Pulling from both the Old and New Testament, Dr. Michael Youssef reveals why the Almighty God chose the humble town of Bethlehem—Bethlehem Ephrathah—as the birthplace of His Son. More than 700 years before Christ's birth, the prophet Micah foretold the exact location, declaring that the Ruler of Israel would come forth “for Me”—God Himself (Micah 5:2). Dr. Youssef proclaims with authority that this was no accident. God bypassed the power of Rome, the intellect of Athens, and the religion of Jerusalem to send a clear message: the hope of the world is not found in human wisdom, government, or religion—it is found in Jesus Christ alone. Through Scriptural truths and historical context, Dr. Youssef calls every listener to humble themselves, repent, and receive the only Savior and Lord, Jesus Christ—because one day, every knee will bow before Him.

Il y avait beaucoup de sportifs qui regardaient des matchs à la télévision, il y avait beaucoup de monde. C'était un endroit agréable pour eux », précise-t-il. Avec son chapeau en tweed et son écharpe bleue, Hamid cultive une élégance surannée. « Il y avait un autre groupe, des gens cultivés : des poètes, des écrivains, etc. Ils fréquentaient ce café. Je voyais des gens regarder des matchs ici avec folie. Ils adoraient tous le football », poursuit-il.  Qu'importe la Coupe, qu'importe le championnat, chez Madame Guérin, il y a toujours un match qui est diffusé. « Avant, c'était des télévisions en noir et blanc. Avant, ça n'était que la radio. Après, maintenant, on parle de 4K, des écrans de 75 pouces, trois écrans. Cela veut dire que, où que tu t'installes à Guérin, tu peux voir le match tranquillement. Pour moi, Guérin, c'est une famille », affirme-t-il.  Une famille qui va se réunir encore une fois pour assister ensemble à la CAN. Youssef espère que ces retrouvailles seront grandioses. « La vérité, je ne peux pas me prononcer sur le gagnant, mais j'aimerais bien que cela soit le Maroc. C'est le but, que l'on célèbre ici notre trophée à domicile, à Guérin. Ça serait vraiment génial », s'exclame Youssef Abbassi. Le mot de la fin pour Hamid Sebbar : « Tout le monde attend que l'équipe marocaine crée la surprise cette année. Nous avons beaucoup d'espoir de gagner cette Coupe cette année, chez nous. » Et comme à chaque CAN, depuis la première, chez Madame Guérin, on va scruter, analyser, décortiquer le football.
