Labour leader Chris Hipkins has defended the handling of bullying concerns about MP Shanan Halbert. A number of former employees have made allegations to Newshub, calling Mr Halbert a bully, claiming he intimidated them and humiliated them. Chris Hipkins says there was no direct communication from the former staff affected, and no formal complaint was made. Here's our political reporter Giles Dexter.

Parliament will censure National MP Tim van de Molen next week, for threatening Transport Committee chair Shanan Halbert and impeding him in his parliamentary duties. The privileges committee found Mr van de Molen was in contempt of the house with his "objectively threatening" behaviour, when he stood over Mr Halbert and told him to "stand up", and then not moving when asked. The National Party turned down our interview requests. Labour Minister Ginny Andersen spoke to Ingrid Hipkiss.

Quelques années plus tard, son Bachelor en poche qu'elle a complété par un Master spécialisé suivi en France, la vie à l'étranger se rappelle à la mémoire de Julie. Elle décroche son premier job en Allemagne à Nuremberg où elle travaille pour la célèbre marque sportive, Adidas. Un premier emploi qui la fait voyager et la surmène un peu. Alors lorsqu'une immense fatigue s'empare d'elle, Julie ne s'inquiète pas tout de suite. Finalement, quelques années plus tard, après un long chemin d'errance médicale, le diagnostique est posé : elle souffre d'un cancer de stade 3b, un cancer très avancé. Elle vit alors en Allemagne et nous raconte comment elle a choisi d'y suivre ses traitements tout en étant épaulée par ses proches.
