Recorded: August 16th 2023 | On this weeks episode it is just the boy Willy again for the intro. He recaps our trip to LA from our training camp tour with the Chargers and Raiders. We also hit on Josh Jacobs finally coming to deal after a long hold out. We hit all of the segments along with the boys might be doing a fantasy league so hit the comments with punishments. Our first interview we sit down with running back from the Chargers, Austin Ekeler. We didn't have him for very long but it's a good conversation. We touch on all of Ekeler's business adventures along with what he would like to once he is done with football. The guys also get into the massive topic that's been circulating the league surrounding the running back market. Austin gives his thoughts on what the running backs can do to try switch up the market. He says that it's not fair for the entire running back community to based off the average where there are outliers who headline the position group. In the second interview we sit down with the Chargers stud wide receivers, Keenan Allen and Mike Williams. This convo is all over the place spanning from biggest try hards on the team to the difference between Herbert and Rivers as quarterbacks. They get into how Keenan felt when they drafted Mike in the first round and if there was any type of resentment towards Mike. Keenan also talks about the art that goes into releases and route running. Keenan and Mike are funny duo and fit in great with the guys. Hunter is a standout tight end in the NFL for the New England Patriots. Before making it to the league Hunter played college ball at the University of Arkansas. From there he was drafted by the San Diego Chargers in the second round of the 2016 NFL Draft, where he was able to share a locker room with legends like Phil Rivers and Antonio Gates. After five seasons in San Diego, Hunter signed with the Patriots and had a strong first season in Foxborough in 2021. Hunter was a fun guy to talk to. Lighthearted and easy to hang with but also serious and reflective about what matters most to him. I don't know if I can pull for the Patriots, but I'll be rooting for this guy on Sundays this fall. Above it all, he's an incredible man, husband, and father. and it was an honor to host him on the show. DISCUSSION POINTS Hunter reflects on his childhood Faith, family, football How Hunter fell in love with football Finding what drives you From the locker room to the baby nursery Why Hunter went to Arkansas Mentors in Phil Rivers and Antonio Gates Other mentors in the league The importance of small groups How to support your wife with a new born baby Date night The best marriage advice from Hunter Navigating NFL free agency as a husband and wife What Hunter is the most proud of What Hunter wants his legacy to be LINKS Hunter's IG: @hunterhenry Wife's IG: @parkerhenry7

Tim Benz, Gerry Dulac and Stan Savran break down all the angles form last night's game, including the one area that still hinders the Steelers offensive success at Week 6.
