Early voting is already well underway in this year's primary election that concludes on March 3, but even as this process plays out, conservative activists and self-described “election integrity experts” are renewing their longstanding campaign to purge registered voters from the rolls in groups and geographic areas that generally tend to vote for Democratic candidates. The latest effort: a recent offer from a group of conservative activists to provide North Carolina's Republican dominated Board of Elections with new computer software that they claim will identify fraudulent voters. As NC Newsline reporter Lynn Bonner explained in a recent story, however, the software in question remains in a developmental stage and is a of a type and origin that pro-democracy advocates say should raise some serious red flags. And recently, we sat down with Bonner to learn more. Click here to listen to the full interview with NC Newsline investigative reporter Lynn Bonner. Click here to read Bonner’s story.

Episode Overview In this powerful episode, John Kitchens sits down with industry powerhouse Kendall Bonner to talk about building true authority in real estate. From launching the CLIMBR Community to creating the Industry Speaks Academy, Kendall breaks down how agents can elevate from local operator to industry voice. They dive deep into personal branding, performance credibility, referral credibility, AI leverage, and why now is the time to stop playing small. If you've ever thought about growing beyond transactions — into influence, impact, and scale — this episode is your blueprint. Because the future belongs to those who learn, unlearn, and relearn. Key Topics Covered The Climber Community: Raising the Industry Standard Why today's real estate industry is drowning in noise The shift from information economy to trust economy How AI is accelerating both opportunity and skill gaps Why agents must look outside the industry for innovation Building a brand-agnostic, global community focused on growth Kendall explains how Climber Community was born from a mastermind moment — and why it exists to help agents adapt faster than the market changes. The Trust Crisis in Real Estate Most transparent time in history — yet least trusting AI-generated content and credibility challenges Why sales skepticism is at an all-time high The importance of leading with transparency In a world where consumers question everything, trust becomes your greatest differentiator. Personal Brand vs. Industry Brand Kendall breaks down the difference between: Building a scalable personal brand Elevating into an industry-level voice Diversifying marketing beyond traditional lead gen Structuring your business for scale using AI Her advice: Before you grow louder, grow more organized. The Credibility Gap: Why Most Speakers Never Break Through Kendall introduces her three-level credibility framework from the Industry Speaks Academy: Street Credibility You must have real experience and expertise. No shortcuts. Performance Credibility You must put in reps. Small rooms → Mid-size rooms → Large stages. One speech is not enough. Referral Credibility Event organizers need signals: Professional speaker assets Stage footage (not podcasts) Referrals from trusted sources Most aspiring speakers skip steps 2 and 3 — and never understand why opportunities stall. Why Speaking Changes Everything Being on stage: Opens rooms you'd never otherwise enter Puts you face-to-face with decision makers Expands your influence beyond production Elevates your perceived authority instantly Kendall shares how stages transformed her career — connecting her with CEOs, brand leaders, and national organizations. AI as Your Strategic Thought Partner Instead of fearing AI, Kendall recommends: Using AI to operationalize your business Organizing systems for scale Creating structure before growth Treating AI like a business consultant Scale doesn't come from hustle alone. It comes from structure. Resources Mentioned Climber Community → climbercommunity.com Industry Speaks Academy → speakonrealestatestages.com Authority Gap Assessment Speaker Readiness Checklist The Road Less Stupid – Keith Cunningham Alvin Toffler quote on learning, unlearning, relearning Final Takeaway The quality of your life — and your business — is a direct reflection of what you make non-negotiable. If you want to grow beyond transactions: Structure your business Build credibility intentionally Put in the reps Seek rooms that stretch you Learn, unlearn, relearn Because in 2026 and beyond, authority won't belong to the loudest voice. It will belong to the most prepared one. In this episode of Gangland Wire, host Gary Jenkins, retired Kansas City Police Intelligence Unit detective, steps outside traditional Mafia territory and into a shadowy world just as dangerous—and just as fascinating: the international theft of ultra-rare automobiles. Gary is joined by author Stayton Bonner, former senior editor at Rolling Stone, and legendary car-recovery specialist Joe Ford, the real-life figure behind Bonner's book The Million Dollar Car Detective. At the center of the story is a breathtaking pre-World War II automobile—the Talbot-Lago Teardrop Coupé—once described as the most beautiful car in the world. Stolen from a Milwaukee industrialist's garage in 2001, the car vanished into the international underground of elite collectors, forged paperwork, and high-stakes deception. Joe Ford explains how he became the go-to investigator when rare cars worth millions disappear—and why stolen vehicles are far harder to recover than stolen art. What follows is a years-long global hunt involving disgruntled mechanics, fabricated titles, shell corporations, Swiss intermediaries, and a billionaire buyer now locked in civil litigation. Bonner adds rich historical context, tracing the car's glamorous past—from European aristocracy to Hollywood royalty—and exposing how loneliness, obsession, and greed often surround these legendary machines. The conversation expands into other notorious cases, including the disappearance of the original James Bond Aston Martin from Goldfinger, and how wealthy collectors sometimes knowingly harbor stolen artifacts. This episode is a true-crime story without guns or gangs—but filled with deception, betrayal, and the relentless pursuit of justice across borders. If you love investigative work, high-end crime, and stories that feel like James Bond meets Gone in 60 Seconds, this one's for you.

Welcome to another fire fundamentals episode! Today we dig into how to place a fire in a model so results reflect real physics. From plume inputs to FDS burners, we show where HRRPUA, radiative fraction, and D* make or break smoke your calculations. Things considered in this episode:• why defining the design HRR is separate from placing the source• what a flame is and why we cannot resolve its chemistry• plume models compared by inputs: perimeter, Q, Qc• entrainment, virtual origin, and effective diameter• realistic HRRPUA ranges for building-scale fires• radiative vs convective fractions and why they matter• zone model linkage to plumes for smoke control• volumetric smoke and heat sources for CFD: volume, placement, and limits• fuel-based fires in CFD and oxygen constraints• growth modeling via area expansion vs flux ramping• soot yields, heat of combustion, and visibility• D* and meshing guidance for credible resolution• why predictive fire spread modelling for design use does not really exist...Resources, resources!G. Virginia's new Governor, Abigail Spanberger, openly admitted it's good for the state to participate in the Regional Greenhouse Gas Initiative, not to protect the climate and environment, but rather because it's a great “cash grab.” Bonner Cohen, Ph.D., a senior fellow at the National Center for Public Policy Research, explains how Virginia's participation in RGGI will raise energy costs, hurt low- and middle-income residents, and drive businesses out of the state, when he joined Joe Thomas, The Daily Signal's Virginia correspondent, on his podcast today. “It's not about saving the planet, and we have to be very careful about what we mean when we say it makes money for Virginia. Actually, it's ultimately going to cost Virginia rate payers who, as a result of RGGI, as well as a result of other energy policies she's imposing as well as taxes she plans to raise, these people are going to see their disposable incomes reduced and you have to ask the question: to what end?” Follow us on Instagram for EXCLUSIVE bonus content and the chance to be featured in our episodes: https://www.instagram.com/problematicwomen/ Connect with our hosts on socials!
