The tradition of going to see the latest horror film or action movie at the drive-in theater is becoming more and more scarce as drive-in theaters close around the country. The Malco Summer Drive-in has been placed on the market by the theater company stating declining attendance as the reason for considering selling the 31 acre property. Judge Felicia Corban-Johnson asked Halbert's attorney to write the order to dismiss the case and then filed it on January 9th. The judge then sat on the order for a month and filed another order using the exact language written by the defendant's attorney and added some misspelled words and commentary.
