In this podcast episode, we're delighted to be joined by special guest Summer Brooks, who is a member of The School of Sustainable Weight Loss. Summer came into the program having lost an incredible 90 lbs. Her goal? To keep it off. Before she joined, Summer was a strong emotional eater, and had a horrible relationship with her body and food.
