Ryan: Well that's your opinion and it's [Kelly's] opinion, but it's not my opinion. If you have something bad to say to me, Pam, say it to my face. Pam: Fair enough. Um… I don't think you're a very good person. And forgive me, but I feel like I've said this to you before: I don't like you very much. This week's we look at the relationship between Pam & Ryan! We look at all their interactions, arguments, and clashes throughout the series, including Ryan asking her out, them working together in the Michael Scott Podcast Company, and how SoHo's mostly lofts, but ok. And naturally we cover all of the thrown-away yogurt lids/Office Olympics medals, grand romantic gestures on horseback, and microwave notes that make up their dynamic on the show. Then in the Conference Room we take some listener voicemails about recreating Jim's pranks, East coast details in the Office, and more! This episode is sponsored by Ethos Life! "The thing about Jim, is when he’s excited about something, like the Office Olympics, he gets really into it and he does a really great job. But the problem with Jim is that he works here, so that hardly ever happens." This week’s episode is dedicated to Big Tuna, Jim/James/Jimothy, basically Gumby with hair, Jim Halpert. We start by talking about his function in the show, how he provides exposition through talking heads and acts as an audience surrogate by breaking the fourth wall. Then we look at his professional and romantic arc, followed his relationships with Pam, Michael, Dwight, and corporate. And of course we highlight all the teapot notes, Dwight pranks, arrogance/smudgeness, and looks to the camera along the way. After that, we go to our Ordinary Things segment, where we discuss times we were too early for something, like Michael interviewing at corporate, and then we close with a quick round of trivia. Bears. Beets. Battlestar Galactica. Support our show and become a member of Scott's Tots on Patreon! “Every so often, Jim dies of boredom. I think today it was the expense reports that did him in. And our deal is that it’s up to me to revive him.” How do you escape the doldrums and ennui of the office? If you’re Michael Scott and Dwight go to sign the papers on the condo where your grandkids will someday learn to walk. If you’re Jim and Pam, you host the inaugural Office Olympics. We dedicate our episode to this episode, discussing all of the cathedral ceilings, flonkerton races, and carpenter ants that make up this epsiode. In the conference room this week we talk about Brian Baumgartner’s new podcast that compiles the interviews from An Oral History of The Office, have a quick ‘Actually’ moment, and react to John Krasinski’s SNL Office theme. Then we debut a new segment where we talk about our own lives called Ordinary Things. It smells like cookies. Yes it does, my friend. Yes it does. It's the Olympics! Oh wait it's cancelled? Well that's not stopping us... We have our own Olympic-cast, complete with trivia, Olympic events they should bring back, and more! Who will take the gold?
We are back with another matchup that will divide the show's fandom. This episode we see "Office Olympics" (S2:E3) where Jim creates the 1st annual and iconic office olympic games, while Michael finalizes the deal on his condo. It's challenger is "Traveling Salesman" (S3:E12) in which Andy convinces Michael to become suspicious of Dwight, after going up to corporate for Angela. This episode is full of laughs, blood and tears (not in that order), leading to a debate to see which one's on top!

Next, AJ Hawk joins Pat again for some McAfee Hawk Sports Talk where they discuss everything happening with free agency thus far, react to Brady going to Tampa Bay, Phillip Rivers going to the Colts, and the comments from Bill O'Brien to DeAndre Hopkins on his way out of Houston, among many other topics (17:05-1:26:38). To end the show, 3x Pro Bowler, 2x 1st Team All-Pro, defensive lineman for the Pittsburgh Steelers, Cameron Heyward joins the program.
