himself in bitachon and accept the way Hashem is dealing with him with love. He must understand that what is happening to him is truly for the best. He says, what the person is experiencing in his life is better than all the wealth, tranquility, and success this world has to offer, because all of that passes in a fleeting moment. This world is so temporary in comparison to the next world, and one moment of pleasure there is better than all the pleasure that can ever be experienced in this world combined. A person does not know what is truly good for him; only Hashem does. Sometimes tranquility is good, and sometimes difficulty is good. Therefore, a person should never be upset with Hashem. Rabbeinu Yonah adds that this attitude is a wondrous level to reach in bitachon, and the reward for it is incomprehensible. I once read a story of a man who was diagnosed with a serious illness. He went through years of treatments, hospital visits, pain, and uncertainty. His livelihood was affected and all of his plans were dissolved, yet no one could believe the attitude he maintained throughout the experience. When people visited him, they expected frustration and anger, but instead they were met with a smile and words of emunah. One day a friend could not hold back any longer and asked him directly, "How do you keep saying Baruch Hashem? You are in so much pain, you have lost so much—don't you feel broken?" He answered, "Yes, it hurts. But pain does not mean Hashem does not love me. It means He trusts me." The doctors and nurses were in awe of his demeanor, and he made a tremendous Kiddush Hashem. Baruch Hashem, he recovered and continues to live his life with joy and emunah. The levels he reached through his acceptance during those few years are levels people often do not reach in decades when everything is going smoothly. We do not ask for difficulties, but if they ever come, we do not want to waste the opportunity. The greatest thing we can do is accept them with love and emunah.

And the Maggid explained that the truth is that one can derive a lesson for Divine service (“fruit”) from everything, even from a non-Jew, and even from a non-Jew who fights against Yiddishkeit. For example, the following story of the Baal Shem Tov: A non-Jewish wagon driver once asked the students of the Baal Shem Tov to help him pull his wagon out of the mud. When the students replied that they weren't able to help him, the non-Jew replied, “Mozhesh da nye chotshesh” – “You can, but you don't want to!” The Baal Shem Tov explained that the lesson from the words of this non-Jew is that every Jew has the necessary strength to serve Hashem; the issue is only that sometimes he doesn't want to....Excerpt from sichah of 15 Tammuz 5720 For a transcript in English of the Sicha: https://thedailysicha.com/?date=07-12-2025 לזכות צביה בת חיה ריסה שתחי' ונגר ליום ההולדת שלה י"ז כסלו - לשנת ברכה והצלחה, ואריכות ימים ושנים טובות

Episode #224: How The Baal Shem Tov Tried To Kill The Evil Frankistim
In this week's Jerusalem Lights podcast, Jim Long wraps up his trip to Israel before heading back to Arkansas with the story of his trip to Amman, Jordan - but wait for the surprise ending! Our hosts ponder the meaning of the sages' enigmatic expression, reflecting vast theological truths, that 'G-d is the place of the world, but the world is not His place.' What does that mean? Rabbi Richman pulls it all together with an unexpected connection between a story told about the holy Baal Shem Tov, and the celebrated American philosopher and poet, Henry David Thoreau. The number fifteen corresponds to letters Yud-Kei of the Name Havayah, which represent Chochmah and Binah (which is the unique contribution of Chassidus Chabad: linking the service of the heart (which is the contribution of Chassidus in general) to the intellect). Concerning the future era it says, “on that day will be (יהיה)” – Yud-Kei twice – indicating that at that time the letters Vov-Kei will be like the letters Yud-Kei. And based on the Gemara's statement, “Three were given in this world a taste of the World to Come…Avrohom, of whom it is written bakol (“with everything”); Yitzchok, of whom it is written mikol (“from everything”); and Yaakov, of whom it is written kol (“everything”),” we can understand why they overlapped for fifteen years. (The amazing thing is that everyone says in Birkas Hamazon, “As He blessed our forefathers Avrohom, Yitzchok, and Yaakov bakol, mikol, kol – so may He bless us….”) Similarly, it could be said about the three Avos of Chassidus and the revelation of the inner dimension of Torah. Not only did Avrohom's service involve tzedakah, but also that of Yitzchok, and all the more so Yaakov – the middle path, who merited “a boundless portion.”2 excerpts from farbrengen of 18 Elul 5741 For a transcript in English of the Sicha: https://thedailysicha.com/?date=20-11-2025

ג' חלקים משיחת אור ליום ב' פ' חיי שרה, כ"ף מרחשון ה'תשמ"ו ל"הנחה פרטית" או התרגום ללה"ק של השיחה: https://thedailysicha.com/?date=11-11-2025 Synopsis Before his histalkus, the Rebbe [Rashab] Nishmaso Eden said, “I am going to Heaven, and I leave the writings to you,” meaning: by studying his writings of Chassidus, in which he invested his very essence, we have the Rebbe himself, as he exists in the state of ascent to Heaven. The renewal of his life's work that occurs every year on his birthday year is relevant and has an effect on everyone who follows his ways, particularly those who study his writings in such a way that they are “sustained by them” meaning with understanding and comprehension, which forms a “wondrous union that is unmatched by any other union.” He “left us” the abilities for all this and put them at our disposal; we need only to reveal it. The Baal Shem Tov said that “the master, king Moshiach, will come” as a result of spreading his wellsprings; just as a name is seemingly an external aspect of a person, but calling someone by their name arouses their entire essence, so too it understood that even if one only has a partial connection to the teachings of the Rebbe Nishmaso Eden (like “reading names”), he grasps the entire essence. Therefore, everyone can achieve a “wondrous union” with his deepest teachings.3 excerpts from sichah of Sunday night, parashas Chayei Sarah, 20 Marcheshvan 5746 For a transcript in English of the Sicha: https://thedailysicha.com/?date=11-11-2025 לזכות ר' שלום דובער בן רבקה צירה שי' ליום ההולדת שלו כ' מרחשון - לשנת ברכה והצלחה, ואריכות ימים ושנים טובות

Hi everyone! Please G-d we will be back soon with new episodes! In the meantime, enjoy this Cheshvan replay rich with information on the month we are in and what we can do to bring Moshiach. G-d knows we need the chizuk! Enjoy!--Hi everyone, welcome back to another episode of The Chai on Life Podcast. Today, we are talking all about Moshiach. It's Cheshvan and on the surface, Cheshvan seems like a chill, catch-up kind of month. The chagim are over, we're back to routine and Cheshvan gives us the time to do so. But is that all Cheshvan is for? Like pretty much all things in Judaism, how things appear on the surface are well, just the surface and there is a whole world of depth underneath. As I was researching more about Cheshvan I learned that it is soooo Moshiach centered. If you learn from the Sefer Yetzirah or the Book of Formation, which you can read about on inner.org, you will learn that the letter of the month, sense of the month, tribe and so much more are all connected to Moshiach. To be honest, Moshiach is something I've struggled with over the years becoming religious and being religious. It's something that I am taught to want, yet also something I don't actually know that much about. So for awhile now, I've been determined to learn more and really understand more and I knew Faigy Blumstein was the perfect person to do so with.Faigy Blumstein does not call herself a lecturer, but someone who loves to share. A passionate educator and school psychologist, she is dedicated to living a Hashem-centered life. As part of the Thank You Hashem women's division, Faigy draws on chasidic teachings and the light of the Baal Shem Tov, to inspire others. Her heartfelt approach helps women deepen their connection to Hashem, integrating spirituality into everyday life in a meaningful and modern way.And let me tell you this conversation gets deep. We talk about how she got into Chassidus in the first place, how it can connect you in ways you never could have imagined, what Moshiach even means, how we can all work to bring Moshiach, why Cheshvan is the time reserved for Moshiach, how Israel connects to all of this and so so much more.We also learn about the connection between Cheshvan, Moshiach and Rochel Imeinu. Tonight, Monday night, the 11th of Cheshvan begins Rochel Imeinu's yahrtzeit and our conversation brought such a new light to Rochel that I wasn't aware of before. It is hashgacha pratis that the podcast is coming out right before so hopefully we can all use our connection to Rochel Imeinu to feel more strength and a new kind of vitality with our Yiddushkeit.Learn more:Cheshvan on Inner.orgThank You HashemListen to Faigy's Cheshvan Playlist:SpotifyApple

ב' חלקים משיחת י"ט כסלו ה'תשל"ה ל"הנחה פרטית" או התרגום ללה"ק של השיחה: https://thedailysicha.com/?date=23-10-2025 Synopsis The Rambam writes: “Moshe Rabbeinu was commanded by the Almighty to compel all the inhabitants of the world to accept the commandments given to Noach's descendants.” Thus it is understood that the completeness of the Jewish people themselves depends upon influencing the nations of the world to observe the Sheva Mitzvos Bnai Noach. (Here we see that the Baal Shem Tov's teaching that Hashgacha Pratis applies not only to Jews but to everything in the world, was not a new idea, chas v'shalom, but an explicit teaching of the Rambam.) We see that recently, the “spreading of the wellsprings outward” has begun to reach even non-Jews, and we also find that our Rebbeim took the time to influence even non-Jews to improve their ways. These days, we can also understand logically how necessary it is to influence the nations of the world to keep the Sheva Mitzvos, because this is what “Moshe was commanded by the Almighty,” and their very existence depends on it (for a gentile who transgresses even one of the Sheva Mitzvos is liable to receive the death penalty). When, by Hashgacha Pratis, someone finds himself in a position where he interacts with non-Jews, he surely has the ability to influence them – and this is part of his own fulfillment of Torah and mitzvos as a Jew.2 excerpts from sichah of 19 Kislev 5735 For a transcript in English of the Sicha: https://thedailysicha.com/?date=23-10-2025 לזכות יעקב מנחם בן שושנה שי' וחי' שרה בת שושנה שתחי' ליום ההולדת שלהם בדר"ח מרחשוןלשנת ברכה והצלחה, ואריכות ימים ושנים טובות

ד' חלקים מהתוועדות אור ליום ג' פ' ברכה, י"ג תשרי ה'תשד"מ ל"הנחה פרטית" או התרגום ללה"ק של השיחה: https://thedailysicha.com/?date=05-10-2025 Synopsis We know that the Rebbe Maharash conducted himself in the manner of the Baal Shem Tov – characterized by physical wonders. This is also expressed in the saying and directive of the Rebbe Maharash, “M'lechatchilah ariber” (going “above in the first place”) – where a Jew is blessed with wealth and children etc. in a manner of “over,” beyond the bounds of nature from the outset. Similarly, while some argue that they cannot fulfill the mitzvah to “Be fruitful and multiply and fill the earth and master it” until after they grow in Torah and fear of Heaven, etc. – the response is that one must go m'lechatchilah ariber; “When a mitzvah comes to your hands, do not delay it.” The mitzvah of “be fruitful and multiply” in terms of one's inner spiritual service is to make sure that one's knowledge and understanding don't remain only in the mind (the “mothers”), but extend to the emotions of the heart (the “children”) and to actual deed. And in one's work with others: As the Nasi of our generation once replied to someone, “Make a chossid for me, and with that, you'll be connected.” Along with “hoping for Your deliverance every day,” the tireless pursuit of Moshiach, one must also delight in the study of Chassidus, the Torah of Moshiach which hastens his coming – “Those who taste it, merit life.”4 excerpts from farbrengen of Monday night, 13 Tishrei 5744 For a transcript in English of the Sicha: https://thedailysicha.com/?date=05-10-2025 לזכות ר׳ משה הכהן וזוגתו מרת נחמה דינה שיחיו כהן ליום הנישואים שלהם י"ג תשרילהצלחה בכל הענינים בגשמיות וברוחניות ורוב נחת מכל יו"ח*לזכות שטערנא שרה בת דבורה לאה שתחי' ליום ההולדת שלה י"ג תשרי - לשנת ברכה והצלחה, ואריכות ימים ושנים טובות

Elul and the high holidays are a period of introspection and self accounting. In this conversation with Matti Banon, we discuss the Chassidic perspective on gentle growth, what it looks like to live our lives with agency while remaining humble enough to recognize our recurring flaws, the balance between intellect and emotion, the transformative power of compassion and curiosity, and the parenting truths that can guide us in becoming more whole ourselves. Matti Banon is a campus shlucha in Montreal who enjoys learning and delving into topics like marriage and parenting through the lens of Chassidus. In this class, Rabbi Bernath reframed the very idea of confession in Judaism. While most people think of confession as listing sins and failures, the Torah introduces Vidui Ma'aser, a “confession” where the farmer proudly declares to G-d that he has fulfilled every detail of the mitzvah of tithing. Why would the Torah call this a confession? Because true spiritual growth begins not by beating ourselves down, but by acknowledging the good we've done. When we confess our strengths, we build the confidence and clarity to face our shortcomings without despair.Confession, then, isn't meant to break us, it's meant to fix us. It's not about shame; it's about uncovering the truth that we are divine souls who sometimes fall short but are always capable of rising higher. By celebrating our goodness first, we create the spiritual courage to transform our failures into growth.Key TakeawaysConfession in Judaism isn't only about failure: The Torah's “tithing confession” is actually a declaration of success.Celebrate your victories: By verbalizing what you've done right, you strengthen your belief in your own holiness and capacity.Healthy confession = owning both sides: “I am good and capable, and that's why this mistake doesn't fit me, and I can do better.”Encouragement inspires growth: Just as children thrive when parents highlight strengths before weaknesses, we too change more when we see ourselves through the lens of goodness.Chassidic joy in confession: Like the Baal Shem Tov's cantor, we can sing our confessions, not out of arrogance or denial, but because cleansing the soul is a joyful act of uncovering diamonds beneath the dirt.Confession challenge: In the next 24 hours, “confess” something good you've done, out loud, to yourself or someone you trust. Let it remind you who you really are.#Judaism #Jewish #chabad #Rabbi #Kabbalah #Torah #TorahLessons #TorahPortion #torahwisdom #BibleStudy #Bible #confession #goodness #psychology #baalshemtov #KiTavo #Teshuvah #ViduiMaaser #JewishGrowthSign up for "The Forgiveness Lab" HERE: theloverabbi.com/eventsSupport the showGot your own question for Rabbi Bernath?
