Listeners of Around the Circle: An Enneagram Podcast that love the show mention: listening to jeff, suzanne,The Around the Circle: An Enneagram Podcast is consistently the best enneagram podcast I have ever listened to. There are no complaints from me, as this podcast is original, joyful, and insightful. One of the best aspects of this podcast is how they present information in a comprehensive and enjoyable manner. Their episodes are not only informative but also very useful for those seeking a deeper understanding of the enneagram.
I particularly love how they break down each enneagram number by using movie references. As a type five, I found their analysis to be spot-on and relatable. Additionally, their deep dives into villains and their motivations have been incredibly helpful for me as an aspiring writer. The hosts, Jeff and TJ, have a fantastic dynamic that creates a calm and confident atmosphere throughout the show.
One aspect that could be improved upon is the format change where episodes are now split up into shorter segments. While this may annoy some listeners who preferred the previous format, it does allow for more focused discussions on specific topics. However, it can feel like there is more intro than actual content at times due to these shorter episodes.
In conclusion, The Around the Circle: An Enneagram Podcast is an amazing resource for anyone interested in delving deeper into the enneagram system. Jeff and TJ's knowledge and passion shine through in each episode, making it both educational and entertaining. Whether you're new to the enneagram or have been studying it for years, this podcast offers valuable insights that will enhance your understanding of yourself and others.

Two years ago, TJ and I wanted to stick our toe into the world of Subtypes, Instincts and Social Energies. We tried our best to come to the topic, not as experts but as travelers inviting others to journey into this world with us.After spending a year and a half meditating on the material, learning more, reviewing all the resources and trying to get our own hearts and minds around the topic: we feel that intro works very well. All the big ideas are here, and we're proud this discussion as a launching point for all the stuff we want to say this summer about Instincts and beyond. The one change we would make is that we started with a heavy focus on subtypes, and by the end-and still today--we prefer to elevate the idea of Instincts and Social Energy as primary. Over the coming two months, we will be walking through the three instincts, interviewing experts and laying out our theories for discussion. As always, if you are interested in talking shop with us, we meet monthly on Zoom, find the links to all our stuff at Aroundthecircle.orgDo share this with those you discuss enneagram with, send us your thoughts on instagram, and we always appreciate stars on spotify, itunes and the rest.Dear listener, we continue to be immensely grateful for your support and attention. Our deep hope is that these podcasts point you toward happiness and well being. We hope they make you a better person and your relationships more rich and fruitful. We continue to record with these hopes firmly in mind, and want you to know we are cheering for you, for your strength as you overcome the obstacles ahead, for contentment, grace, and maturity through all life throws your way.Dear listener, on this day, may every good thing be yours.
We are very excited to jump into our summer film just before the release of its sequel. Inside Out is a major achievement in not only music, character and beauty, but in showcasing our inner life. TJ and I have had a delightful time walking through the beats and themes of this film and found all the beats highly discussable.
