From boxer to triathlete. Michael Welsh or ‘Welshy' takes you behind the scenes of his Sunshine Coast 70.3 Race Nutrition Plan.  Michael's main goal was to go fast and to focus on racing. Welshy has emerged as Ireland’s hottest young producer, independently achieving over 41 million streams and earning recognition from superstar names BTS, Kygo and The Chainsmokers. Welshy's new track ‘Haiti’is the official version of his bootleg track, which went viral and exceeded a million streams. Trish caught up with Welshy to talk about Haiti.

Ross Walsh from Kilkenny, better known as Welshy is an Irish DJ known for his remixes of renowned songs such as Dancing in the Moonlight, C'mon Ye Black and Tans and many more.
