For the second hour of Stokely and Evans with Mark Schlereth, Scrappy Will Petersen and Stoke sit in for the morning. They hear what Super Joe had to say about Cale Makar’s upcoming new contract and the imminent changes coming to the Avalanche. They hear the succinct answer of why Jared Bednar is still the head coach of the Avalanche before they hear about Bo’s status for minicamp from Sean Payton. They get breaking news about Jonathan Cooper and it’s gone from bad to worse. Will and Stoke bring our 9News Broncos Insider on the show to get some clarity on the news and to get some info ahead of minicamp.  

In the first hour of Stokely and Evans with Mark Schlereth, Will Petersen fills in for Mike and Mark. Stoke recaps yesterday’s 100 holes of golf before discussing the ramifications of Sean Payton’s new contract. Stoke raves about the Broncos’ new facility before they get into the serious matter of the new charges against Jonathan Cooper. They complain a bit about Stink and Mike and try to calculate how many strokes Stoke had yesterday. Will and Stoke discuss Sean Payton’s new deal and all the factors that have made his tenure so successful, like ownership and the partnership with George Paton. Scrappy Will and Stoke wrap up the first hour reacting to Joe Sakic’s press conference where Super Joe had news about the coaching staff. 

For the fourth and final hour of the day on Stokely and Evans with Mark Schlereth, Stink tells the story of his potty emergency before today’s show. They discuss last night’s crazy Game 4 comeback... or was it an epic Game 4 choke job? What will Super Joe’s message be at the a valanche press conference be? Will the players be on the trade block? Pat Mahomes got a sweet new extension and the guys wonder if he’s the Broncos’ boogeyman anymore. Is Mahomes even the toughest QB the Broncos will face this season? Mike and Stink take the last segment to dump on LeBron for his latest needy poser antics.
